Decent franchised store. Service is in-depth and relatively quick. They also offer various other fluid change services (including transmission, radiator, differential, etc.) at a competitive price. I called about a quote I received from a different shop to do a transmission flush and this was shop was able to charge me less. Will be frequenting this location for my fluid change related needs

Anthony took great care of my daughter Mia who came and got her oil change he was awesome!! It was 6 minutes to close his other partner informed me that we couldn't ANTHONY INSTANTLY SUGGESTED I MOVE TO BAY 1 AND GET SERVICES IN AND OUT NO LATER THAN 5:22. THANK YOU VALVOLINE AND THANK YOU ANTHONY!!!!!

Ok, so I do not usually leave reviews, but today I have to . It's really rare that I meet people like Mr. Eric who actually care. As a woman I feel a little lost when it comes to my car Maintenance. Mr. Eric was awesome Eric took the time to explain the service I received. This made me feel like a car expert . Valvoline in Lockport has a forever customer. Thank you, Mr. Eric!

The experience was better than expected. When I arrived I was very quickly moved inside as they began working in my car almost immediately. The young men were very respectful and did a fantastic job on my car, I will be a returning customer!

Had such an amazing experience, I drive out of my way 35 minutes to go to this Valvoline specifically. Quick service, professional attitudes, and genuine customer service. Could not recommend a better oil change service. 10/10

To get a good deal, I usually get a groupon, otherwise Valvoline is generous with emailing coupons, or they will send an actual coupon in the mail. Overall Valvolin oil is considered excellent (I'm not an oil expert, pls do your own research). Something about management here is strange, I keep seeing different reps in the front, but I have faith that right people will stick around and make this a great location for lockport. Just need the guys in the garage to be efficient, quick and professional and some friendly kind service in the front. They need good leadership. Either case want to support and give them 5 stars!(And no I did not get a discount for writing review lol)

Way too expensive. $110 for an oil change and a new filter. I can guarantee it costs them at most $40-50 for the parts and labor is $30 so in no world should it be $110 especially for just a single filter. Last year I spent $70 at most for a change here. The oil change took almost an hour, which for a premium of $110, is a shoddy job at best. I will not be going back especially because they scuffed up my cars hood, did not reset my oil change meter, and turned off my headlights and did not reset after the change was done so I had no clue until night. I'm not sure what happened since last year, but if ownership changed they need to get their business figured out because the damage to my new car is inexcusable.

They always recommend what's really needed, and I'm always happy I took their advice, my cars have always ran smoother more efficiently afterwards, the prices are fair for quick convenience, and not having to wait hours, or weeks to get into a shop!!!

I have been going to this place for a long time now. Everytime I go they have different employees. This time I went I was not happy with the service. They forgot to screw in the air filter and now I have missing screws. While pouring the oil into the engine they left a mess. Hopefully they do better next time.

I went in 2 weeks ago to get an oil change and noticed soon after that they spilled oil all over my engine and didn t bother to clean it up!!! Took it back and they told me they didn t have cleaner to clean it!! Now I have a check engine light on and my car is running funny. I can t seem to find the issue to fix it. I tried to hold them accountable and they told me I have no clue what that means you ll have to take it to a bigger shop I will be taking further action to make sure they are held accountable! My car did not have any issues when I brought it in. If you can t do a simple oil change you shouldn t have a job there!

During my oil change the manager noticed my oil pan had a leak he told me if I got a gasket he would fix it for me. I ran next door to auto zone and grabbed a gasket and he put it on. He really went the extra mile for us for next to nothing! He saved me a ton of money and this review is the least I can do. Absolutely stay as far away from this place as possible and don't even attempt to have any sort of resolution with Matthew Collins. Valvoline made an error on the mileage reporting of my vehicle to carfax,which took a few phone calls to corporate to get rectified. Now a simple tire rotation has turned into valvoline making careless, potentially fatal mistakes with the studs and lug nuts on my vehicle. When brought to Matt's attention, in his very special condescending, dismissive way, he advised my husband that the estimate we received to fix valvolines error, was too high, and had the audacity to advise my husband to get 2 additional estimates. Filed a complaint with valvolcorporate, and we are just getting started. The attempt to support a local business (Valvoline in Lockport,Il) has turned into a complete dumpster fire.Would never recommend this place, to anyone. BBB complaint to follow. Ratings, experiences (complete with pictures, receipts, names and dates) and more reviews forthcoming.
