I have been coming here for roughly 5 years and I m so incredibly disappointed with the current mechanics. I have only stayed loyal to them for so long for one reason and one reason only: the gentleman who is always up front & answering the phones (pretty sure his name is Ron). He s always been so helpful and I can actually trust him since I m literally clueless when it comes to cars. He is also the only reason this isn t a one star review. But unfortunately he s not the one working on my car, so when I went in for an oil change and a wheel alignment, I got told they didn t do my alignment because I just needed air in my tires. I was preparing for a 15 hour drive down south and my alignment was definitely off.. It made it difficult to drive my car confidently so how was I gonna make that long of a drive? Anyways, I paid for my oil change and left, but my gut was telling me to get a second opinion on my alignment since that s a long drive to make as a woman by myself. I am SO happy I did because the picture provided is what my car was looking like before it got fixed. Drove like new as soon as I got my wheel alignment done. I don t know if the mechanics there are just lazy or flat out don t care, but that was a loss of business. And now I will never be back.

Was in town for work and getting ready to go home when our car started to make a noise in the front end. F and F came highly recommended. They looked at it and told me what was wrong fixed it and on our way great service if we ever have a issue again I hope we are lose to them to fix it.

Ron and Mike are the ONLY people we trust! Your car will ALWAYS be fixed correctly and for a fair price. Good, honest mechanics are hard to find and u can always trust them.

On more than one occasion over the past few years, I have needed a flat fixed. When I needed new tires they had an economical alternative to the overpriced dealer tires. They've gone above and beyond to be accommodating (IMO) - including a last-minute drop-in before the weekend. Friendly, efficient, and fairly priced tires.

I give this place five stars not because they did any work on my car yet. But they save me 500 dollars. I was told I needed a control arm. Took it here and he told me nothing wrong with my car. Very honest guy that's not out to take money. So yes they won a customer I would be here for the future of any repairs .

Had my tires changed and A1 service! The staff was extremely helpful and the service was excellent.UpdateWas away from some time, and came back F & F tire about my brakes. This was due to a quote we had received from a prior inspection after an oil change. Got an appointment and Ron told me didn't need anything else, my brakes were good. I think we all go to a shop expecting to spend something, this was welcome and I appreciate the honesty. Can never say enough good things about them. Thank you.

We re from out of town and were in a pinch for a tire repair. Ron got us in immediately and took care of us. And our daughter made friends and got a sticker. Excellent customer service.Service: TiresService: Tires

I am very pleased with the quick service and fair prices at this shop. I needed my front brakes and rotors replaced, and another local shop quoted me a ridiculous price. This store did the same job for over 4x cheaper, and it only took 30 minutes. I would recommend this shop!

Outstanding service! Very friendly, and know what they are doing. I have purchased new tires and had them mounted, purchase new batterie, my flat tires plugged, oil & filter changed and my tires rotated. I have been very happy with their service. I definitely will recommend them.

Just sayin' ..... I LOVE F&F TIRE on N. Second St!Ron is THE BEST! Heater fan in the CRV wasn't working, so we stopped for an appt....Ron, (looking frazzled as they are SO BUSY), takes the time to come out to the Honda, turns the knobs, then gives under the dash a little "jolt" TA DA!! We have a fan! Eventually we will need to have the work done, but God Bless his heart.....he needed to take his day out on SOMETHING , SO GLAD IT WAS US Service: Vehicle Inspection

These guys are amazing. Every time I go to a mechanic there is concern with cost and I always leave her spending less than feared and the work is always guaranteed. I know nothing of cars and never feel ripped off and send all my friends to them and they agree. I put about 400 miles a week on my SUV and having a good shop is such a huge relief. Thanks Ron!

Always fine service and they seem to do a little extra for you each visit. They don't recommend what you don't need and effectively fix what you're there for. I've used them for three of our cars now and happy to have found them. They've been known to throw in something no charge now and then to thank you for your patronage.

Ron is the best and is always willing to help! I don't know what I would do if I didn't live in the area anymore? Great honest mechanics are rare to come by, so you don't want to lose one you like. I've been going here for close to a decade now and I've always been happy with their work.

Amazing service,I want to thank Ron and his team for their conclusion on my daughters SUV. I'm from out of town and listening to the noise I was sure it was brake pads and rotors needing replaced. Figuring $550.00 to $600.00 they found the brakes and rotors were good and just needed cleanedThere was no charge for the service.My suggestion to my daughter was this is your mechanic as long as you are in this area.Again thank you all so much.Rick Paduana

I love F&F tire, my husband and I have been going there for over 8 years now and I can honestly say they are the best!!! Customer service is impeccable in every way and the prices are some of the lowest around. We love you guys, keep up the excellent work!

Bought tires for both trucks here with the lifetime rotation and balance. I took 1 truck in because it had a slow leak around the rim. A week later I called and said it still leaked and had to take it in again. Dude said they had to clean the rim so the 1st time they wasted my gas and the second time because I should not have had to go back for it.I took it back to get the tires balanced but I marked the tires with an ink pen before I went in and marked the weights. I checked the weights on the tires and none of them had been moved. I marked them to make sure I they did not mess with my rotation but that was good becausethey never even took a tire off.I know the balance is bad because I can hear the tires they do make some noise they r not running smooth. Do not pay for the balance & rotation because u won't get it and ur tires will wear out way sooner that they should.I will be looking for an honest tire store for my next tires and I guess I will have to go to bones tire to get them balanced and pay for what I already paid for again so buyers beware.Following up on Bones Tire service balancing my tires, F&F did not touch my tires I watched them at Bones do thr balance. They were all out of balance from 1 ounce all the way to 2-1/4 ounces. Had I not been knowledgeable about the tires howling when driving. It would have wore them out much quicker and that is their plan. Do not buy or do business with F&F they lie and charge u for something u font receive. Bones tire service is very honest and I will buy my next set from Jim. It cost me $20 that I should not have paid not yo mention all the gass I wasted.

had a flat and changed the tire myself. Came in to drop it off to be fixed. They told me to wait. It will only take a couple minutes. About 10 minutes later he gave me my tire and said, it's on the house! Next time you're in need for tires come see us. WOW .. was that refreshing. A business who cares about a customer. I have done business with them before. It was years ago. I'll tell you what. I'm going back! Thank you F&F tire.

I've been a customer for about 8 years and am ashamed that I haven't reviewed these guys sooner. They are competent, accommodating, friendly, and fair. Ron manages the shop as the standard of professionalism and trust, and I have never had anything besides outstanding service. A+.

I can't really say whether their work is any good; though I can attest to their apparent lack of concern for customer relations. I was referred to this store by a long time customer for what was going to be a rather expensive job -- around $2,000 for a new clutch. I went there twice just to get an opinion as to what exactly was the problem. The first time, they were in the process of closing, and I was told to come back some other day. So, a couple days later, I returned, and one of the mechanics took my car around the block, and diagnosed the problem, it needed a new clutch. Okay... So, I asked for an estimate, to which Ron -- mind you, a nice guy -- told me he would have to call around to see how much the parts would be. Once he had the info, he would call me with an estimate and set up an appointment.He never called. I was going to call him, but I didn't see why I should have to chase after them to then give them my business. I suppose they are very busy, and didn't want the bother of working on my car.

I had flat tire a couple of days ago. I took the car in today. Turns out all that was needed was a replacement valve stem. No charge! A member of my congregation recommended this location when I needed tires awhile back. I am very pleased with the service.

Ive been a customer of F&F for a lot of years and these guys have always been there to help me. Even when they were totally booked for the day, theyd squeezed me in.

Do not bother with this F&F tire world.Stop in and look at the place. Clearly they don't care about first impressions and their work mimics everything you see when you walk in. They definitely dont mind charging premium prices for services but you will not be satisfied.

Great service and a blessing to me! I brought in a tire that went flat on my car, for some reason. He pumped it up, checked for leaks (he didn't find any leak), took off the spare, put the tire back on, put the spare away neatly and completely and didn't charge me anything! Tire is holding air fine now. Thanks F&F Tire World!
