Sold us a faulty vehicle and refused to take it back of replace the parts it. They knew the issue of the car and didn't disclose it to us. And point to the lemon law to not do anything about it.It would be under my partners name. We tried calling all week. They said they would try to resolve it today. If it is really resolved I'll change my review.

I recently had a great experience working with Noah from MB. He helped me resolve a software issue and a cosmetic issue with my car, and was very prompt and professional with everything. I definitely recommend working with him if your MB needs a service.

I just purchased my Mercedes AMG GLA 35 from Tony Kiley at Napletons. He was always there to answer my questions and to let me see and drive the car until I was ready to sign on the dotted line. The best part is that he was not pushy nor did I feel pressured. The sale was smooth and Tony still checks in to make sure things are running smoothly.I highly recommend Tony if your are looking to purchase your new car!!!

My car wouldn t start. I paid $1500 for a new steering column which was triggering ATS so I was told. I got 2 starts and my car is right back where I started. Did I mention when I got my car back my sound system wasn t working a $2500 chip. What a coincidence, it never even cut out before! I m having car towed 70 miles to western burbs to be serviced by a non-Napleton dealership with a nearby dealership for competition. Wait they did replace my recalled airbag at same time and I m getting an SRS warning. It shows me the message even though it won t start!. Robbery, incompetence, end result is you took me for what you could! Congratulations!I can t put 2 reviews so I will respond to the owner s comment. Omg! The issue was not accidents! I drove it for 5 years without issues! Laughable! Took it to the burbs as I said, and for a mere $220, they told me in an hour that the issue was water in the footwell shorting out my electrical, and it was essentially too much to fix. Your dealership did not tell me that. You told me it was the steering column. AND because of your incompetence, I dropped another $2500 of ancillary fixes thinking the $1500 steering column would be the fix, when the car was cashed!!! I will buy another Benz, but even though I live 15 minutes away, I will drive an hour to have it serviced elsewhere, oil change included. At the end of the day you roll the dice and take your chances, I m attempting to help yours! God Bless!

I traded in a Lexus LX that was at the end of its lease to Napleton Mercedes and leased a new GLS. I worked with Tim H. and Charlie K. who found us the perfect car at an incredible price. The ease at which they put this deal together is unmatched. They handled everything in a timely and efficient manner while being tremendously helpful and courteous. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Highly recommend, you won t be disappointed!!

Very unprofessional dealership when it comes to communication I called on Saturday in regards to a vehicle they told me yes, of course come in and check it out. I just had a few more questions because it was a far drive for me before I was going to go out never received a call back. Never heard from anyone again I called today trying to go and they said unfortunately the vehicle has already sold. Did not give me any prior heads up or anything. And the funny thing is they said the vehicle sold Saturday, but the sales associate was telling me to come in Saturday definitely would avoid going here if you re not within a Costa radiance, because the communication is terrible

I spoke with Rachel via text about a Mercedes I was interested in. Tim Hayes reached out to me and gave me lots of information about the vehicle and the pricing. When I went in, I met with Tony Kiely and he was phenomenal! Such a genuine guy he was. He pulled up one for me to test drive that had similar features to the one I wanted. I purchased one off the showroom floor, that unfortunately had a dead battery. Tony went above and beyond to make sure it got charged before I left to head home. He also went and filled up the tank for me. I would highly recommend Tony and the rest of the Napleton Mercedes crew to anyone! I will definitely be returning when my lease is complete for my next vehicle. Thank you all!

just recently purchased a Mercedes GLS 550 from Florian. Florian was great and answered all my questions and at no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase. Napleton's did not have in stock exactly what I was looking for. Tim Hayes was able to make changes to what they had on order to get me exactly what I wanted. Florian and Tim were both very professional. I will definitely be back when I'm ready to trade up to the AMG!

If you want your MB serviced with epoxy then Napelton is the dealership for you! Broken parts and no reimbursement. Find another dealership, Zeigler in Hoffman Estates picks up! From what I am reading in your protocol, you may want your mechanics to re-read those repair instructions because they missed step 7 that says to unclip brake hose (2) and electrical line (1) from line bracket (3). It seems to me, they forgot to unclip these lines and when the strut dropped straight down as you say, these lines were stretched past their limit. I'm super impressed that your mechanic chose to try to epoxy it back together as well instead of replace it. If it was possible to leave ZERO Stars I certainly would!

Unfortunately 0 zeros is not an option. The Mercedes service department here has a lack of responsibility. We have had continued trouble with the "defective tire" maintenance light. We bring it in again and again. Just earlier today I brought it in telling them the light has been on for days and asked them to diagnose the problem for me, they told me with confidence that they have discovered the problem and I even confirmed with them if the tire needs to replaced they said it does not. Yet, just as I enter the highway the same light they told me the same day was fixed came back on. Badly managed and inadequate. Keep in mind that we just got multiple tires replaced with them 2 months ago for this same car. This car constantly tells me to add tire pressure at least once a week. They have never been able to diagnose the problem yet feels comfortable charging over $1k for maintenance every time and continues to me its normal for this light to keep coming on. Disregards all my concerns.

Luis Pena was an awesome sales person. This entire sale was done virtually and it absolutely could not have gone better! Luis was very responsive regarding my initial inquiry on this vehicle and was very patient as we worked through the process while waiting for an insurance issue to be settled. We got a fabulous deal on this very, very clean used MB. I highly recommend this dealership and Luis!!

I purchased 2 Mercedes Benz in one day from my excellent salesman Peter Jones. It was enjoyable, easy and effortless from the moment we sat down. He was personable and fair and made the entire experience a joy. I cannot recommend him and the entire Napeltons team enough. Now go buy a new car you fools!!

My husband and I were at your location a few weeks ago and received wonderful service. We were there for service on our car and realized that we were going to need to purchase another vehicle. Casey immediately started working with us to try to find us a car. She took the time to listen to what we needed and then she went over and above trying to find us the perfect car. Unfortunately we were relocating out of the state and ran out of time. However because we received such excellent service at the Mercedes-Benz in Rockford we went to the Mercedes-Benz in our new area because of the exceptional service we received in Rockford. We were able to purchase our vehicle from the Mercedes-Benz dealership in our area. Thank you Casey and Mercedes-Benz for your excellent service.

What a wonderful group of professionals at this dealership. I usually buy my vehicles in the City because I always thought that the deals were better there. This time around I dug a little deeper into the details and learned that not only can Tim Hayes and his team match any deal I could find at the "big" dealers, I saved money on taxes by keeping it local as well. A win-win for everyone. Could not have been more impressed with this group of people - and these wonderful new facilities. You all have earned a client for life!

I have been dealing with Napleton Autos since 1999 and I have purchased 12 cars for my family out of this facility. They are "Simply The Best". I have bought all the cars from their Best Sales Person Chris Loch. He always makes it easy for me to do business with them. Honda Manager Jorge Rangel is also a great guy to work with. Dan is also a very helpful Manager that helped me with my recent purchase of 2012 Honda Accord.Their service department including Carey Proper, Nicole and Gary, always treat me with respect and meet and exceed my expectations.I very strongly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.

We bought our used van from Napleton Loves Park 4 years ago & have been pleased with the regular contact of mailings & phone calls. They have always been concerned that we are happy with our purchase & letting us know they are there for our next purchase. We enjoy the weekly free car wash even though we don't always use the benefit. On the Mercedes side, Tim Hayes will find the particular car you want & transport it to Loves Park. Justin our salesman answered all our questions and was very patient. Offered to let us test drive any number of different models to help us make a decision.We went in thinking we wanted an Audi and ended up with a Mercedes. But, we didn't feel pressure at all to purchase one over the other, it truly was our decision.He took the time with us to put a custom veh online with everything we would want on the vehicle. Afterwards, he searched to see if our "dream" vehicle was out there already. Well minus a few minor options, he found one that was on its way, but hadn't even been delivered yet to a dealer in the Chicago area. Justin was great, put his great skills to work for us and got us the vehicle we wanted!

We recently purchased an AMG GLE 43. Our salesperson, Luis Pena, was extremely helpful and made the process seamless. Since we were traveling from TN to IL to pick up the vehicle, Luis offered to arrange transportation from the airport to the dealership. He also worked with the Finance Manager, Jim Schaffer, to work out our financing prior to our arrival. They even managed to get us a better interest rate than what we received from our credit union. Once we arrived, it was a matter of signing a few forms and we were on our way. I would definitly consider making the trip again to buy another vehicle from Napleton Autowerks!!

Best car buying experience ever! The minute I met Tony Kiely, he was polite and professional. I explained what I was looking for and said let me grab some keys and go on test drives. Tony was knowledgeable with all the features and benefits and was able to answer all my questions. Unfortunately, the brand I was test driving, I didn t care for. I started to look at a Mercedes and Tony started showing me a GLC 300. One of his favorite cars on the lot. I took it out for a test drive and I know it was the car for me. During the negotiation process, Tony made the process easy as possible. He understood what I asked for and he worked hard to help me. Overall, Tony Kiely, was a professional sales person. I will be back to work with Tony in the future and provide referrals.

Wouldn't negotiate a dollar on the price. That's fine. Used car market is hot. I get it. So I agree to pay full price. When I go to sign the papers they tell me there's an extra (secret) fee of $885 for them to CLEAN THE CAR. Are you kidding? You don't clean all your used cars? Should that not be included in your list price? BUYER BEWAREEdit - of course I didn t purchase. I walked away because you were dishonest.

STAY AWAY! I bought my car in December and did not have much time to shop around. This purchase was to be our second car from Napleton's. Our fist car had some problems immediately after driving it off of the lot but we just thought it was a fluke. I found a car that I liked and was in my price range and sat down with the dealer to start the paperwork when my husband called me and told me the same car I was looking at was listed on their website for $2,000 less than this "awesome deal" I was supposedly getting. Needless to say, I was not so happy. The sales guys swore up and down that he had no idea and they gave me a really great deal on my car. I should have walked away when I saw the discrepancy. The car had to go back in shortly after I got it to have some mechanical work done to it. When I asked for my loaner car I was told that I had to have an appointment to get one. I pointed out that my warranty covers a rental if my car is in the shop. I was there for over an hour trying to get another vehicle while they worked on my car. When I got it back it looked like someone had taken a key to the driver side door and there were several marks on the front bumper. I talked to the service man who had agreed to come and pick my car up from work since I had already wasted so much of my time driving to them. We set a time and then they never showed up without so much as a phone call. Now, here I am seven months later and I'm pretty sure that the power steering fluid is leaking (why else would I have to put so much in it so frequently?), leaking radiator (which maybe happened after I got it) and no air (a problem they supposedly fixed). I called today to talk to the service department and they were nothing but rude .
