The front desk woman we dealt with was very sweet. Had an appointment for 3:30pm after confirming with someone else that they had all four tires in stock. Took my tires off of my trailer to make it easier on them. We shopped and waited for an hour and a half, get a call around 5pm from one of the guys saying they don't have all four tires in stock but will be done asap tomorrow when they got them.Waited all day, my boyfriend called and even went there once to check. I got back, and he told me they weren't even touched. Needless to say, I got my tires back and am taking them somewhere else. When we pulled around to grab them, the mechanic quickly threw them outside of the dock and closed the door. Bunch of brainless idiots that work there. Never again.

Got in quickly to resolve a tire issue. It was completed while I shopped for a bit. The additional inspection and recommendations were beyond expectations. Thank you!

On December 31 2023 appx 12:30 pm. I had 4 things waiting in line ask the front counter who was B.S. around to check me out. She refused and told there opening second line. Self checkout we're all card only. Just left the suffl near by and left.

I called to see if i needed an appointment to get a nail removed from my tire. I was put on hold for 20 min. I hug up and called again and was once again put on hold for 10 more minutes then just got tired of waiting on hold and hug up. I called again for the third time and i asked the lady if she kept putting me on hold on purpose and she told me that they were understaffed and there was only one person working. I drove to the store at 6:15pm when I got there i was told by the same woman that they were closed. No where on Google does it say the hours of the service department. Google says it closes at 8pm. These hours need to be updated for all departments. Why couldn't she tell me this over the phone? I told her I would go in myself to see if i needed an appointment or not since she couldn't give me an answer the 3!!!!!! times i called!!!!! This is a nice way to loose a customer. Never again farm and fleet. This store strives for good customer serve and good service and good quality products. I think not. Horrible service horrible rude people working.

Quality service, quick service, and friendly employees. Made an appointment on the phone quickly. Upon arrival, I was quickly greeted and taken care of. Service was fast and done professionally. During the service appointment, I was able to shop in the newly reorganized store. It was an excellent experience.

My experience today reaffirmed why I shop at Fleet Farm. I asked for a price check and even showed them a picture these gloves on several racks marked at $7.99. The manager could have cared less, was super rude, and would not honor the price.

I always enjoy looking around at farm and fleet, I buy all of my lawn care items there. Had to take my chain saw to get a carburetor worked on. I trust there repair shop.

Cold snap and my thermostat falls off the wall and breaks. Very difficult for me to walk. Called to check if one is available. For my assurance, the Cs rep walked to them to check availability with me on phone. Delivered to My car. Great service!

Always super friendly and helpful. Super friendly and caring towards my dog everytime I bring her with me. They come out from behind the counters if they aren't busy to pet her and offer her treats. Love it's pet friendly here! Loved bringing her here in the winter to get her out of the house when it was too cold for regular walks

This is a good Farm and Fleet, larger with a vast selection. They do offer a regulars club, can't remember right now what they call it but you do get some discounts and when you reach certain amounts spent you receive coupons and gift certificates. Happy with them.

Do NOT go here for tires. I spent a ton of time on the phone with a very nice person, told me I would get a discount for being a rewards member. I called back to make sure of the price so I am not surprised when I go to have my tires put on. Seems they only had me down for a brake check! I wasn't even put in to have tires put on. So the guy asks me what the size of tire was again? I said so I have to go thru this again. I want to cancel you guys don't know what you are doing and its scary. he goes well we know what we're doing. I said "to me, you don't know what you are doing." He tells me OK. that's it, they are horrible. DO NOT use them. Tires and brakes are a necessity and extremely important, and NO they don't know what they are doing!

My go to place for pine pellets i use for kitty litter. Great prices for large bags of their brand of cat food and dog food. Great place to go for assorted nuts for eating or baking. Huge variety of candy

We used the purchase online option and drive thru pickup. It worked great! We pulled up, gave our order number and they brought our 3 big bags of dog food out and put them in the back of our SUV.

It took 2 weeks to get the breaks done due to lack of employees available to work. Then there was the miss communication about how long it was going to take. We were under the impression of a week total then to our surprise it took 2 weeks. When you say a It will be done by Saturday, You should specify the actual date not the day. Because I spoke to the girl on Wednesday. I did get to talk to the manager and he's was very nice and accommodating. They actually are very nice and accommodating. Except for the fact that we didn't have our car for 2 weeks. We got the car back and so far working fine. Breaks feel a little sponge But that just may be how the brakes feel. Overall I'm still happy with the service.

You don't have to be a farmer to get the great deals at Farm and Fleet. They have everything gor your lawn and pets. Nice store with helpful employees

It takes forever to work on just small issue.You will see more people at front gossiping and few actual working. I have to ask them after waiting for 2 hours and then they start working on it. And then they said it will take 20 minuts, those 20 minuts took an extra hour.They work on vehicle for few minutes and then disappear for hours than come back again for few minutes. Not professional at all.Service: Brakes

Have to bring battery through door into auto shop place onto counterWalk around into office and then told to bring through another door to another counterWhere there s a little office area to get checked outHorrible setup poor attitude and filthy setupOverall store is great and I will continue to shop thereAlso didn t want to help search for a size of tires for a older truck project.I don t believe they were not available like I was told I went elsewhere and spent 1100 dollars on a set of 4Competition had no problemand didn t mind helping meServices: Tires, Battery

I love this store, they have everything from car servicing, plumbing, any kind of animal food or treatments for horse's, pigs, cats and dogs you name it they have it.. And every person who works there are willing to help you and very friendly... I would give them 6 stars if I could !!

Very great except for my last time one of the cashiers was very rude she needs to ask politely to pull my mask over my nose not be so rude about it. I have asthma so it's hard to breathe as it is so with the mask it's that much harder.

Drove to Janesville & Rockton both stores claimed to have items in stock when that was not the case. Both orders sent notifications that the order was ready for pick up.

Nice place to shop. Have a variety. Men's ladies, children's clothing. Appliances, canning jars, paint, candy, peanuts, Christmas decorations, snow blowers and in summer lawn mowers. Dog food, bird food, necessity for horses and such.

Clean store, stocked well, great selections, variety of items from food to nuts, to candy, tools to automotive, tires, paint, batteries to pet supplies, fishing, camping, clothing for the whole family, shoes, household items, name it they will most likely have. Staff knowledgeable and very helpful. My go to store.

The store needs a mager over hall and they need to keep the shelves stock way better than they do now also they need better works and people that know what whey are talking about when you ask them a question.
