So I was involved in a collision near this place and I pulled out from traffic and parked in here. While waiting for a tow truck the owner came out and offered me a soda was extremely nice ! I would definitely go to a place and have work done. This guy truly is a nice guy and I would trust him with any repair! He truly cares and that s hard to find nowadays . Thank you for your kindness

Honest, straight-forward, constant communication. I needed someone to do old school repair work on a 30-year old truck. Very pleased with the process and information I was given and shown to be able to make repair decisions. Best part - they will let me bring my vintage restoration truck back for additional work as needed; not every mechanic is willing to work on an old truck with a lot of miles. Getting new parts is always a challenge, but I left with a plan and a parts list of what I need to acquire from salvaged trucks.

Be wary of this auto repair shop. Stopped in to get an estimate for work which really seemed like a relatively simple and straightforward repair. Dropped the vehicle in the morning and didn't hear anything. Around noon called and asked what the status was. Hadn't gotten to it yet. About a half hour later got a call indicating the repair required and the estimated cost. I thought the diagnosis was fair but the price, I felt, was extremely high. Call another local shop and they agreed that the price seemed high. This shop didn't have time that day but suggested another shop I could go to. I called this other shop and after talking with them they made a phone estimate without any back story that was more than three times less than what Art's estimated.I went to the shop thinking that when I got there and they were able to physically look at the car, there might be a change in the estimate because of the physical inspection. I would have understood this. However, they inspected, did the work and the price was actually a little less than the phone estimate and more than three times less then Art's.Be very careful when you visit Art's if you truly want to go there. And if you do, I would suggest getting a second estimate at one of the other local auto repair shops. I really feel they were trying to take advantage of me.

Art is a fantastic guy! He kept me updated with everything that was going on with my vehicle. I was able to tow my car there on a Saturday; Monday it got worked on and by Thursday it was done. I had a lot of work done and he was so nice enough to throw in a bit of detailing and a touch up on my car. Really nice guy!

These guys were great, charged me half as much as the last guy quoted and weren't afraid to work on an old 70's Jeep like mine.
