Service department told me a tire puncture that appears to me and others to be well within the safe to patch area was unpatchable. Got charged $250 for a $175 tire on a car with 500 miles on it.I do not have faith that they deal fairly with customers and cannot recommend their services.

Huge upcharging. Brought my car in for a check engine light. On their list of suggested services was engine air filter, cabin air filter, and battery failure. The battery is 13 months old. I took it back to Advance Auto and they tested it. There is nothing wrong with the battery. They wanted $70 and $46 for the filters. Easy DIY fix, Advance has them for $8 and $12. Then they want to replace something that isn't broken for $504. Insane. Recommended a total of $2300 in "fixes".

Dropped off my car the night before for an oil change.Was told it would be done at 10 AM. Went at around 3 to pick it up.They apparently never did the oil change! So, we had to wait a half an hour so they could do it.Also, I thought they ran it through the car wash usually. Not this time!They were very unorganized and didn't even apologize that it was not ready.

Had to have some routine maintenance and unexpected repairs done to our car. While going to the dealership is more expensive, there is peace of mind knowing the work is being done right by trained professionals. We had a good experience overall, and we will be having all routine maintenance done there in the future.

First time using the service department at this location for our 2007 Toyota Camry. We worked with the service advisor Brandon Penman and he was immensely helpful, very patient and extremely communicative. He helped make sure our expectations were being understood and met. There were a couple decision points he helped guide us through so we could make a reasonable and economic choice to resolve a couple auto problems. There were no gimmicks or pressure for extra services and he helped ensure we had a rental squared away while our vehicle was on site getting fixed. We will be using this as our local/go-to Toyota dealership. Thanks Brandon and the mechanic team!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I had appointment at 10:45 am today. I arrived promptly as scheduled. Currently it is 1:25 PM, and their expert technicians have yet to diagnose why my front driver power seat won't move forward. If I could have fixed it myself... I would have done it myself.

Disappointed with prices for simple maintenance for fluids and minor adjustments. We did not approve and went elsewhere. Prices for new cars are often good, however.

Was looking for a Toyota camry 2023 SE and they had two in stock. I purchased one from Joshua Monahan who was an excellent salesman. He worked with me on the price and got it to where i was comfortable. Never hassled me and made me feel pressured. Real down to earth guy and genuine. After making my purchase, he walked me through every feature of the car. He really took his time to make sure i was informed and satisfied. The whole place had a friendly atmosphere. Overall, was a great experience and would highly recommend.!!

Went for a manufacturing defective headlight assembly on a 2 year old RAV4 with 57k miles and was told is not covered by warranty. I'm contacting the manufacturer to see what they do. Next stop will be NBC5 respond, let's see how many people come out with the same manufacturing defect on their practically new car.

The definition of professionalism- I had problem with my car and they actually looked at it free of charge. Were professional and straightforward, shoutout to that Mechanic who actually lifted the car up and called me to the back and showed me, not to mention the service advisor who helped as well. They're quality of customer service is like no other. I have never been treated this well by other dealers. Definitely coming again for service.

Josh was a well informed and a friendly salesperson, also was very direct and up front about the entire process. He went above and beyond to close on the car sale. It took a bit longer than we expected but the professionalism never faltered. Nice cars on there lot as well.I recommend shopping here for your future car purchase, and getting Josh would also be recommended.

We recently visited Lombard Toyota to have a ball joint replaced. When we got the car back, we asked a tech if a vehicle inspection had been done, and we were rudely told that Lombard Toyota doesn't do vehicle inspections as a part of maintenance, which we knew to be false since we've been taking our car there for about a decade.Since we knew there were other issues with the car, we brought it to a different local mechanic to get an inspection. The inspection showed that the brakes were in very bad shape and the car had no oil which was dangerous.When we called Lombard Toyota to let them know what had happened, we spoke to the Service Manager, Mark. Mark was appalled by the way we were treated and set out to do right by us. I won't go into detail regarding the fix that was put in place, but Mark definitely took care of us. Definitely take your car into Lombard Toyota and see Mark!Services: Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Amazing customer Service here! I was nervous about my car ( I usually am) and the staff worked to coordinate a tow for my vehicle and make sure to set me up with a rental for the mean time. I am so grateful for the extra care during what was a stressful time. I'm glad my car is okay now! Got her back and all is well! Thank you Marc Wilson for everything!!

Brought vehicle in for a pre-scheduled appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and general inspection. Representative Kelvin was friendly and informative, but I was there for over 2 hours, which was much more time than I was expecting the pre-scheduled, planned maintenance to take.

They will shoot you straight and they can be trusted. In the 4 years I've been going here - through multiple service advisers and service managers - never once have they tried to screw me. I'm not in the habit of handing out 5-star reviews but had to give it up for Lombard Toyota!

I have serious concerns about the service center at this location. I brought my car in for a recall and an oil change. Some routine brake work was recommended. The brakes felt tight when I left the shop, but I ignored it thinking it must be because of the work that was done on the brakes and probably before they were just too loose. Following the visit, my car would periodically make a weird clunk and it sounded like something was rubbing. Since it was sporadic and would eventually go away it was hard to identify the problem. With time, it kept getting worse and eventually the car could barely accelerate, feeling like the parking brake was on. I took the car to a different shop to fix the problem and the mechanic came out to talk to me specifically to let me know that the brakes had been put on way too tight. He said it's a common mistake that can be made by unexperienced workers. When I went back to Lombard Toyota to ask them to make things right for the over $300 in repairs that had been caused by the brake work that they recommended, the only thing that they could offer was a refund for the brake work that they performed which was nowhere near the cost of the repairs. I will not be using this service shop again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have a leased vehicle so I go to the dealership for oil changes. Every time there is a long wait but today was 3 hours. Don t accept my appointment request if you are already booked. I will NEVER go back and when my lease is up, I will go to Honda.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I LOVE Lombard Toyota, bought my car from elmhurst worst mistake of my life, usually get my oil change done at elmhurst but they started quoting me for repairing I didn t need done and honestly it was making just going for a oil change a hassle. Decided I would go to Lombard Toyota after a really hard time at elmhurst and what do you know Lombard Toyota charged me less than elmhurst for the oil change which I didn t even know was possible as well as filled my coolant liquid up that I didn t even notice was low.
