My experience at Casey s has been by far the BEST I ve ever had at an automotive shop. Bud was very informative and prompt. I took my car in with an expectation of having it completed the next day and I was blown away when Bud called and said it was ready the same day! I highly recommend Casey s for any auto repairs. I called on a possible repair, ended up doing it instead. The gentleman I spoke with was informative on the length of time it would take to get the quote & that was the deciding factor on performing my own repair. Not a bad experience, just needed it done sooner than they could even get me in for the quote. Repair was a power steering rack in a Buick.

I stopped at Casey Auto Center on the recommendation of a friend. I had a flat tire last weekend and the place I took it to for repair or replacement would not do it because the rim was bent. They said it was standard size and I could get one at a junkyard. No luck after calling several places and not being able to answer all of their questions. When I brought my car in, Bud made two phone calls and I have a used wheel coming. I am happy to be able to get back on the road soon. Great customer service, especially as I had never been here before. Thanks, Bud!

had a door handle replaced & none of the controls in the door worked afterwards, took them 3 times to get it right! Had I not checked it, it would still not be working. This place has incompetent mechanics,. Don t walk, RUN & pass on repairs here.Thank you for your response Casey s, yes the vehicle is used, absolutely WRONG about wiring, nice try but a misleading untrue answer. Correct no labor was charged nor should have been for the job. Thank you for the referral to professionals for the recall, I would have been told the same answer from any honest shop, you were a friend of a friend so I supported your shop as a favor NOT because of superior work. I came across my car repairs log book & upon reviewing remembered the botched service. I m unaware of an expiration date for google reviews. Better late than never on a review because I truly make decisions by them. Sorry if the truth hurts!ONE STAR

Was out of town and towed to Casey's a couple years ago. Dead alternator. Unfortunately, a special type that wasn't within 100 miles. Casey's cross checked 6 different sites to find me the cheapest price including overnight shipping. They also dropped me off and picked me up at the hotel of my choice. They knew I didn't have a choice and didnt take advantage of my situation. Had me on the road next day at a very reasonable price! Awesome place!

The guys over at Casey s really took care of me this morning when I woke up to a flat tire. I explained the situation to them and they took care of me in under 20 minutes. I really appreciate the work and recommend them to others in the area!Service: TiresService: Tires

this guy looked at my truck and told me there was nothing wrong with my breaks..! well I know my truck and rear ended another car cause the rear breaks wernt working. and the front rotors are warped. thanks to ANOTHER SHOP I got on the road quick... I will never tell anyone to go to casey auto.. EVER..!!!

Casey is our local shop while I'm at work. They've solved issues for me that others have missed. They've made recommendations to me that were in my best interest, instead of theirs. They are accommodating and honest. Great people.

Great work from professional mechanics. Bud is thorough describing issues with my Yukon. His "wrenches" did a great, quality job using ONLY quality OEM parts. Thanks again gentlemen.

Very honest mechanics. I have been using Caseys for my domestic vehicles for years. I had been taking my Porsche to Eurotech for several years and they couldn't fix a simple lighting issue so I mentioned it to Caseys to see if they wanted to try. Basically now they do my other vehicles too because they fixed what Eurotech couldn't! Oh one more thing, much easier on the pocketbook than Eurotech which is an added bonus!

Jill Block....you reviewed the wrong business. You have never been to our repair facility. We do not sell cars or appraise trailers, we only repair cars and trucks. Please remove the negative review as we value our reputation and have for 28 years.

The man that answered the phone was rude told me I needed to bring the car in for a free estimate on brake pads and rotors I'm sorry but I know what I need done and I do not have the time nor the risk am I willing to take to drive the vehicle over there I know the make and model of the vehicle just because I am a woman does not mean that I do not know what I'm talking about I hung up the phone I am not bringing my vehicle there if your people are that rude your loss
