Good, easy, experience. Knowledgeable but not pompous Service Reps. Nice waiting area. Never been over-charged.

My only complaint is "no Saturday hours". The service here has been top notch. We previously bought a Sienna from another dealership ( Carmax ) and Anderson did all our service and even helped us with lemon law issues. We have bought 2 cars through them since; GREAT service being the biggest reason we chose to shop and continue here. Sales are not pushy, yet very informative and willing to answer all your questions.2023: STILL LOV'N THIS PLACE. Thinking about purchase #3 as well. Small and electric/solar are what we'll be hunting for.

Fixing cars. They're good at that. Taking care of customers with customer service, not good. Expect to not have services offered on the weekend and if weekdays are the only offered days plan to have Uber or someone pick you up. They expect someone to sit for 3 hours to wait until they are done without offering loaner vehicle for a period to go back home. Makes it difficult for people who still have to work that need to go on with their daily lives while servicing. Asked multiple ways to get home and they just laughed at the questions and said "not with covid happening, it makes it hard on us all". Not good customer service nor problem solving at all.

As always, excellent service by trustworthy professionals! The service waiting area (building in general) is very clean with a lot of room and refreshments. I always bring my truck here for maintenance.
