I just wamt Zach to know he is a so amazing. he was so patient and helpful with me and my son. I was totally lost on the reservation we made. Zach was so amazing. he never got irritated or rushed us. he walked us through everythinghelped us understand the process and even figured out why the pre-approval wasn't working for the credit card. THANK YOU ZACH FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND ASSISTANTS. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING!!

There was a nail in one of my tires and Discount Tire fixed it for free!! I am so impressed and grateful for the amazing work that they do. Booked an appointment online. Staff was very friendly. Unlike the fancy stealership (MB of Chicago), they did not try to sell me a new set of tires (while they still had 6/32 tread depth). I m definitely going to Discount Tire to buy a new set of tires in the future.

Had a travel trailer blow out on our way through Chicago. Got excellent service and advice from Noah who literally had our new matching tire ready for install n put the spare back on the rack in only 30 minutes ! Wow!!

Bought a set of rims and tires. Good tires good rims, except I waited over a month and a half for all four tires to come in. When I purchased them they confirmed they had hands on them elsewhere and would be delivered by next week. I stressed my tires where nine years old but was fine waiting a week. Weeks go by I have to call them to find out that only three were delivered yesterday, we should have the other one by next week. Great fine and dandy Ive waited now 6 and a half weeks for it. Except every time I need a rotation I need to wait an hour thirty past my scheduled appointment time for my vehicle to even enter the bay to begin service. Would love to purchase winter set but highly doubt I would get any sort of service before Christmas. Also I mentioned I purchased nice set of black rims. After only two balance and rotations more than half of each of the rims is caked in the adhesive for the weights. I was told to wipe it with acetone. After my rotation, on the way home my tire lights turned on and they filled it up way over the recommended psi. They were very helpful and attentive when we were about to purchase but downhill from there when it comes to service

What a great place! Ryan and Zack and all the other people there are just wonderful. I dropped my car off there at 1:45 and went and got some lunch in by 3:15 the car was done. I would highly recommend this place for all of your tire needs

Had to get 4 new tiresWas told 1 hour wait but actually finished in 30 minutesGood service, but I was charged for something I didn't want even after the sales guy confirmed I would not be charged for anything extra...so check your receipt.

The team is awesome, they never disappoint. I only buy tires at DT, prices are fair. They handle all my tire issues. Rep Roman recently assisted me with tire replacement. He was very patient with all my questions and concerns. He quickly made repairs and sent me on my way!! Good guys, always kind.

I waited in line for 30 minutes. For 25 of those 30 minutes, the line did not move a millimeter. I repeat, for 25 minutes, the line did not move a single millimeter. Customers were getting upset and lesving, including myself. But what can you expect from tire guys? Apparently, making a line move is rocket science to them. And they were not short staffed at all.

Had an emergency set of tires needing replacement. Dropped of car the night before and came in first thing. They found me a pair of very reasonable tires (this is a beater car). And it was done in less than 40 minutes after dropping off. And there were a lot of cars lined up.

Good location. I've had rotations, new tires and TPMS sensors done here on several vehicles without any issue. Everyone that's helped me has been friendly and professional. They get busy so I always make an appointment online first.

scheduling appointments at this location seems to be irrelevant, even though I arrived 15 minutes early , had already paid for the services and checked in virtually and in person it still takes 30 minutes just to get my vehicle in the service bay .then another 45 minutes to install 3 tires. the staff is friendly and the price is competitive but the actual service time is something that needs work. no one seems to work with any urgency or efficiency. other than long wait times ,they do a decent job

I tired to make an appointment to get 4 tires, but they told me 1st come 1st serve. However, when I get there this morning, they go to the LAST person who pulled up in the parking lot. When I confronted the employee about it, he rudely brushed me off, so I left. I'll spend my little money where it's wanted. Now, I wish I had matched his rudeness.

I had a fantastic experience at Discount Tire recently. Efficiency was definitely their strong suit! Scheduling does not work. My appointment was at 1. I arrived at 12:55, checked in via their online platform and still have to sit in my car for 40 mins with the status as waiting to get serviced . I finally went to see what was going on only to find out that the system never checked me in. I had to get checked in again and start all over. I got out of there at 2:40.

I ve had to come here twice in 3 months for 2 different tires blowing out. Both times Jon helped me and really went above and beyond. They didn t have the tire so he ordered it but he gave me other options to get me back on the road immediately. I would recommend this location and working with Jon to all my family n friends.

Joe really helped us out! We just got new tires on Friday through the dealership and had a nail in the tire the next Wednesday. They said they would take a look and without an appt, took the car back within 45 mins and were able to patch the tire. Best part of all, no charge for the patch. We will for sure be buying all our tires from discount tire! Thanks for making a stressful situation much less stressful. You guys rock!!

Update: Manager waived the labor fee's and got me out less than 30 minutes.I recently visited Discount Tire for a tire change, expecting a smooth and efficient process. However, my experience on 10/17/2023 was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. I had prepaid and ordered a set of Bridgestone tires and patiently waited at the store for two and a half hours, assuming that my vehicle's tires were being replaced. To my shock, I was informed that they had indeed ordered the tires but had given them to another customer without ordering replacements. As if this mix-up wasn't frustrating enough, the absence of an apology or customer service left me astonished.That day, my tires were replaced in a mere five minutes, which deepened my frustration. I was amazed to witness such a stark contrast in service speed. I couldn't help but feel that my time and convenience were undervalued.This experience was far from what I expected at Discount Tire, and I found the lack of accountability and responsibility quite disheartening. I recommend that potential customers consider their options and approach their visits to this establishment with caution. I hope others won't have to face similar issues and go somewhere else.
