We bought a 2007 Lexus and was assured everything was in great running order. We drove it once and it started to overheat. Supposedly they had just worked on the cooling system. We took it to our mechanic who informed us the radiator was bad and was bad when we bought it. We fought with Anderson who agreed to fix the radiator finally. We got it back and since it's not our daily driver we again drove it maybe 2 times and it overheated again. We took it back to our mechanic who informed us the radiator was just a bandaid and the head gaskets were shot and given its history of overheating he was not comfortable replacing the head gaskets because it was just a matter of time if it hadnt started already that the engine needed replaced. To the tune of 7k! Our mechanic said this was all something they should've known and corrected before selling the car. So thanks to lexus of Rockford we have a 7k paperweight! Do not buy anything from here! Save your money and go elsewhere!!

Coming from Audi, Jaguar and Genesis I have to give Eric and the Anderson Team at Lexus of Rockford a 10/10 Performance.In this tight market it can be pretty tense finding the right car for the right price Especially for a picky buyer such myself. I could not have asked for a smoother more pleasant car buying experience. Eric was so helpful and laid out all the options and asked the right questions to make the selection and the purchasing workflow as smooth as butter.In addition Lexus of Rockford has an EXCELLENT selection of well equipped cars with just the right options. I could not be more happy.Here is my 2022 ES300h with F Sport trim which is like unobtanium in today's market but they had it!RECOMMENED

Lexus of Rockford went beyond reason to win me over as a new and happy owner. After being a long time BMW owner buying my first Lexus was smooth experience. From Christian's low key nonpressured sales to Ben working after hours to find me a great finance package, beating the one I had already secured. Their sales staff ensured my time was valued and the results were positive, nothing like my previous car purchases.The service dept was also fantastic. I dropped my car off for couple hours of service and upon returning and finding it wasn't ready they told me to just take their car home and they'd deliver mine when they finished, (35 miles away). What a pleasant response. Again so polite and professional. So far, I'm finding everything about this dealer to be great and one I'd readily recommend. Thanks much!

I worked with Eloy Sosa when purchasing my new car. I have major anxiety at dealerships from past experiences and he was more than patient, kind and let me handle the process at my own pace, to the point of when I came to pick up my new vehicle, he had already pre warned the financing team that I was extremely anxious and to be extra kind when closing the deal. I would highly recommend him and the Anderson Group (Lexus of Rockford) when buying your next vehicle. Thank you Eloy for making this experience extremely pleasant. A+ for the Service Teams. Take that tax return and treat your Lexus to that long awaited factory recommended Service. The GX460 needed the 100K service, used the Lexus App to make the appointment; set up your profile in the Lexus app for your phone, make Rockford your preferred Dealer, makes everything a breeze for setting up the appointments and this location is easy on/off the Highway. Right vehicle, best dealership hands down. If you're looking for a dealership that demonstrates empathy, determination, and dedication towards its customers, Lexus of Rockford is where you'll find it. As usually, Jeff, Bryan, and the service staff did an excellent job on my 2008 Rx400h when I picked up a huge piece of metal shrapnel resulting in a flat tire. I called them and quickly got results. They made a loaner available, got an exact tire for replacement, and I had my car back in a couple of hours. I have never had a problem with the service at Lexus of Rockford. They are resourceful, open-minded, creative, and do exceptional work! I feel I am extremely fortunate to be able to buy and get service from them. They are consistently superb in their work!

Our family had a frightening experience driving on a road trip, hitting a large piece of metal at highway speed. Thankfully everyone was safe, but we had bent a rim and blew out a tire. After a quick tire change (thanks Illinois Tollway!), we were very lucky to be only 5 miles from Lexus of Rockford. They were incredibly accommodating, getting us in that afternoon for a full inspection. Eric was able to get a tire and rim ordered up very quickly, and they had it replaced the next morning, along with an alignment, getting us back on our road trip by 10:30. They went above and beyond, even throwing in a $100 discount and recommending a hotel for the night. Cannot recommend them any more highly, THANK YOU Lexus of Rockford for saving our vacation! :)))

What a great experience we had with purchasing our 2018 Lexus RX350 F Sport!! This was our first Lexus purchase. Chris Beto was our 'concierge' through this purchase and we are so happy to have been with him. Chris was informative on all of the features of all the different models we looked at. He had many recommendations and helped us feel comfortable with all the questions we had. We went back and forth on a couple models and he let us know what ones fit what we were looking for without being pushy. He definitely put his attention on making sure we were comfortable with our decision and during the purchase. After one of our test drives Matt Jensen came outside to show us some different features he uses on his Lexus. Matt also helped with getting our purchase where we were comfortable. Ben Bleed helped us with our warranties and was able to go over the great amount of services Lexus offers. Ben had answers for the many different scenarios we had questions on and he was very comfortable to work with. Once we made the purchase Chris took the time to also get in the car with us and teach us all the ins and outs that our new car offers. We are very happy to be new Lexus owners and appreciate all the knowledge and help offered to us. You have a great team and we will be back when the time comes!!! Thanks again for all your help!!

I purchased a vehicle about 2 weeks ago from Lexus of Rockford. I first started talking to Eric, who was very helpful. I set an appointment to come look at the vehicle & I ended up having a family emergency that day. Eric was very understanding & told me if I was to come in later to ask for Michael. I ended up being able to make it that day, so I worked with Michael. I got there & the vehicle was waiting for me. I knew I was going to purchase the vehicle before I even got there but Michael definitely made everything go smoothly. Thank you!!!

My wife and I bought a used car at Lexus last night, and Michael Miethke was our salesman. From the beginning, we were impressed by his professionalism, honesty and desire to make us feel comfortable. My wife and I felt like our sale was important and that we were treated like royalty. The detailing crew was out, since we purchased the car at 7:30pm on a cold Friday night, so Michael insisted on personally washing and cleaning our car in his tie. We were very impressed and satisfied by the whole experience. Great job Lexus!

Let me tell you about my experience at Lexus. You see the 5 stars above? Yeah? Well it should ve been 10! Great service by Mike Miethke! Not only did he go above and beyond trying to find us a reliable and affordable car, he went as far as picking it up an hour away! Staying up past closing hours just to help us out. What a great guy & Lexus of Rockford is sure is luck to have a guy like that working for them.

THIS is why I'm on my 4th Lexus from Lexus of Rockford: On a day where I was back to back with critical meetings, was the day my tire decided to find a 2" carpenters staple and go flat. I couldn't miss what was planned for my day, and I had very little lag time in between everything, so I ran straight to Lexus of Rockford for help.John in the Service Department knew I was frazzled, he took my keyfob, handed me a keyfob to a loaner, let me sign a document quickly, and told me not to worry about it, he'd handle it and to go take care of my business. I cannot tell you the relief I felt! THANK YOU, Lexus of Rockford, for being such a great partner for me!

Outstanding experience, and not just as far as car buying goes - it was one of the easiest transactions / purchases I've ever made. Quick, fast, simple, and professional throughout entire process. I've had my cars serviced here over the years, and the last two vehicles I've purchased have been from Lexus of Rockford. I travel over an hour each way because I know the quality of service I am going to receive. I will continue car shopping at this facility.

Me and my girlfriend came here to look at a car we were interested in. Chris Betto was the sales associate and he wanted us to test drive the car, he even cleaned the car before we got there! We had a nice conversation, he wasn't pushy but he really wanted us to get the car because it was a good deal. After the test drive we went inside to get the loan paperwork. While we were waiting to see if we got approved, Chris bought us lunch! He was really nice. Later he came to give us the good news that I got approved for the loan. He was happy for us and he even talked to his manager to get us a good deal. He ended taking off $1,000! Thanks Chris for being so motivated and making my first car shopping experience a great one!

Ben Bleed was wonderful to work with. We were on a strict budget trying to find a used car for our son and he never treated us any different than someone looking to purchase a brand new Lexus! He helped us find the perfect used Toyota Corolla and kept us within our budget. He was very pleasant and the overall experience was fantastic! I had a phenomenal experience at lexus rockford. I had the honor of meeting with Keith. He was beyond helpful with everything. He went above and beyond to make me happy without any questions I had he was able to answer them in a very polite and professional manner. He also guided me through everything with the car that I didn't know. He was patient with me helped me to get the payments I wanted. Very charismatic gentleman always had a smile on his face made you feel more then just a customer coming in. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Ben. Ben I believe went above and beyond also to help me he broke down everything for me and explained everything in detail to me when I went to finalize my deal with the dealership.

I do not recommend purchasing a used car from this dealership. I bought a car from here and within two weeks of purchasing, the car wouldn t turn on and the check engine light was on. I took my car down there and they had my car for 6 days before telling me they replaced the battery. Never mentioned why my check engine light was on. 24 hours after picking my car back up, it died again and the check engine light is back on. I called to ask why my check engine light was on in the first place, and they told me it was a bad O2 sensor but they couldn t fix it. So they just chose to not tell me about it. Now I am again without a working car within two weeks of purchasing from this dealership. They show little to no remorse for you after they sell you a car that won t start. Terrible business.

Excellent explanation of what my RX400 needed to eliminate sluggish accelerator. Open communication is consistent. Never talked me into anything I didn't need. I've asked to check my brakes for 3 years now and they told me no breaks yet. Typical shops would sell a person breaks every chance they could. Lexus of Rockford is a beautiful friendly customer facility. I trust them very much.

I recently leased my fourth corporate vehicle and this was my first Lexus lease. Based on my excellent experience, I will certainly look to Lexus of Rockford for my next vehicle.Lexus of Rockford went out of their way to earn my business with prompt follow-up, courtesy and kindness, they ran multiple and very aggressive leasing options, and spent lots of time going over the new car's functionality and features. They were efficient and accommodating.Matt, Dave and Dan made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I love my new car!

Both Michael Miethke, my sales rep, and Matt Jensen, the general manager, were really wonderful. They tracked down the new Lexus I wanted in the color and specifications I preferred and it was delivered within a week. In addition, Michael went out if his way to schedule meetings at my convenience even offering to come pick me up to deliver the vehicle! The car was totally prepped when I arrived and Michael walked me through all of the options available in my new car! I definitely would do business with Lexus, particularly, Matt and Michael again!!
