Very friendly atmosphere. Dan was very professional, very nice and helped me in deciding which package was best for my truck. My truck is a 2004 Toyota 4 Runner Limited. Dan and his team did a fantastic job!!! The truck looks like new. I have tried other detailing shops and they don't even compare to the job that Chicago Pro did. I highly recommend Chicago Pro. I've brought in 4 cars in for a variety of services and have been super impressed. I ve sold 2 of the vehicles within days and feel strongly that it was due to the paint correction and detail I did at Chicago Auto Pros. Yes, it takes a little time to get an appointment but their work is immaculate. A+ experience and outcome!

First trip to this fine establishment today and I promise you it will not be my last. The level of service I received was unmatched in any industry I ve recently encountered. Their waiting room is beyond comfortable. Brought my car in for a mini detail. It was completed quickly, effectively and exceeded my expectations. I ve referred three people in the last four hours and I ll be telling all my coworkers. To Dan, John and the whole crew - thank you for a wonderful detailing experience.

I was looking for somewhere to take my 2024 Grabber Blue Mustang GT to get some PPF, ceramic coating, and window tint. I called and talked to Alex and asked a few questions. I live just outside of Detroit. He said, you know thats not that far away. I took him up on it and brought my car in for full front PPF with rocker panels, ceramic coating over entire car, including wheels and all the windows tinted. I could not of made a better decision the work is impeccable. Alex and Dan made the entire process seamless. Speaking of seams Dan had to show me a very well done seam by the rocker panel. i could not find them! I bring it back soon for the suggested 2 week checkup. Cant thank everyone enough at Chicago Auto Pros. Professional job and excellent customer service. I had 3 compliments before I even left Illinois!Services: Paint protection, Window tinting

Dan and his team at the Lombard location has been great and provided exceptional services, addressed all my needs and concerns. I had been to all locations Glenview, Glen Ellyn and Lombard is no different. Chicago Auto Pros is my only place to go to for my new cars, protections and coatings. The only place I would recommend to anyone! Loved talking about the work you guys did when people asked and complimented how my car still looks so good over the years! Awesome job!

Just went for my 2 week follow up inspection. I had the Gtechniq light and window tint to match my factory rear windows. CAP as always does a professional job on my vehicles. I will use them whenever I need detailing work done. Thanks Dan and CAP.

They did a very careful and professional job of installing this beautiful satin black vinyl wrap over my factory painted Tesla Model Y and it really transformed the overall aesthetics of it! I m very impressed with the outcome of the work they did and would highly recommend Chicago Auto Pros!

so first off i want to start off by saying i heard of this place from my boyfriend & his friends. word of mouth does it for me everytime. so i had a incident and literal GASOLINE spilled in my trunk, not a ton but enough to make my car smell and make me paranoid. the first initial call i had to the second i picked up my car has been nothing less then seamless. the odor is literally gone. my whole car is sparkling. their office and work area is so clean and the service is just impeccable. worth EVERY penny. i spoke with Alex for my appt i believe and im pretty positive Dan was the one to assist me towards picking it up. they even had someone explain all the safety and health concerns i had with the spill. i truly can t get over how grateful i am. they have a customer for life :)

It s always a pleasure working with the Chi Auto pros team. They earn the name Pros front to back! Justin and Dan are super accommodating and knowledgeable on the front end and the same professionalism Carry s over to the work that is going on in the back. Waiting area is always clean, comfortable and inviting. When I think back to the car wash places I used to use, how could they get away with being so dirty? Your business is keeping things looking clean and amazing?! But not these guys, they are top knotch! I drive 30 min, past countless other places to work with them and they never disappoint. After seeing thier videos on YouTube I thought paint protection film may be good for my 2023 Acura TLX Type S. I spoke to A.J. on phone and he gave me all the details and what was involved with PPF. I decided to go with the front end PPF. I dropped the car off with Dan. I was very impressed with the shop and the staff. When I picked up the car, I was amazed how great it looks.Do yourself a favor. Use these guys if you want the ultimate workmanship for your vehicle. Thanks again guys, can't tell you how pleased I am.

Just picked up my wife's 2019 Atlas after getting some Pinnacle window tint and an exterior maintenance detail. As always with them, the car looks better than new. Thanks, Justin and Jimmy for all the help! We will see you Monday for the next car. :-)Update to my review...Chicago Auto Pros has tinted 3 of my cars, done an exterior enhancement detail to one, and now they did paint protection film on another vehicle of mine. I am very impressed with the work done and I also have no doubt that the team at Chicago Auto Pros will stand by all their work as well. I highly recommend them for any detailing service, paint protection film, window tinting, and ceramic coatings. I got my front window tinted and they did good job with tinting.However, it seems that they did not handle the car properly and got scratches on my brand new Audi.I found driver side door was scratched, I immediately showed it to the sales person and he took the car and fixed it. When I asked how it got scratched the person simply said, don t know.When I reached home I found the sharp object(tool) on driver seat.Found more scratches on Passenger side and minor scratches on trunk.Found their cleaning clothes inside the trunk.I am very disappointed with the way my car was handled. They should have handled the car very carefully.I am not sure if I will consider this body shop next time.Service: Window tinting

I spoke with someone in person about getting tints done on my Jeep Wrangler. He came out to look at the vehicle and gave me options for what I can do. When I dropped it off, it was done quickly and they called me to let me know it was done. The work is incredible. I only had two front windows tinted, but they are flawless. Everything lines up and there is not a single bubble, crease or line. The Jeep even got a wash when it was finished and it looked great! I have taken several cars to Chicago Auto Pros and even gifted a tint set to a family member. I will continue to recommend them because of the quality of work that they do. They did a great job going over the aftercare of the vehicle and answered all my questions. Thanks for taking care of me! Fantastic job guys!!Services: Full body wash, Window tinting

I saw Jason and the crew on YouTube and came by for a car wash and vacuum. I was completely blown away at the size of their building the chemicals they use in the service was incredible. My 2017 Honda Civic Type R looks new again! I will be back soon for a full ceramic coating and protection! Thank You guys!!!

Car looks fantastic! This is the 3rd car I ve gotten ppf and ceramic coatings and 2nd car i ve had multiple windows tinted by Chicago Auto Pros. Always exceeded my expectations in every way. Chicago auto pros Lombard is honestly the gold standard for what service you should get at a high end detailer. They are not cheap, but you get more than what you pay for in terms of quality and communication.They would hang with the best shops in SoCal where auto appearance gets so much more attention than in Chicago.There's a reason they get exotic cars in on the regular. A Lambo and Ferrari were both there when I picked up my lowly Subaru.

The prices aren t exactly cheap, but the quality is absolutely worth it. They are the best in the business for a reason - just look at my Tesla Model 3 Performance after 35% tint, front clip PPF, and ceramic coating!

Incredible! I was nervous to see how my old beat-up civic would look like but after seeing it in person it exceeded all my expectations! Got it wrapped a perfect cyan color and got some tints on it, doesn't even look like the car when I left it and I love it!

This is my 5th vehicle I have had fully detailed with Chicago Auto Pros and I can definitely say they do a fantastic job! I have never been disappointed with their quality and craftsmanship. Justin and Jimmy do a great job in explaining all the products and options. They really help tailor your auto detailing experience. December 2023 update: still would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Brought my car back this week for another paint protection and ceramic coating (the dealer must have ran my car through the wash and I didn t notice, and my car was covered in swirls). After I explained the situation to them, they did their absolute best to take care of me and once again, I left extremely satisfied. I can t recommend this place enough.Brought my 2021 Honda Accord in this past summer for a ceramic coating quote. The team was super helpful and provided me with 3 different packages, and went over what each package includes as well as details about the coatings. Brought my car back in October and they honored the original quote and made the process incredibly easy. An appointment was set, they had a loaner ready and waiting, and my car was ready 36 hours later. And I gotta say, it looks even better than when I bought it. I bought the car brand new in august of 2021, and the dealership must have waxed the bell out of the thing because it was covered in swirls. All of that is gone and it now looks like it just came off the showroom floor. My only regret is that I didn t take before and after pictures because the job they did is absolutely incredible. The staff is extremely helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their car in tip top shape.Services: Paint protection, Paint repair

Thank you Jimmy and Justin!!! These guys are the best in the business. If you are thinking about hiring them do it! I have gotten three cars done here. All three were ceramic coated and tinted. They pay very attention to detail with everything they do. They make sure its perfect. I am so OCD when it comes to my cars and they are the only place I trust. I recently decided to wrap my entire new range rover sport in satin coating and was so nervous. They also did the tints and ceramic coating. They sent me updates via video every few days with the progress which is such a nice touch. I have attached pics of the phenomenal work they have done for me. You always get what you pay for. Well worth it. Chicago autopros is one of the best car detail/tint installers ever. I've been using their services for awhile now and they never disappoint! Just had a window tint done on a Porsche GT3RS and it was done very professionally and at a fair price.
