Just wanted to give a shot out to this great dealership and personally to Joe Ignoffo who walked me through several lease renewal options. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The team here is bar none, and everyone should seek their Cadillac options here at this dealership. The space is amazing since the remodel and it shows that this is a hard working team. I can't say enough things about this group.

Great experience, staff/team diagnosed vehicle and provided a service plan showing immediate concerns and things that would be necessary for the service-interval maintenance, no pressure. Ron, our tech explained in detail what the root-cause of the suspension problem was : out of round premium aluminum 20" rims, due to Chicago potholes, causing instability at high speed and extreme tire wear.I felt comfotable with the plan and level of expertise in the team. I would definitely recommend Heritage Cadillac for Cadillac vehicle service.

I did an open search for a replacement vehicle online. I am a 20 year Lexus driver, so I was hesitant to go into any other line of vehicle. I was contacted by Fran Sepanivich from Heritage Cadillac in Lombard. I was not convinced that a Cadillac was right for me. Fran s approach and demeanor turned my head and I gave Cadillac a chance. After being in the vehicle for two months now, I can say that my Cadillac CT4 is inferior to my Lexus 250, yet Fran was the driving force in my making my switch to Cadillac. The power of salesmanship shown by Fran is not to be underestimated. She offers great support and has repeatedly followed up over the last two months. In the end, I can be happy with this vehicle for the next three years

I'm so thankful for Fran. She took her time to show me several used Cadillac Escalades. Although I didn't purchase from heritage, I really appreciate her professionalism and knowledge of the vehicles. She was willing to answer every question and had a lot of experience and patience. I will definitely visit when I go and trade in for a brand new Escalade down the line. Thank you!!

I could have not asked for a better experience with John and Cody. From the moment I walked thru the door I was treated with respect and felt comfortable in every way from discussing the return of my lease, new lease, pricing and final paperwork. Everyone I came in contact with at this dealership was friendly and courteous.

My salesman Pernell was great, he programmed all my apps and showed me all that my XT4 can do. Cody got me through the financial part with ease. This is my third Cadillac and I am very impressed with the new configuration of the dashboard. I am enjoying my new XT4.

Joe was terrific. he went above and beyond to deliver on the exact car i searched for... all Heritage members were conscientious and respectful. purchasing a car from Heritage was a low pressure friendly experience. i had previously worked with another dealership in Tinley Park (spelled similar to "Pizza") and would recommend any/all move their business to Heritage.

SOS!!!! Please stay away from the "Service Department"!!!!!!!!The Arrogance, Unprofessional Customer Service, the Dismissiveness was over the Top. I was mis-handled as customer. I made a reservation to have my car service and was promised, and again I use the word Promised/ guaranteed a loaner car. Upon arrival I was shuffled into the area to receive the loaner and placed in an office for over 15 mins alone. I finally walked out of that office and walked around until I located someone and asked for the person (Mary) who had previously scheduled the appointment for me and was told that she wasn't available. They paged (Ms. C) who came to the desk and had a verbal disagreement with the person who paged her saying, "Why are you paging me, I'm not the only one working. I'm with another customer." I was standing there like, wow! I'm standing here. I walked away and she followed and asked if there was anything she could help me with. Immediately she started looking for reasons why she wasn't the person to assist me but I informed her that I was brought to her office after checking my vehicle in. Ms. C shuffled me into her office and quickly informed me that my insurance doesn't cover loner cars and stood up and asked, if I would like a shuttle? I asked, why wasn't I informed the new insurance policies wasn't discuss with me at the time of the reservation. She just looked at me without saying anything and went back to assisting the customer that she was previously helping. My business schedule was totally dismantled and appointments and future opportunities missed. The lack of oversight and management is absolutely apparent with a heavy does of "I don't give a Damn!"Let's see if ownership cares enough to address, ie.. FIX this problem for me. I was told that Ownership had recently fired the Service Manager but this doesn't let them off the hook for this type of Piss Poor Customer service.Heritage Service aka/Free For All aka/Rumper Room aka/Do Your Own ThingFOR EVERY 2 SATISFIED CUSTOMERS, I'M SURE THERE ARE 10 DIS-SATISFIED CUSTOMERS...SOS!!!!!!! STAY AWAY

Yesterday I bought a little pre-driven suv from this dealer and my experience was nothing short of amazing. I was able to do most of the shopping via email and phone and literally walked in, signed papers, and drove away in under 30 minutes. Pernell my salesperson was fantastic and Roy the business manager was super professional and helpful. The general manager Daren triple checked that I was completely happy with every aspect of my experience before I left. I can see why this place has a bunch of 5 star reviews!

This dealership has taken care of the Western suburbs Cadillac needs forever. I used to walk the lot as a kid years & years ago when Marshall's was next door. I walked the lot and drove away recently. Thanks to Pernell Moore and to the rest of the friendly staff. This is a cream of the crop store. Had a warranty service performed 11-4-20. The service staff is top notch. This is a first class operation.I recently had maintenance done on the car, 3-3-21, they surpassed their already exemplary service somehow. Heritage Cadillac treats me like a King. I will tout them loudly to all who want to listen. Go see them.7-25-22.Joe in Service is a true Service Advisor.Ask for him.Heritage Cadillac is a Grade A dealership.I highly recommend them.

I discovered Heritage Cadillac back in Nov 2015 when I was 29 yrs. old and purchasing my 3rd Cadillac. The sales experience was good however I have only 2 other car purchases to compare it too. What I do have is an extensive history with service. I've spent 10's of thousands of dollars on maintenance & repairs. Due to having anxiety and being non-confrontational I easily agree even when knowing I m being sold what I do not need. that's changed for me since I found Heritage. Heritage never put s any pressure on me; I ve never had a bad experience or uneasy feeling from Heritage. Chris is my manager and Mike is my tech. If you want service you're confident and comfortable with then go to Heritage Cadillac and they won t disappoint or pressure you.
