First time at this location. I have been passing by for years and the timing was right for me for this last oil change. I am glad that I did. I guess the management has changed hands in the last 10-12 months and it seems to be in good hands now. I worked with Al and Chris and I was very happy with them. And they gave me a special promo for a gift card too - NICE!!!

I was in dire need of an oil and filter change, so behind with the recommended change. As an Uber driver, I knew I couldn t wait another day. The prices for a change were so high. I explained my situation to the Jiffy Lube guys here in Lombard. They were wonderful! They gave it to me for free!

I used to get such good service here. Stopped by today about 3pm and was told they were closed. I said oh I didn't know you closed at 3pm on a Monday. He then said rudely "it is called lunch". I expressed that I would not know that. He then pointed to the sign in the front and I had clearly come in through the back. I understand everyone should have their break. If he had just said hey come back in 30 mins or an hour we can do it then. I likely would have just come at that time

The manager Allen was so informative and helpful. He explained a lot about the oil my car required and what my car needed to run properly. I appreciated his knowledge and kindness!!

Technician here are completely unprofessional and have no respect for their customers. I was waiting for over 30 minutes to get an oil change, which happens I get. I informed the tech that I was apartfleet services and they refused my services because "it takes too long".

Awful experience. 03/06/2024 around 4:30 pm so I call and ask about a Lyft inspection because I buy this car yesterday and I need to go true the whole process so when I get there right away I saw this two guys hating me to be there on there chill time, then the oldest ask me if I going to pay cash or card so I said card and you can see on his face he did not like that so he goes and grab a light and first thing he do is light the rotors and he call me and tell me listen man I going to fail you because the rotors are not good , bit of you pay me cash I ll pass you . I already know what he is trying to do (steal from his employer) I do all the mechanic work cars so I know he was lying about it just to get the money. Not happy with that action, so I ask for my keys and left the place not coming or recommend this place. Shame on this guys. It s not too hard to be honest and respect your place of work. NOT HARD AT ALL.

I really never leave a review but today was just a horrible experience unprofessional behavior from the manager. I arrived to the door looked like the place was closed after patiently waiting I went around the building to go inside just to find the manager and employee just on their phones l. Manager said that they were on break. Ok not an issue I told them I would wait then he got bothered because I was in the lobby and told me I couldn t wait there. Sorry for being a 10 year paying customer and being such an inconvenience to you guys. Never will I return to this place and really thinking about not going to any more jiffy lubes 3/25/24 3pm

Allen was very friendly and courteous when I pulled in. Kept me informed of how long it would take and explained to me when it was done. Also his partner Chris super friendly. I'll definitely be back.

Lawrence was just awful!! He needs training in customer service. He's driving your business into the ground!! I pulled in for a top off and the kid gave me a serious attitude for not pulling my own car into the garage. I have a healthy fear of doing this as I feel like I'm not going to do it right. So he then proceeds to do my top off in the Park lot which I found odd!! Then I ask him to fill my tires and he gets a major attitude stating that I didn't ask for that but it's part of the top off. Wow!! So, as I pull my car out vowing to NEVER come back to this location I felt like he didn't fill my tires correctly so I went across to discount tire and the gentleman told me that my driver side tires were at 38&27. Bottom line is this guy needs to be demoted or just fired! His attitude is as bad as his service.12/28:Much better experience!!! I didn't see the rude young man today so hopefully he was reprimanded/fired because he almost caused me not to come back! Anyway, today was much better. I just needed a top off and air for my tires and also assistance driving up the ramp because I don't feel safe driving on it. They checked all my levels and provided excellent customer service! Thank you for listening.

The whole team was polite, efficient, and focused on their jobs. They seemed well-trained, and I didn't feel like I was kept waiting for any part of the oil change service. Thanks for making this chore so stress-free for me on a rainy day!

Came for a lyft inspection, waited over an hour. Got greeted by a person named Ean who was very nice and professional. Another black dude came from the back and said he can't pass the inspection because a rim cover was missing (I just put a new tire on and the rim cap was at home)Very unprofessional attitude with me and his coworkers all the time.

Very dishonest manager over price and ended up paying more on an oil change an se antifreeze replacement about $300 dollar than I have ever paid at another location very bad. Thou area is great.

Lawrence and the team are wonderful. His customer service skills are impeccable. I prefer going to that particular location instead of the dealership for my oil changes. Thanks for providing excellent service

I can no longer recommend this Jiffy Lube and will not be back. 1st they got rid of the Early Bird special. 2nd they stripped the oil pan bolt. They tried to deny it after attempting to vacuum out oil with no explanation. When questioned why, they said my bolt was stripped. I provided a receipt and they blamed previous employees. They fixed it but would not have had I not been paying attention. 3rd after 1000 miles, in preparation for a almost 3000 mile trip I checked the oil. Down 2 quarts. I don't burn or leak any oil. During that trip I checked the oil every fill-up. Needed to add <1/2 quart. I was towing a 33' travel trail with a 2004 E350 averaging 6.7mpg. Last straw was when I changed the oil myself. They used the wrong oil filter. When I cross referenced the filter it wasn't even close. Pic included

They should hire nicer people and be more polite to their customers. I have been there 3 times and I have already had 2 bad experiences with the treatment of their employees, they are rude and do not seem to want to provide good service. They should be more respectful, because they are not providing a free service, they act as if they are doing the customers a favor. Today an employee spoke to me in a very rude way because I entered my car, but I was waiting and despite seeing him sitting doing NOTHING, he got angry because I entered without his permission, when I was waiting for him he completely ignored me, but he did act very aggressive when I entered saying they were too busy when there was only one car, I preferred to leave. I choose this place because it is the closest to my house, but I prefer to go further and receive good attention than allow a man to be so rude to me.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Alex and his team were super efficient. They helped me figure out what oil options were compatible with my car. Jiffy Lube is not the most inexpensive option, but they do their job and they do it quickly. I appreciate that!

Went to this place before 3 months ago and the older shorter gentlemen helped me with his great knowledge.Just went in for an oil change on my hour lunch and had terrible customer service.Management doesn t follow first come first serve policies.There was an suv behind me that was taken care of first where I was waiting for 10 min prior to that.Never coming back due to poor management from a kid who thinks he s the manager. What a joke.

Last oil change it was suggested that I needed to change my oil filter and cabin filter as I am on a fixed income I went to O'Reilly to purchase them and I asked the technician if he would change them out and they did at no charge to me. Thank You!!! Blessings In Abundance!!!

It's a very good place for an oil change. But I was shocked at the prices. My nephew had a choice in prices, +$80 for the premium and most inexpensive +$50. I think I'll change my own oil.

This location had terrible customer service. I went here to get an oil change. I went to this location and they rejected myself and three other cars that wanted an oil change. The employee said he and his co-worker were on lunch and sent us all away and said even though it would only take 15 minutes to complete, he said he was not going to service us and to come back later. So I went to see Elijah at the Jiffy Lube on 17 West 820 Butterfield road and he was so great. Very attentive and empathetic. Definitely recommend Elijah over the location in Lombard off Roosevelt road. Thanks Elijah!!!
