My car overheated on my way to work and this location was super convenient for me to get my car fixed quickly. Anthony was super helpful; he filled up the coolant and let me know about some other issues going on with my car that needed attention. It was great service and it wasn t crazy expensive either! Overall, I had an excellent experience.

Great experience! I went in for a new headlight. Staff very friendly and helpful. Anthony went above and beyond voluntarily to help suggest which headlight would be best and he replaced my headlight. He also had other helpful tips when he noticed rodents had been chewing and tearing the fabric around my engine. I was in and out quickly with a new headlight! Highly recommended!

When Firestone told me.I needed a new battery.I went to autozone to see what it would cost. Anthony,, the manager there, Went out and looked at my battery and identified the fact that it was under warranty at advance.D auto parts and I had just bought at the year before. So I went to Advance Auto Parts and the womanThere Checked the battery right in front of me and it did NOT need to be replaced. ( I went back to firestone and told them why I would not be doing business with them anymore. In a nutshell, Anthony from Auto Zone saved me about $220! ( IAlso bought front and rear brakes from Anthony.) Hector at Firestone was the one who told me.I needed a battery.

I came today, needed a new headlight bulb. A store employee name Anthony looked up and got the bulb for me and offered to change it for me. He was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and efficient. I left within less than 15 min with working lights and happy with a great (and human!) Customer service. Thank you Way to go!!

just stopped by to pick up new wipers. Anthony helped me find the right sizes for my car, narrow down my options, and ultimately, pick the best wipers for what I needed. and then he not only helped me install them, he showed me how to do it myself! also, hearing how Anthony and other employees engage with other customers showed how this level of customer service is just everyday normal stuff for them. highly recommend!

Have purchased parts here many times, such as wiper blades, headlight bulbs, and batteries. The staff is always helpful. Recently purchased a headlight bulb. Anthony helped me out big time by installing it for me - and it was freezing outside! Thanks, Anthony! That is first rate customer service.

Very disappointing visit. I walked in and the young lady at the register acknowledged my presence and it went down hill from there. Immediately after entry I look up to the signage for directory help. What I was looking for wasn't listed. I'm searching for light bulb replacement lights, I walk up and down the isles several times searching for the bulbs. All the while, the CSR'S had meaningless conversations at the counter. I spent a good 8 - 10 minutes searching the isles. When I found what I was looking for I asked for a price match, I understood there was a major difference in their price and a competitive price and made no attempt to try to come close. Very disappointed in the nonchalant attitude in the CSR of auto zone.

Went there to get break light and oil for my car. The guys were extremely helpful found the parts I needed and even went and got them for me. They were totally the correct parts and I did my repair in no time. Friendly staff would definitely recommend.

Sara was great!! so helpful and patient, and helped me find another option because I could not afford the more expensive one, and then she installed my headlight for me in two minutes. The store was busy, and while I waited I also saw another employee being helpful with everyone, I didn't get his name. I highly recommend this location! Thank you Sara! 4.12.23

Stopped in to purchase a burned out brake light and the store manager Anthony went above and beyond to not only pick out the correct replacement bulb but also install it too! Great customer service and skill!!! Highly recommend to stop at this location.

This autozone is not ideal. Go elsewhere.Be prepared to be frustrated, talked down to, patronized, asked the same question multiple times and be gereally annoyed with the majority of the employees here.I've been here on various occasions and have only had one visit that didn't end in some sort of outrage at their employees combined incompetence.*Update*I've been back a couple of times since only because they were the only local store with the part I needed. Each time I had similar experience. Clearly nothing has changed here and just because the "Owner" responds to bad review and claims they hold customer service high doesnt mean that they will actually take steps to remedy the problem. Shame on this store.

Anthony, the assistant store manager, was so helpful. My front headlight was out, and I needed to get it changed quickly before my next overnight shift at Edward Hospital. Anthony was able to remove the broken headlight, find the correct replacement, and re-install in under 15 minutes. Very grateful!! Will come again for auto repair needs.

Saturday called in and got the pricing and confirmed the items in stock. After driving 20 minutes to the location they informed me that price is 40% higher. I ask the manager Megab to honor the pricing he said the item you want I can t find so this is substitute and this is the price take it or leave. Very disappointed and loss 45 minutes of my driving time. I could have gone to the store close to my location but come here because they confirmed they have it in stock. Now I am heading to Advance Auto Parts their price is the same and they confirm they have it in stock and picked out if the shelf for me. Will not come to AutoZone again. Consider it a bad service and beaut and switch.

The worst Auto Zone location. I would drive out of my way to another location. The employees are extremely rude and no one seems to know what they re doing.
