Got an oil change and headlights replaced quickly! Reasonable price and they had a Ladies Day discount on the oil change too, so that was a plus! All staff were very polite and helpful. Would definitely go here again!

I've been going to this location because it's literally no more than 5 minutes from my house. I have a vehicle that has 318,000 miles so it's very important that the job is done correctly. I learned from my recent visit that the last 3 visits weren't done correctly (wrong oil for my vehicle) As a result my oil was pitch black and seem to have impurities. The person that was helping me ( Kristine I believe her name was) pointed these things out to me and made recommendations on what to do next. They did a engine flush,put the correct oil in my vehicle,and made sure my hood was closed which wasn't the case on my previous visit. From now on I'm thinking I want to call this location 1st to see if she is working so I know the work being done is correct. I apologize in advance if I'm getting the name wrong but because of Kristine my car is running much smoother and I feel safe putting my vehicle on the highway. Great job Kristine!!!

I've got a car with an extremely difficult to reach oil filter. Woodmans won't even touch it. First time here, no complaints about my terrible car. They even apologized for "how long it took". It may have been the fastest oil change I've ever had on this car. Smart guy. Went at the filter a completely different way than everyone else, and probably had it out in one third of the time everyone else takes. Very happy with the service.

I love that that have later and earlier hours. I work until 5 or 6 so I can easily get in after 6 and get my oil changed quickly. They check everything, tires, fluids, filters..... Love them!

This place is a hidden gem, the Manager seemed almost over qualified for a quick lube shop. He knew far more about my vehicle than the dealership I ve gone to 3x for an issue and was able to fix an intermittent problem I ve had for months.. it was something with the CAN network from my understanding, he explained it to me in laymen s terms to me (I m not car savvy), and was able to fix this problem the very first time! I had just stopped in with intent for just an oil change, I see a negative review under me I can only imagine this person is uneducated and told incorrect information from someone that doesn't know what they re talking about and has jumped to conclusions (office space reference) hopefully I don t have any more problems with my vehicle but if I do il be coming back here.

They tried to get my son to spend $780 on rotors and pads when they are only supposed to be doing an oil change and not upselling to a 19 year old. Who doesn't know anybetter. I will say they got one over on them and had him. Purchase a forty eight dollar cabin air filter that you can buy at walmart for eleven dollars. I'm not a 100% sure, but I believe Greece. Monkeys is a oil change expert not a full on mechanic shop. If I could give it zero stars I would but it won't let me.

Grease Monkey is my go to for oil changes. Today my engine splash shield was dragging, hanging on by one bolt. I drove my car to GM & they removed it for me. Thank you so much.

The people were very nice. But after I left and looked at the bill, it said on the bill that they filled the washer fluid, it was empty when I went in and when I left. Also said they washed the windshield, nope still dirty. Just makes me wonder if the changed the oil filter or even the oil. I called them that day and they said they hadn't got their winter washer fluid and didn't want to put in the regular fluid cause it could freeze. Also stated he would talk to the employee.Service: Oil change

You gave my car an oil change on 03/19/2024 at the 6302 East Riverside location and we will never return to another Grease Monkey again. The manager working wanted to put 0w30 in my car that takes synthetic 5w30 saying it is the same. 0w30 is for European vehicles, not for my car. The poor knowledge would have done a lot of damage to my car. Please go somewhere else.

Fake air filter trick, replaced it with the wrong filter (intake) hilariously too small, had to immediately replace it myself after I noticed the car was idling rough (as a result of incorrect intake Air filter part and incorrect installation by the grease monkey team)Never coming there again, not even sure they did the oil change correctly either, have to redo that myself as well. I want a full refund

I have serious doubts about what I was advised about my brakes and service. I was told I needed a new rear light and that it would cost. But, on the service bill, there was no charge and I cannot find what they were referring to. Also, I had a brake inspection coupon, but there was nothing that indicated it was done. When I asked about the attendant said he would ask. He later came back and said it was done, I was told I needed rear brakes because, "Your brakes are gone." However I was not even told until I asked and was not referred to another center that performs brake service. Also, the service receipt did not indicate a brake inspection was done or what was the result.

Came to get an oil change they left something off on the bottom of my vehicle which caused all the oil to leak out and my engine to knock they stalled me for three weeks the i finally reached out to corporate and got in touch with their insurance company which gave me the run around for 3 months as well saying the lost all the information as audio and video of 5 different occasions of me being in the shop. After telling me they received all the audio and video and it was under review the magically lost it all that they can not continue with the claim I have audio from day on and they refused the use that because I didn t want to turn it over to them they have the worst service ever

Didn't replace air duct under car kept calling it a skid plate saying it wasn't necessary and weren't going to tell me until I asked I feel that wasn't there choice to make and car should leave with at least what it arrived with. I won't be returning!

Went in for an oil change, but ended with a busted brake line. The gentleman advised me on what to do and did a great job of completing the job in the said amount of time and price.

I took my 2016 Camry with 80,000 miles on it. The entire time I had owned it, It was serviced very regularly. Immediately after leaving the car had rod knock and after talking with the manager, they basically told me to get lost and take them to small claims court. This grease monkey will kill your car and do nothing to make it right

Always very happy with my service at Grease Monkey, and today I was even more appreciative. I have health issues and need a cane to walk. When I spoke to the service employee Joe, I mentioned my concerns about walking with the recent weather we have been having,And I was worried about falling. He was so kind and understanding and let me stay in my car so I wouldn't fall. I was truly grateful. Excellent staff and service Always! It's reassuring to be able to take my vehicle to a place I trust. I've been a customer for years! Not only are my oil changes done there but I have had other services completed there as well....battery, brakes and even having them change a bulb in my brake lights, just to name a few.Thank you to all the staff at Grease Monkey, from a very satisfied and forever customer!

Loves Park, Illinois area Grease Monkey has the best service that I ve ever experienced, dealer or not. The manager, Anthony was very professional and very knowledgeable, he fixed a issue that I ve been dealing with for 3yrs, I took it too the dealer for the issue that he fixed in minutes, twice paying 170+ dollars. He s the best mechanic that s ever serviced my vehicle hands down. Very satisfied 6302 E.
