This place is awesome. I m a college student and I work three jobs so when my car broke down on the side of the road I thought I was screwed, Brian was so kind and extremely (EXTREMELY) fair with prices. With a tow, the part I needed, and labor I paid 168 dollars. Definitely my new go to mechanic.

Brian, Juan Carlos, and the team at Crossroads were amazing! I called on a Thursday morning desperate only because I put my brakes off too long. 5 hours later my car was done, for a great price. And no one gave me any hard time or stress for putting it off. They just fixed it, because they want to help, We really try to fit you in, especially when it s a safety issue - that was Brian.That speaks to character, and that s hard to find in business. Brakes aren t cheap, but they didn t take advantage of a single clueless mom, or even try to. And they rushed the job, just because it was the right thing to do.If customer service and being treated fairly and with respect is important to you, I couldn t be happier with a first experience with a new shop. Amazing shop, by far the best and most reliable shop there is around. They work on my 2016 Infiniti Q50 3.0t no problem, and their diagnostic s are always right. They always fixes my issues at a great time and even better prices. I was Blessed to meet Brian many, many years ago at a buy here, pay here car lot that also had a mechanic shop too and throughout the 13 years Brian has offered nothing but the best service and honesty!!! You dont find that to often in mechanics and i had the pleasure to meet Carlos as well. Together these two offer the best honest service as a team as well as individually!!! Juan does not stand by his repairs. Had a new timing chain installed and it still does not work. Juan wont fix the issue.Do not trust his work.

Our Mazda 6 was sent to Crossroads for a major oil leak that the place we bought it from tried to fix multiple times, but were unsuccessful. Brian and his team fixed the problem in a very timely manner, then came to find that what what was suppose to be fixed by the other guys was not fixed correctly. Brian and his team took the car back, and fixed the other s work for no cost to us because he wanted our car running properly with no further issues. They came in hours before they were scheduled just to work on it. They are extremely professional, compassionate and kind. We will never be able to thank them enough. We are now customers for life! We will highly recommend Crossroads to any and everyone. VERY happy customers!!!!

The staff is wonderful but their prices can t be beat ! My Mom has been a customer for years and recently I began having my car serviced here as well. I ve also sent friends here and we all have been extremely satisfied. I won t trust anyone else to touch my car. I ve had oil changes and break work done. As I said the prices can t be beat !!!!

1st car I purchased from crossroads was over 2 years ago, haven't had one major mechanical issue very satisfied fast and friendly. Purchased a second today and so far am just as happy. Highly recommended by me very honest and comes with a free 3 month drive train warranty on top of first 4 oil changes are free now. Thanks again Tom I'll be back again

I might go in there they're very kind and courteous if I have a little low in my tires they would air them up for nothing but most of all they have worked on my car for many years and I've never had a problem with them they've always been faring good and excellent workers a thumbs up

I Have now bought two cars from here and I couldn't be more pleased. The owner Tom is a straight shooter whose not out to beat you out of your money and Brian ( whose in charge of the the mechanic shop end of the business) is also someone you can trust and who will get the job done. If your going to buy a car or get your car repaired CROSSROADS AUTOMOTIVE is the place to go.

Bought a car and thought I was buying a reliable vehicle. Ended up finding there was a sensor malfunction. Mechanic and owner stated that the part was out of stock and back ordered. Three months later finally fixed the sensor after purchasing from a local parts store. Then found out from another mechanic, during the time period of waiting for the sensor that the drive shaft was damaged and front-end suspension needed to be replaced. Guy sold me a lemon and has a religious belief that is a smoke screen. I put in $1,100 more after I paid for the car out right. I can obtain better service from other local dealership such as Rockford Speedway automall.
