Began using their services in 2017 for general maintenance work and some road service on our Ford SUV & Cadillac sedan. They are courteous, professional, proficient and fairly priced. I have accepted and been very satisfied with the results of their recommendations and the quality of their work. Can't ask for more than that. Highly recommend this outfit.

New to the area I needed a new auto center to service my car. I was recommended DuPage tire and auto. I am 100 percent satisfied with the service my car has received. This is my new auto center. Absolutely love DuPage Tire and Auto! They re sincerely a mechanic I can trust & that s so hard to find. With my older car, they gave me a list of what s super important to fix now vs something I need to address within the next few months. Fair prices, honest workmanship & good people.

Very professional. Completed the job when it is ideally promised especially since our daughter was in for a short time on Friday and they are closed over the weekend, and she was leaving on Sunday. We appreciate Bob and Kyle treating customers like family.

In my opinion I would advice you to not waste your time and day on taking your vehicle here. They are short staffed and aren't able to really accommodate you for multiple services like in other shops I've been too. It's understandable to be short staff but if you are like me that time is valuable and you don't like wasting your time I would pick another shop that can handle the demand.

Bob and Kyle at DuPage Tire and Auto Center in Lombard are incredible. They are transparent and hold high integrity at the shop. We have used them for oil changes as well as more extensive work when getting a car up and running again. They are thorough with explaining what needs to be done and what could potentially wait and be done in the future. You never feel as if you are being taken advantage of. In fact when I had an issue with emission testing I was advised to see if the fix would be under warranty with the dealership before going forward with them. I can t say enough good things, once you use them once it will be the place you want to continue to go to for your vehicle needs!Services: Exhaust, Battery, Oil change

Been going to DuPage Tire and Auto for several years now. Staff is friendly, very thorough and they explain the work that needs to done with estimates before they start the work. I ve never had to wait more than a day to get my cars in when service is needed. They are fast, efficient, excellent communication, fair pricing, and they do a great job. I am extremely happy with DuPage Tire & Auto! Staff is very friendly, professional and courteous. I work in the area and Bob offered to drop me off and pick me up from work.....wow!!! He even followed up few days later to make sure everything was fine. We bought an Interstate brand battery from a chain that is no longer in business, and it went bad.We went to DuPage because they carried that brand. Even though this was our first visit, they treated us as if we were valued, long-term customers.They greeted us as we walked in and immediately went to work. They tested the battery thoroughly, showed us it was bad, replaced it quickly and honored the remaining Interstate warranty. They even sent a text message a few days later to make sure everything was OK.The overall experience was beyond our expectations. We felt like we were dealing with a professional, honest team that genuinely cared about our problem. We will definitely use this business again.Service: Auto battery replacement

It was a good experience! My dealer recommended tires and brakes but the friendly tech said I still had life on the breaks so advised me to wait a while. I replaced 2 tires there with minimal waiting time. I had an appointment and assume that helped. I will go back again in the future and refer others.

Great place to buy your tires and for follow-up maintenance, such as tire rotation. Staff at DuPage Tire & Auto are true professionals and therefore knowledgeable in all things auto. I highly recommend this company. Just had my spark plugs changed and as always Dupage did me right. I have been going to them for years. They have always been honest with me and never try to charge me for anything that i don't need. It is not every place where you can trust that what they tell you is the truth. Dupage Auto and Tires changes the game and always gets me back on the road with good customer service and good effort.Service: Auto maintenance

After visiting several auto parts stores and even a different repair facility I returned to DuPage Tire who ordered and installed the correct replacement part. DuPage Tire and Auto has been our go to mechanic for some 20 years. They are friendly, efficient and most important trustworthy. We have referred many people to them And they are always very satisfied with the work they do. They only do the work that needs to be done and they don t try to sell us any additional services that are not necessary. They als try to get us the best price available. We are extremely satisfied with them.

Brake job was more extensive than normal due to frozen caliper. Decided to replace both. Additionally lower ball joints had enough play to replace. All work was needed after extended trip with vehicle to Alaska. I am new to the area and was worried about finding a good mechanic to fix my 2008. Where I was living I had the best mechanics that I could always rely on and trust for many years. I feel so lucky I found DuPage Tire right down the street from my new location. They are just as honest and trustworthy as my previous mechanic. All the 5 star reviews say it all.
