A great experience every time! I have taken several of my cars there because I trust that they know what they are doing and the pricing is fair. I left my car for an inspection because the check engine light was on and it was loud. A couple hours later I received video of the issues they discovered. Awesome! Highly Recommended. Discount for cash.

Really professional and kind hearted people. They will give you honest and budget friendly opinions. You can always go to Groupon to find discounts and the owner will match it. Got my tire alignment for 50. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND*** this place if you don't want to get ripped off by dealerships.

Have made an appointment for wheel alignment work. After over an one hour of alignment work, my vehicle key was given stating everything is perfect and wheel alignment is completed. Once I left and started driving, I haven't seen a difference from how it used to drive, nothing has been fixed. Literally waste of time and money. I would not recommend anyone for wheel alignment work. I spoke to him, he said probably it was because of my brake or suspension. He should have said after the work was completed.

Took my girls truck get a alignment.Truck pulling too the right, techs busted inner tie rod boots off rack and pinion. They twisted boots while turning inner tierods for adjustment everything screwed up. We had to even ask for prealignment and after alignment results. They claim too send results to my number and such. I am taking truck to a different alignment shop. I WANT A DAMN REFUND.Service: Wheel alignment

Went for 4 wheel alignment. I was told I would get a graphical note with before and after showin toe/camber corrective changes. They never provided one, which brings to question whether the service was even performed. I do not recommend this shop for alignment service.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Great and fast service. Quality work.Very reasonable pricing. Waiting area is comfortable and spacious, clean. Owner and technicians are very knowledgeable. Went there on a Sunday!! They were open!!!

Great experience! The employees are great and the facility is top notch!! I had to do a last minute reschedule for a 4 wheel alignment and they were able to accommodate me and rescheduled it for the very next day! I strongly recommend checking this place out!

I replaced my winter tires with summer tires to ensure better mileage. I contacted "W Auto Works" by phone and asked if I should bring my car in for a wheel alignment.The person I spoke with was incredibly polite and helpful. They explained the entire process to me and informed me that a wheel alignment is not necessary when switching between summer and winter tires.Wheel alignment is only required for brand new tires or when your car pulls in one direction. Thank you for providing honest advice and saving me time and money.

Don t go there unless you gonna leave this place with broken parts on your car that they are not responsible to fix.Now I have to buy new tail light for $1500.

This is the best auto repair shop I have ever been. They do not try to sell you stuff you don t need and do not gouge their prices. The customer service I have gotten here is better than any firestone or Pepe boys I have been at. This is a clean establishment with polite and professional mechanics. I would 100% recommend this place to anybody.

Very doubtful, doesn t share any kind of proof of wheel alignment, using group-on as an advertisement platform to get customers and then send them not useful offers.

Freddie and the guys here were absolutely fantastic with helping me get my car back up and operational. They are very thorough with your vehicle and thoughtful when it comes to the customer. I have been to places that have tried to pull the wool over my eyes, telling me I should just sell my car to them for scrap prices. But you won't find that here. They are honest and good workers here at W Auto Works. On multiple occasions, these guys have gone above and beyond for myself and my car. I will be a long-time customer here, as the service truly is above the rest, and I implore you to do the same.

Amazing service, Freddy is very welcoming and friendly, and he s knowledgeable about all the systems in your car. I had plenty of questions and he patiently answered each of them. The waiting area is also way better than any other car shop I ve been to.The mechanic Alexandro walked me through all the issues in my car and even brought me into the garage to show me what parts needed replacing and demonstrating the issues with them.There was no pressure on me to replace them at that very moment, just telling me what needed to be fixed and leaving the decision up to the customer. I really appreciate finding an honest and friendly car shop, especially since I ve had not-so-great experiences at some of the bigger chains. Will definitely be back and will recommend to others as well!

I do not recommend this shop for alignment service or ANY other (Alignment doesn't take 5-7 minutes)poor service and will OVER CHARGE you even after confirmation of payment do not go here.

They are not reliable people. They lost my key and couldn t fix the issues. The truck is worse than before. I don t recommend anyone to go to this shop.

Came in for a wheel alignment and was greeted by Freddy . Friendly and very personable Unfortunately I had a problem with my suspension and so the wheel alignment could not be done He gave me an option of having a diagnostic for 30$ or drive back home and have my mechanic look at it I opted for the 30$ diagnostic Turns out my front arms needed to replaced They gave me a very fair price and got the work done the same day, as well as the wheel alignment! He took off the diagnostic fee on top of it Seems to be very professional and honest guys Highly recommended ! Thank you so much Freddy!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We have brought the same car 3 times here to get an alignment, and everytime they want us to fix something else before doing the alignment which ends up costing us so much. Avoid doing your alignment here.

Absolutely loved my experience here. Fernando is so cool and knowledgeable about the services. I especially enjoyed the honesty and attention to detail. I d describe this place as friendly and welcoming. I definitely felt like I was home and the guys work fast! They don t mess around! The waiting room is clean and well maintained and the coffee is amazing! I will definitely be a repeat customer! Good experience! Fernando was super nice and helpful. I went in for an alignment and my steering wheel shaking, they got me in same day found the issue and showed me. Friendly, felt welcome the minute I walked in. Came for a front end alignment, Fernando asked specific questions of what I was experiencing, great guy. Freddy.... handled the office and customers.... if you'd like to know what "Customer Service" really is, it's Freddy. I'd hire him anytime, he's great. Freddy and Fernando are very honest and have the natural ability to understand what I wanted and explained to me exactly what was being done, he was able to meet my needs effectively. Very formed, True 2 their word, was done in time they said and cost was exactly what they quoted me. No surprises here. Just good quality service all around. Am recommending Freddy to my family and friends. I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in Very Polite!. Fernando the owner is fantastic. He understood that I like to do as much work as possible on my own vehicle and got the alignment perfect after I rebuilt nearly the entire front suspension. Got me in and out quick at highly competitive rate. Noticed huge improvement while driving my vehicle home. Very personable and friendly and you can tell he runs a good operation in seeing how his employees interact with him. I hate... HATE chain shops because I always get the impression they are trying to sell stuff that I do not need to meet some corporate bottom line. Not so here. I definitely will be back for service I cannot tackle on my own. Highly recommended, skilled, & trustworthy!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Took my 2007 Mercedes-Benz s550 to be checked out because engine was running rough but drivable. After leaving my car, Freddie said he'd plug it in the diagnostic machine. After receiving the diagnostic report and the estimate. I decided I did not want the service done. It needed intake manifold gasket and plugs and coils. When I went in to retrieve my car and pay for diagnostics I was told it would be an hour to put car back together. I thought weird but said I would come back. I came back the next day paid and tried to access my car and the remote door key would not work ! After mechanic used the manual key to open door it opened. I started car and as I trove away the car kept dying, Sputtering. It wouldn't stay running. it's now undrivable! When I told Fernando About key he tried to tell me he did nothing to key. It worked fine before I left car to be diagnosed! I was a regular customer bringing several cars here. I think they took my car apart in anticipation I would get work done,and when I didn't put it back together. Diagnostics is done by plugging it into a computer to look for error codes! Once a gasket has been exposed it can't be reused causing the worsening of the problem.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair
