Top notch. These guys are friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. They went out of their way to help me, giving me a ride back and forth to my house when I couldn't get one due to an unexpected issue with my car. Excellent prices and they were even willing to work with me on the price. Inspection report was well done and thorough, and the job was completed very quickly. These guys truly go above and beyond to make the customer feel valued. I'll be back! Thank you for your help!!

10/10 all across the board for these guysI had my car serviced with a deal from Groupon which was a great deal already & found out my battery needed to replaced. Guys were great with pricing & warranty and repairs were done quickly. They were even nice enough to allow me to bring my car back when it started running rough & service it for me. Bonus points for giving me a ride to work that morning. I trust the work that is done here & will be definitely be back!

On 01/19/2024, my girlfriend s 2006 Honda Accord completely stopped working. The vehicle needed to get fixed immediately because this was her only transportation. I spoke to Erik (Manager) on the phone, and briefed him on the situation she was in. Erik told me to drop it off tonight, and he would inspect it first thing in the morning.On 01/20/2024, Erik called to notify me the starter and battery terminals needed replacement. I gave him the okay, and a few hours later the vehicle was ready for pick up. My girlfriend and I picked up the vehicle, and I could see the joy on her face having her vehicle back.Erik gave me recommendations what should be replaced in the near future to keep the vehicle in good working order.I have to say, this Auto Plus in Lombard Erik runs is clean, efficient, honest, and trustworthy. I highly recommend this shop.Check out their 6 month financing credit card. It is definitely good to have when you are in a pinch. Trust me.Thank you Erik and the staff for fixing her vehicle.

They re awesome, very helpful and friendly!! 10/10 all over the board!! I had a great service and super fast too! They do a thorough maintenance check and provide photos with great and very helpful details. Will definitely be coming back.

I value the honesty Auto Plus has shown over the years. I recently needed exhaust work and they offered me to replace the parts for around $1,200 or they could weld the existing exhaust for $250. I had breaks replaced and continued to get a consistent squeak when stopping. They gave me no hassle and replaced the breaks at no cost. I am happy to give them my business as they have proven to be upfront, timely and consistent.

Five stars says it al! Nico was super helpful on the phone when setting up my appointment and Erik continued with the same excellent customer service when I came into the shop. I ve been to both locations and both are consistent with this type of service. When getting an oil change, I recommend checking out Groupon for some awesome deals! I ll definitely be back!

Got coupons on Groupon for oil change/tire rotation for both 2014 impala (full synthetic); and 2007 Hyundai (synthetic blend). Great price and superior service. Gave full analysis for both vehicles as well.

These guys go above and beyond. I've been to many places since I move a lot and the process was seamless and they were so transparent and explained everything in detail. I'm not taking my car anywhere else.

Stopped for a quick estimate to a minor bumper repair. Eric just took a few minutes and repaired it free of charge.He didn t even want to take money for a pizza or coffee.

This particular Autoplus has been by far the best experience in car repair I have ever had. They are kind, smart, reliable and their customer service is the best anywhere. For someone who lives alone, they provided a ride to & from, unexpectedly. Prompt service, done within a day, unexpectedly. Answered all my questions, unexpectedly.I would highly recommend this Autoplus to everyone. Great service! Upfront about costs. Reasonably priced and won t ever make you feel pressured about services for your car. Does a detailed checkup on your car and shows you what needs to be worked on. The guy I spoke to over the phone did amazing and also quoted me for my car s services. The guys at the front desk are very knowledgeable and answers all questions. Very polite and great customer service!

UPDATE: Still my favorite (only) place I will take my car for service. Love it here!!!I have had nothing but positive experiences during the two years since I discovered them and have been bringing them my old truck to keep running! Eric, Raphael, and Dustin are awesome to work with. I have found their rates to be industry competitive, and it is their focus on spectacular customer service, trustworthiness, and little perks that bring me back. I won't go anywhere else.

I have been going to CK Auto Plus in Lombard for several years. And all I can say is that I wouldn't have if I didn't trust them to be honest with me and do what's best for my vehicles. The office staff is top notch, providing the both professionalism and knowledge of the vehicle. If you've had bad experiences with mechanics, give them a try. You won't regret it.

I was a customer at Auto Plus for 6 years until I had the most rudest interaction with Rafael. After every oil change I was constantly pressured into the cross selling scheme this business promotes. Even though I declined every additional service and told them multiple times I see a different (more affordable) mechanic for my repairs they failed to respect that. Until one day Rafael got pushy and extremely unprofessional. They take advantage of women here BEWARE they think since your a woman you know nothing about cars and can be scammed into paying way more than you should. Anyways it s been over a year and I have not gone back (all my friends and family stopped going here too). We go to 3D complete car care and I highly recommend!!

Called CK Auto Plus because I needed work done on my vehicle to get it passing for Emissions testing. I spoke with Erik on the phone. He was very nice and was able to fit me into their schedule same day and last notice. When taking my car in for work, I checked in with Sean who was very nice and polite. They were able to get my car fixed very fast and was even able to get it to emissions the same day, and it passed. Would recommend CK Auto Plus and their team to anyone in need of fast service and fantastic customer service. I will definitely utilize them in the future for other repair work I will need done to my vehicles! Thank you Erik, Sean, and the whole CK Auto Plus team!

Erik and Sean do a great job handling the process from start to finish. One of the only shops I let touch my car. I m very picky when it comes to repairs but this shop has earned my trust. They are very professional in the way of customer service along with adding a touch of relatability. Sure you can get cheaper work but you know what they say, you pay for what you get. I have been taking my vehicle for years. I initially found them thanks to a Groupon. I really like their work as they are very professional. I appreciate the way they do maintenance inspections. Documentation is thorough and they are extremely friendly and helpful. They were very honest with repairs and cost. This place is fairly prices for labor and parts. I've never had a problem with them that couldn't be resolved. So even if something doesn't go as smoothly as like this business will do their best to make it right.I own a Mazda 5 2012 and it's been through a lot. So I'm happy with how they've helped me maintain my vehicle. First, I have been going there for sometime. However, today I went there I noticed different people there. I never seen the girl that works there or the guy that serviced me. Second, they gave me 3 different estimates. When I was there in May, then when I called to make the appointment today and then when I got there. Then on top of it Sean who did my credit card charged me twice the same amount. He did not tell me that it might be a mistake, or maybe he did it on purpose. I found out by looking at my credit card account. Don't trust these people with your car. It makes me think, did they even do work on my car. I will never be going back. Update it has been almost a week. I still don't see any reimbursement on my credit card. I got charge 2 times $573.85 twice. That is alot of money. Honestly don't trust this place. They have gone down hill.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I love going here to get anything done with my vehicle. The people here are so professional and so nice. They actually care and they don t try and swindle you like most car shops to have over pay for things that are fine. 365 days I give this establishment and there people a 10 out of 10 highly recommended.

I love this place. I've been getting my oil changed here for a while. They have a great package deal if you buy ahead. Very friendly and always get my car in when I arrive for my appointment - no extra waiting. Fantastic place to bring your car. Been going here for a few years. Staff is always nice, prices are resonable and technicians are top notch troubleshooters and provide pictures sent to your phone. Excellent work at a fair price. I only trust my car to these folks. They don't try to up sell you or talk you into fixing things that don't need it. They keep my car running like new. I will definitely keep coming back and I highly recommend this shop!

Always my go-to for oil changes and regular maintenance. I appreciate the transparency when they do a quick inspection without the aggression to force you into those repairs the same day. Came here with an emissions issue and they were beyond helpful. They took my car to get the test done to ensure I had no issues. They have my business going forward since my old mechanic could barely give me a call back.
