I LOVE this auto part store and I will never go anywhere else! Jon Barker who is the manager I believe, helped me with my break lights and he went above and beyond. I m a single mom who knows next to nothing about cars. Knowing I can count on them to assist me makes me feel so happy. They ve replaced a battery for me in the past and my experience was just as wonderful! Thank you so much for all that you guys do!

I used to work at this Autozone for 24 years. I went to buy anti-freeze and was rung up by Amber. Amber welcomed me as soon as I walked in. Told her I was just getting antifreeze. When Amber rang me up she offered me a deal on fuel system cleaner. I declined but thanked her for the offer. Amber shows great customer service skills and I would have enjoyed working with such a motivated associate.

Had a battery replaced in my Nissan Murano about a week ago. The store manager (John, I believe) stood out in the pouring rain to install it. Battery works great! 5 star service at this place.

Went in on a snowy night to replace my windshield wipers.. and let me tell you. Jason was more than happy to help me with no problem! He made me feel welcome and comfortable. He came out in the snow and replaced BOTH for me. He even gave pointers on what to look for on the wipers when they are going bad.. and to ensure me they were on tightly and safe. Amazing job Jason. I for sure will be back in the evening! Thank you!

Great experience at Auto Zone today! My daughter needed a new battery for her car and John was awesome at helping us! Super friendly and polite, recommended a great battery and replaced it for right then and there. Thank you John for your great customer service!

I came in and Jason assisted me right away with getting some new awesome wind shield wipers. He even installed them for me! Such a nice guy. Very quick and professional.

Great customer service. Jason H is absolutely amazing. I had my engine and awe light on. He did the diagnosis and cleaned my gas cap. But, the lights were still on. It was so nice of him to reset the codes. It worked! I m so grateful to him for his willingness to help. He is simply the best I ll always count on me for my future visits. Thank you so much, Jason. Jon s the coolest. He came out in freezing rain and hurricane force winds to help me install new windshield wipers. I don t really live in the area, but I would drive to Loves Park to come to this location again. Thanks for helping me see the road again!

Excellent experience hear, everyone is always helpful/knowledgeable. Colby gave me spot on advice on resolving my check engine light by cleaning the catalytic converter with Cataclean for my Audi Q5. Then I believe it was Aden, that chymed in an gave me an idea on how to further maintain my car. This location rocks!

We visited Auto Zone on N.2nd last evening - both low beams went out on the car. The store manager was wonderful. He assisted with explaining the difference in bulbs, removed the old bulbs and installed the new ones. He did the same for the rear window wiper. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for your assistance.

Dom was very helpful and put in the headlight for me. Not the easiest as he had to remove the battery to do it. He also cleaned off the battery for me. I always find the best service at this location!

Had a great experience checking my engine light. With no knowledge of vehicles, Jason was able to explain what was going on and the easiest way to have it repaired. He also topped of fluids that I didn t know were low. Thanks man! I ll be shopping here again

To me car part stores are like speaking Greek and as a car owner, at times I have to buy parts and such. I buy exactly what I am told to say. Lol. I get anxiety going to Greece. However, the customer service that I received when I arrived was superb and made me instantly feel comfortable and at ease. Through his friendliness and knowledge everything went perfectly and smooth. Thank you for helping me through.

Jason s from loves park gave me exceptional service over the phone. My cars serpentine belt broke after owning it 3 days and I talk to Jason and he made me forget about my troubles. During stressful time you really hope you re doing the best decisions and it helps when you get a guy as knowledgeable and willing to help as Jason! Especially since I called a few minutes before they closed. I asked him if he was a manager and he said no but I was shocked because I usually see that drive and enthusiasm from managers or brand new employees and he was neither. Jason I really hope you stay with autozone. I m not good with cars but if you need a personal banker I work at midland on state st and I hope I can repay you the favor! Thank you

Had flat tires and all the gas stations had frozen air hoses. Decided to try autozone on a last ditch effort and Dom helped me out! He was very friendly and didn't hesitate to help me! Thanks Dom!

Love this place they have always been helpful! But today the man working there Jason really went out his way to help me. I even looked in my purse to give him some money for how hard he worked to help me. My battery wasn t working he did the test for me put it on for me his customer service was great he makes people feel welcome to ask for help! Some places people don t want to help as much but I m glad we stopped here! Thank you Jason at autozone!

Had excellent help from Dominic today although I work with him as a fellow co worker it was my day off and could see much maturity in him as he was a fellow red shirt and graduated to a gray shirt employee just wanted to say I'm very proud of my co worker and have the upmost respect for the crew I work with high regards for all !!!
