I was able to get a hold of the mechanic and he came to my house to do an alternator job. Took him 4 hours to do a simple job, each time I went back to check on him. He kept breaking more parts on my car and lost screws.. he called for a tow from THEIR company and lost his temper and put his hand in my face... Civil sue? DONT USE THIS COMPANY. My apartment building has it all on cameras

They had my truck for over a month to swap the motor and I gave them another truck with everything they need. Then go to pick it up... finally. And my radio, 2 - 15 inch subs stolen out of my truck. They told me I should've took my subs out. Now they have a lawsuiton their hands

I would recommend visiting All Model Automotive for all your automotive needs. The level of service and professionalism displayed by the staff members of AMA was second to none. All Model Auto performs good and affordable work; they had been able to get my car in unexpectedly on 2 occasions near closing hours and helped me avoid having to call off work the next day.

They put wrong fuel lines on my vehicle bent my evap line and left it lines are not even in clamps they zip tied them in multiple areas. Because wrong lines are on my vehicle they are very close to my exhaust pipe causing fire hazard. Will be reporting to thr Better Business Bureau. Would not recommend u take your vehicle there. Obviously dishonest and untrustworthy. Do not take your vehicle here!!

Best prices on towing in the greater Rockford area. The shop does great work at reasonable prices.

Called for a Tow They answer rude Like your bothering them .A bunch of old drunks run the place poor customer service only thing good is the cheap tow prices but other than that I don t recommend.
