Hello there, you know the thing these day's is before payment they are all sweet and dandy. They tell you what you want to hear. Then after they get payment they treat you different. I was told they were going to ( detail ) the car once they are done doing the repairs. Not sure what type of detail they have in their dictionary but I tell you what....I could have gotten my granny from the grave and she could have done a waay better job. There was no detail here. There were smears on the body of car... dust inside the car and sandpaper dust of a forearm on my middle console. Just silly. The repairs I am happy with but don't be jiving customer's just to get their business. Guess you got to be a good friend, a high class person to get a good detail on your car.... anyhow thank you either way.

Needed my car repaired after an auto accident. Went through auto insurance, efficient and excellent service. They work with Enterprise which provided me a rental until my car was completed. They originally told me about 2 weeks but it was completed sooner than that and even cleaned the inside of car as well. Chris was very helpful throughout the process and kept me updated on the status regarding my vehicle.

State Farm referred me to this collision repair shop. I had a really good experience. They teamed up with Enterprise Car rental and I was able to drop off my car, get it fixed, and then I was able to leave my rental car at that shop and get my car back. Kyle Adams was my repair specialist, and he did a great job. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would recommend this body shop for your car repairs.

I was shopping around for repairing the rear bumper on my Mercury Grand Marquis after I had clumsily backed into a wall and Crash Champions was the last shop on my list. I can confidently say that Kyle is hands down the friendliest person in the body shop business in the area. I ended up using Crash Champions not only because of Kyle's affable nature but because their quote was also the cheapest and they were able to fix my car a lot sooner than anyone around. Kyle and Crash Champions will be my first stop for all my future auto body needs.

As a twenty-something female med student who knows very little about the car industry, I m always weary of being taken advantage of when it comes to car service shops. Kyle and Martin at Crash Champions made me feel like I was in great hands through the entire process of getting my car repaired, helping me secure a rental, dealing with insurance and even going the extra mile to include my dad in correspondences despite him being out of state. I wouldn t hesitate to bring business back to them or to recommend their work! Car was done sooner than anticipated, exterior repairs were stellar and vehicle interior was cleaner than I left it. I don t know where to start Jay and Kyle are great they possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills and without a doubt if anything was to ever happen with my car again they would be on speed dial. They made me feel welcomed and took care of my car having it ready within 3 weeks and assured me of each and every step they took GREAT JOB

11/10 stars for this place!! They were extremely helpful with dealing with my insurance. The repairs were done quickly and professionally. They kept me up to date with every step of the process, and completed the job 3 days earlier than quoted. They made my car like the wreck never even happened. I brought my car in for body work on Geico's recommendation as they are one the Geico's approved repair shops. It pains me to rate these guys so low as the customer service was terrific, everyone was super friendly and they communicated with me really well. However, upon driving off the premises I immediately noticed a light thumping sound coming from under the car. It was subtle at first however in the next day or so after some very limited driving I noticed it getting worse. After a quick google I saw one culprit could be a loose wheel, but I thought there is no way that's it. There is no way a repair shop would forget to tighten lugnuts, but just to be sure before I brought the car back, I checked. Sure enough, they did indeed forget to tighten my lugs on the wheel that had to be removed to complete the service. Two had fallen off, and the others were so loose they could be loosened by hand. This could have resulted in an absolutely awful outcome, and frankly is an absurd oversight that I can't really wrap my head around. It's worth noting that the car was finished days early... Guys... It's great to finish early, but rushing to do so that you neglect an extremely important detail that could result in tons of damage and injury is terrible.Service: Body & Trim

Very professional! Very nice! Very friendly! Very fast! Told me my car would take a week depending on parts and it was done the same day. Even washed my car too! Very happy with them all especially Alexis! He had the rent a car waiting for my family and I once we arrived too! Even let us install the car seat for our son inside the garage while they were finishing up. Cannot thank them enough for a great job, great service!

I have been to the Lombard shop several times. The work has always been high quality exceeding my expectations. I have always been treated fairly here. I have recommended this Lombard shop to my friends. This last time they repaired my car and even did more than I thought they would. In addition they cleaned and vacuumed my car and even removed old wax from the areas that they did not repair. I wanted to have the car ready by Monday for a trip. They said that was not going to be possible due to circumstances beyond their control - but then they worked at it and made it happen for me. They called me Monday morning as I was getting ready to leave to tell me I could pick up my car. So I was happy and still am.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They are fair with pricing. The estimate didn't change after bringing the vehicle in. They worked with my insurance company for me. They completed repairs in the timeline they gave me and the finished product was great. My customer service experience was with Alexis; He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and had a positive attitude. Overall a great experience and I would recommend them.

Great experience with Jim!I brought in my 2014 Focus multiple times over the last few years to get some body damage repaired and finally when it was totaled.Estimates were quick and everyone was always friendly. Quality of the repairs were flawless and the car always came back clean and fresh. They were always willing to help find a ride to a local rental shop if needed.

They replaced my front bumper. Great experience. The front desk personnel were very courteous. The repair team kept me up to speed on cost and the work being done at every stage. When I picked up my car I was impressed with the quality of workmanship. I won t go anywhere else from here on out!
