Decided to try them out for oil change on my F150 as they are sometimes less than half the price for full synthetic of other places in the area. Very good work and very fast. All pricing is low and reasonable.

Had an appointment at 8am for tire replacement.. come to find out the doors are locked because the staff didn t show up. They tell me to come in at 10am.They take my car in at 10 am, but after 10 minutes they call to tell me I have a mechanical issue and they wouldn t be able to replace my tires. Obviously confused I ask what the issue is the techs all shrug their shoulders and tell me they don t know. One tech suggesting my shocks need replacing. (Ended up checking at home and everything seemed ok) Not sure how shocks and tire replacement have anything in common?Went to discount tire, tech s changed it in about 20 minutes with no problems and for cheaper!Would not recommend this place at all.Service: Tires

They are busy! Sunday phase of 4 tires netted a appointment for Wednesday! Great price on everything 4 Summit SUV tires out the door for about $450! Mounted balanced, tax, road hazard, fees. I'll be back after the actual deed!

I, along with 3 others, were told the tire center was "Closed" after we stood in line for 15 minutes at around 2PM. They close at 7PM. After I walked out to the tire center's parking lot, they started to take new cars in to the shop. I'm not sure if I was lied to or the lazy employees were told to do their job, regardless of staffing. Absolutely unacceptable.

My moms been having an issue with her battery the past few days, having to get it jumped a few times. We made it in just before closing, desperate to get this fixed so we didn t have to sweat it the rest of the work week. Yolanda took the best care of us and went above and beyond in the situation to take care of us. And I absolutely love to see a woman who knows her stuff about cars! Yolanda, I don t know who your boss is, but you need a raise!!

im going to give 2 stars only because of the other experiences ive had at this location. ive been twice before without issue but a couple of days ago was much, much different. i called ahead to ask about having the air in my tires all set at 32psi (i bought the tires there and have the tire maintenance care package or whatever it is). they told me to park in front of bay FOUR. i proceeded to follow that instruction and was immediately greeted sternly by a woman with dreadlocks and a very poor demeanor. she kept yelling for me to move and that i couldnt park there, and i assured her i was instructed to. she asked what i needed and i said just to bring my tire pressures all to 32psi where she responded that it could be a while. after about ten minutes she returned with the air hose, flung it over a rope and said here ya go its all yours. wait, .....what? this is supposed to be full service. it is now important to note that i had just gotten out of the hospital the day before ending a 6 night stay. i had my temporary handicapped placard, a cane, my hospital ID bracelet and my "FALL RISK" wristband on, and was like...really? so finally the manager walked over wondering what i was waiting for, and after i told her exactly what was going on she commented that the dreadlock employee must just be having a bad day..........

No helpful associates in sporting goods. I went over to the auto department which announced, "customer needs assistance in sporting goods." After three announcements still no one showed. Minimum wage is all that is deserved, if that. One associate went by and stated that he just got back from lunch and was hiding. He offered no assistance. He was useless! I left and got what I needed from Big R.

I needed a new tire, and was told it couldn t be done because my rim was dented. My brother-in-law went later that day, same employee, and they did it, no mention of needing a rim. Same tire, same issue, same employee difference?? Our gender.

Joel, Kenny and recently Robbin did an amazing job with my wife car . Those hard working people are the real heroes Joel the service manger is one of the main reason I drive 45 mins every time I want to do any repair service at this branch even Darien branch is still 20 mins drive from me!Her problem solving analysis, understanding and compassion to do the right thing with any necessary repairs is outstanding.Kenny is very supportive and polite. Type of person will always got your back.Rob would fly all over the place responding to to each customer request or any clarification needed.I love to deal with her and the team. Went to try to get 2 tires put on daughter's car and was told needed to have all 4 tires done or they wouldn't do it! Was told by the rudest, most ignorant worker I've ever encountered there!!! Mavis tires had no problem putting 2 tires on. I'd give them your business!!!

Don't have them fix a flat tire they don't know what there're doing! First I got home and saw my valve stem cap was left off. Called them and they wanted me to run back out there because there're careless! Then they balance your tire as part of the repair. They put 8 little lite wheel weights on the rim. All places have wheel weights that only require 2 or 3. Finally I checked my tire pressure the next day. It was at 37psi instead of the recommended 32psi.

My car uses a small tire that's not available at many tire stores. I looked up the size on Walmart website, they had one brand available, and ordered the tires with delivery to the Lockport store. 4 days later I received email that they had my tires, so I went in to have them mounted. Pretty painless but you have to wait in line.... it's first come first served. All in all a good experience. Tires cost $48 apiece and mounting, balancing, and road hazard warranty were about $23 per tire. A bargain!

Nice store... auto service sucks. They just don't come to work. Yes that right... dont show up... so the auto shop is closed, no one answers the phone, make a trip days in a row for nothing. Yes, Days in a row this happens.

Great customer care no wait to get all four tires that were in stock for my Dodge Journey. The cashier Cheryl was very nice & helpful. I am going back to get tires on my ford truck.

I called at 4:37 to make sure the automotive center was open. The woman who answered the phone told me it was open until 8. I arrived at 5:16 and the automotive center was closed. I called the store again and an employee stated that they must have closed early today. The automotive center should do a better job communicating with the main office to let them know they are closing early so a customer does not drive all the way there only to find out the automotive center is actually closed.

Great service and work well with you to get the service done quickly and right. Will not sell you something you don't need priced are good and better than Auto zone. They don't charge for putting in the battery in car. I've them a try. You like the service

We usually take our vehicles here to get our oil changed. Customer service is always good. As its first come first serve the wait time can be long, however I usually just call ahead and ask the approximate wait time before going.

Took my car here for an oil change and the next day noticed oil all over my garage floor. After having someone else look at it they said Walmart stripped the plug and intentionally damaged the pan to look like it was my fault and must have hit something on my way home. I got windshield wipers and they installed them for free. They only had one brand for the rear wiper ( 13 inch) so it costed more than the front blades.

Suppose to open at 8 am for tires and a Battery horrible nobody arrived till 10 am and where not able to do anything for 2hrs after that really dont deserve 1 star
