I was involved in a hit and run a few weeks ago. The whole experience was stressful but these guys helped get my car back to good as new in no time. They answered my questions, were very professional and cordial and ensured my satisfaction throughout the whole process. When I picked my car up, it looked better than it did when I bought it from the dealership! I highly recommend Glenbard Auto Body!!!

I just picked up my car and they did a fabulous job! I was referred there by my son who had some work done by them and he was pleased with what they did for his car! Jeff Wolek and everyone in the office were very courteous as well.I recommend this Body shop!

I have been going to Glenbard Autobody since 2015 and have never looked back ever since. Their quality of work is excellent and their pricing is reasonable. I cannot praise Jeff and his team enough. Jeff is amazing and is an absolute gentleman. He is professional, honest, considerate, and has his client's concerns at heart. Just recently I paid out of pocket for some work done and for a car rental. Jeff did his best to complete the work on my vehicle before the Memorial Day weekend so that I would not incur any futhur car rental costs. How considerate and what great customer service! .... Thank you Jeff, you are the best!!

Great experience with Glenbard Auto Shop! Got rear ended by an uninsured guy, and Farmers insurance insisted on we taking our Subaru to Service King in Lombard, which quoted one grand more than Glenbard and refused to tell us how long it probably takes for the repair. Jeff, Janice and Jeanie were great in helping us, they were honest and efficient, fixed the car in 3-5 days as they stated and offered lifetime warranty! Thank you and highly recommend them!!!-

I m so glad I found such a reputable body shop that cares for their clients. This was my first accident and didn t know where to start. Jeff & team were really nice and helpful. I know it takes time but they told me step by step what to expect. No surprises! I got my car back in a fair amount of time and its now riding better than ever. glad the lady didn t cause more damage to my car and it was a quick fix. I highly recommend and will be returning. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The people there are all so friendly. Their office is immaculate. Jeff got my estimate done in a timely basis. My insurance company, State farm had my claim approved in a matter of two days. My car is in their shop now getting repaired so I can't wait to see the final results.

Revising review my husband and I made yesterday. Car is driving fine now and some pictures we found from earlier this year might have that mark above the tire (that we thought previously not there.) We can t see the scratch 100% in any of them or confirm where the scratch even came from but we are withdrawing claim incase it wasn t their staff. Actual work completed by Glenbard on back bumper appears to be great. Rear door and sensors functioning again. Thank you.

This place is the best! If you are looking for a body shop, GO HERE! They have helped me fix so many things on my car at such a reasonable price. Above all, they are honest - a rare quality these days. The owner is really nice, as they are family owned, and their team (Jeff and Dino) are also extremely easy to work with, personable, and very upfront about their pricing. I have been beyond satisfied with everything they have done for me, including installing a new headlight, removing a body kit, fixing an engine guard (twice), new steering wheel, and even a major repair after an accident. They are efficient and very fair. They have saved me so much money compared to going through my dealership. 5 stars is not enough for this place.

My 2005 Mustang was damaged in the August 2020 tornado. My insurance company came out and provided an estimate (which I knew was a low ball amount). I took my car to Glenbard Auto Body and they provided me a full estimate and work-up of the damage, hours, and cost. My insurance company accepted the estimate to get my car fixed. My top needed to be outsourced, which was fine! Every peas fixed with Ford Factory parts. They kept me totally updated on how the progress was being made by them and the company fixing my top. It did take 3 1/2 weeks to get my car back but TOTALLY worth it as she looks brand new!! The work they did is worth the wait and cost. I will never look for another place and will always use Glenbard Auto Body for work!!Thank you guys for giving me my Mustang looking like I just got her!!!!

It's been a while since we've needed the service of a body shop and we were pleasantly pleased with the results. They did an incredible job matching the paint of an older vehicle. I needed the door on my truck realigned. I am fairly new to the area and wanted somewhere close and reliable to get the work done. Jeff and the team got my vehicle diagnosed and fixed within hours. I dropped my son's car off there after he was rear-ended. They evaluated the vehicle and recommended the repairs that were appropriate. They also recommended some money saving ideas since I only have third party insurance on the car.

I have never felt compelled to write a review but the customer service at glenbard auto Body was outstanding. They fixed my car in a timely manner and when I got it back there was a minor issue with the key-less entry not working as it should. I called them back, and they told me to bring it back on my time. I brought back the car and they had it fixed within an hour. On top of that, Jeff (I presume the manager) gave me a few Starbucks gift cards as an apology for me having to bring the car back in. It s rare when an auto body shop has decent customer service but Glenbard AB had outstanding customer service, great work quality, and left a very good impression. It also has a very clean waiting room and friendly employees. 5/5 stars.

I've taken my car here twice for body work following accidents - Jeff & Co. are the best in the business. Both times they were extremely helpful, friendly and prompt. I live in the city but make the trek out anytime I need body work done. Would...and have...recommended to anyone in the west suburbs.

During the recent extended rains my GMC truck wiring and interior was severely damaged via the sunroof. After checking around for quotes I decided to give Glenbard Auto Body a shot given that I had body work done there previously and they did a great job. Not only did they complete the job quickly they did it at much less than the other quotes. Janice and Dino did a great job and even refused a tip! I would highly recommend GAB they were very friendly, honest, and professional. Additionally, they stayed in touch with status updates. Great Job Guys!!

I have taken my car there 3 times for 3 different repairs. All were completed perfectly and for less cost than their competitors. They treat you right there. I highly recommend it.

Had body repair from 2 minor fender benders. After we picked up the car we noticed a hubcap missing. Glenbard realized they lost it, so they told us they ordered us a new hubcap. We went in and they put on new hubcaps. Turns out they replaced all 4 hubcaps with PLASTIC ones and threw away our 3 other metal hubcaps. Not Happy...one has cracked already. This is a 2016 low mileage car.

Had a minor repair done on my bumper for a very reasonably price and they didn t try to upsell me to replacing the whole thing. Had to get another minor fix to the same problem a year later and they did it no charge. Thank you!
