Chris answered the phone and was very polite and explained my tire valvestem replacement parts/labor require to fix it with and without sensors (vehicle depending). It didn't have a sensor and was a fast low cost fix on my way to work in sub zero temps. Thanks guys!!!

Was welcomed and brought in with so much love as if I was family.Needed my brakes and tires changed and was unsure of who to go until I had the honor and privilege to talk to Kevin, a strongly communicative and informative Manager, at Cassidy Tire. Taking me through the whole process in a straight and upfront way! Definitely coming back here for any future needs.Thank you

Had a screw in my tired. Was on Roosevelt rd so I went straight to Cassidy. Have used them before and always found them fair. This was exceptionally service. Car was repaired quickly and professionally. I can t recommend them enough. 10 stars. Definitely will use again and highly recommend.

I stopped in to get new tires mounted on my new wheels. Team here at Cassidy were attentive and thorough. They listened to my concerns and made sure they were taken care of. When we found out the pressure sensor I had brought were not compatible, the gentleman called a local dealer to get to the bottom of it. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the right sensors for my car.I'm very pleased with the team I got to meet and the service I received from them. I would recommend Cassidy to anyone, especially those with high end wheels and tires that need extra caution when handling.

We took our new Ford Bronco to 1914 to have new tires added. The excellent service by Brian, Austin and the rest of the 1914 staff was amazing. Great communication and a quick turnaround made our experience fantastic! Highly recommend for anyone customizing their Jeep or Bronco! Great work!

The guys at 1914 were amazing to work with. They have great recommendations for wheels and tires. They were patient with my many questions. Made sure that I was 100% happy before leaving the shop. They put on a leveling kit on my Ford F-150 and increased the wheel and tires sizes! Looks fantastic!

Very good people work here. Especially Kevin, thanks so much for all your help and advice. They really care about every customer at Cassidy tires and does excellent work. I will always bring my cars here for repairs. Great work

They were so helpful! So friendly. Kevin the store manager was incredibly professional and Austin the man who helped me was very efficient and knowledgeable. Very good experience, I recommend and will be returning when I am in need.

My tire blew out right across the street. Kevin literally came across traffic to help me get my spare on and put new tires on. I think from my tire popping to coming back home took just around an hour, and Kevin was so kind the entire time. He even gave me pointers on how to put on a spare if/when it happens again. Always appreciate sharing knowledge.

Brought our 2012 Jeep Wrangler back over to Cassidy Tire s new 1914 Custom 4x4 shop in Lombard for a set of custom wheels, tires, lift kit & springs. They nailed it once again. Austin & team were phenomenal to deal with. First class crew over there. Highly recommend - check them out!

Austin and the Lombard team took great care of us! Friendly, fair, lightning fast service! 4 tires, alignment, fluids, filters in under 2 hours. The main tech, she was meticulous and talked me through everything she was doing and why. We will be back again and again!

I m not a fan of purchasing new tires because I don t have no clue what I m looking for. Here at Cassidy tires they make it simple and give you the best options. Kevin is amazing at what he does and the rest of the staff is professional.

Rich is a lifesaver! Got out of work, had a flat tire, called Cassidy and they were able to get me set up with a tire nearby. But when I went to go put the donut on, the tire was stuck, and I had no mallet to wack it off with. Rich sent one of his guys to come out and help remove it, found the leak in the tire, and got me going to the nearest Cassidy location (here in Lombard). In 5 min 8; being here, the car is in the garage and getting a new tire. Thanks a lot, Rich!

Kevin, the shop manager is super friendly. I appreciated his transparency and my service needs were communicated very clearly. He sent me video of the problem which was super helpful. I used to go to dealers shop where I didn t get the kind of service or integrity that Cassidy Tires shown to us. The work was completed quickly as well. 10/10 experience.

Kevin and Kevin were warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. I got a flat tire and drove across the street to Cassidy Tire and Service. It was so refreshing to observe Kevin, the store manager, deliver excellent customer service to all the customers in the store each and every time. Go, Kevin! I highly recommend them!

Super friendly and professional! I will come here now for all my oil changes, air pressure checks and future service needs! I got new tires. They ordered them and got them the next day. Made my appointment to get them installed. They did an oil change while I was there. Did a free alignment check. Fortunately for me, alignment looked good. Work was done in a very timely manner.

Everything s fine except the mileage of my car is wrong. Mileage In and Out should be 79371 as shown on the attached photo (a few more miles after driving home). I ve made a phone call the manager promised to correct that mistake.

100% would recommend Cassidy Tires and Service of Lombard. I came in with a leaky tire. They made an appt for me that day. My tires are old and there was a nail stuck in it. Not safe to fix it. I guess it was time for those new tires. I was given 3 options to replace my tires. I picked one. They sent a guy out to get the tires from the warehouse to replace right away. While I waited many people came in. This shop treated everyone like a loyal customer. The BEST PART, a young boy came in having trouble with his scooter. The gentleman took the scooter and is trying to fix it for the boy! What a wonderful act of KINDNESS!! I was safely able to drive home with my new tires! Thank you, Cassidy Tires and Service!
