Butitta Auto has been fantastic to my wife and I. We moved to Loves Park recently all the way from Wisconsin, and they have been nothing but incredibly helpful. When her RAV was having some issues from a previous technician at a different shop messing up, they discovered the issue in no time and had it fixed. They had us in and out in no time. The service costs are very reasonable and everyone there has been so nice. Highly recommend these guys for anything your vehicle may need!

Larry at B.Bros on N 2nd diagnosed the problems, gave thorough quote and did a super job (with Tracy) replacing struts & rear brakes on my car. Their expertise & honesty is greatly appreciated (& has been for yrs)!

Very honest with me and even let me know not to fix my car because it wasn t worth it for how old it was which most people would take advantage of the work and money! Larry was great and really nice i will definitely come back if i have any car problems.

At last! An honest and competent shop! Larry, the manager, was great to work with and they efficiently diagnosed and repaired my vehicle after two unsuccessful attempts and money thrown to the wind at another independent shop AND a dealership. Very happy customer right here!

I was test driving a car and needed a vehicle inspection. Larry was able to help out on the spot. He took me to the garage and showed me an oil leak and an antifreeze leak. Thanks so much for helping so my daughter didn t buy a car needing expensive repairs. I recommend this shop to everyone, very friendly and professional!!! Thanks to Larry and the team!!!

They fix the problem and Mr. Larry explain to me in detail were I can understand what I did wrong and what need to be done right so it won't happen again I thank the crew team for getting me back on the road to work to Chicago O'Hare back home to Rockford so far the truck running the other problem I had Mr. Larry on it to get it fix soon thanks so much

I have been using Butitta Auto for many years and I've always found them to be honest, fair and dependable. The work is consistently done well and they accommodate my schedule, since I travel to Loves Park from Janesville. I got to know the manager, Larry, when he was at the Janesville store and when he was transferred to Loves Park, I followed!! Trust these folks. Known their supervisor for over 40 years and he hires employees that know what and how to do their jobs. Been taking my truck, car and granddaughter s car to the N.
