I had a Dodge Charger R/T and was looking for a solid reliable shop that could do custom (after market) work on my car. This shop was able to install replacement fog lights, rear spoiler, custom grill and my under body lights. Very professional and quality work. I have another car now and a part of a car club. I will definitely be bringing my car here for all my custom needs! See you soon!!

Don t take your car here I had my car towed there on April 16th and didn t receive a call to pick my car up until August 17th. When I arrived to pick up my car all of the items were stolen from my car. George acted clueless and tried to say that my car came in from the pound. I personally had my car towed there to the lot. Then when I received my car on the 17th , 15 minutes after leaving the lot my car immediately started to over heat. I drove the car back and spoke with George and he assured me he would fix the issue. On the 18th I called back George told me it was the thermostat that needed to be replaced. He said they put in a new one. I was told I could come pick my car up on the 19th and it was no longer over heating. Picked up car up on the 19th and immediately once I got on the expressway my car overheated again. I pulled into the nearest autozone and they hooked my car up to the machine and it read thermostat was the issue. So they never repaired the issue. They then lied and told the insurance company it was the water pump that wasn t working so they won t be responsible for repairing it. Today my front bumper has come completely off my car and George is avoiding my phone calls. Don t ever take your car here! I will be seeking further action.

My wife recently brought her car there after an accident. Although the insurance company of the person paying for it was not the easiest to work with, United Collision was very responsive to us and had a quick turnaround all things considered including the holidays. The damage was repaired and the interior was cleaned as well. We appreciate the care taken of our car. Thanks!

Generally they did a great job on my 2018 Honda Cr-v. Just communication wasn't that great. And I never got anyone to drop me off at home like others had it. They also said they didn't get some parts to fix my car and that was only when I brought it up. So they will call me when parts is ready and am looking forward to that.

Best experience ever I went in to get scratches removed off my new vehicle and they were phenomenal I would most definitely say top notch service hand's down! Very quick very nice people don't hesitate to take your car in he didn't even charge me that's how fast he removed the scratches off my Brand New car thank God for good human beings! I initially gave this place 5 stars and yesterday due to some miscommunication I had changed my rating to 1 star. I also wrote some very harsh words about what kind of company I thought they were. I am happy to be able to say that my initial rating of 5 stars was the correct rating and I have changed the 1* back to 5*s. This morning the owner went above and beyond to explain to me exactly what is going on and what my options are. Thank you George Jr!! You have a friend for life!! Anybody needing automotive body work should most definitely use this business. They are the best there is!!

My 2019 Mazda CX-5 needed a little body work.I went to United Collision and was impressed with the family run business. George gave me a great estimate and the final price was less than the original price. I've taken my cars to United Collision on three separate occasions. The repairs required were both minor and major. They did very good work, were prompt, and they made the process of swapping the rental car a breeze. Additionally, George and his crew were very friendly. They made me feel like a long lost friend. They will be my new go to mechanic for all car issues. It's nice to have a mechanic whom you can trust. I definitely recommend!

I went over here to get some scratches taken care of and George really helped me out here! He got me in and out super quick and helped me save a ton of money to get it taken care of! The guys here did an amazing job dealing with my special brand of crazy. We had to pay out of pocket for a repair and I was super stressed. They worked with me heard me out and helped me make the best decisions for my situation. Picked up my car today and it looks amazing. Not to mention they fixed all the mechanical issues too. It s hard to find a good honest mechanic, I got really lucky they where in my neighborhood.

I was looking for a shop to do undercarriage and frame work. George was very professional and explained the entire process, answering all my questions. I was able to get periodic updates and am very satisfied with the work. I also got pictures of the repairs that were made. My family and I have always brought our cars into United Collision and we were always 100% satisfied. George and everyone else is always so nice and honest about the work that needs to be done. Our cars are always fixed within a very short amount of time and we ve never had any complaints . I highly recommend this family owned business you won t be disappointed !!

We were in an Accident an Our car was towed there an I cant say Enough about how Professional they were. The Owners called an kept us up to Date on Everything they were doing an took it upon themselves to Battle with the Insurance Company on Our Behalf taking the Pressure off of me an my Wife!! I Cant say Enough about how this Family Owned Business an what they did for Us an the Quality of Work they did on Our Lil Car, it's Nice to know that there's Still Businesses like this One who Truly Care about its Customer's an We were even able to leave our rental there an they also took care of that after we picked up Our Car an took that Burden off Us Also!! as a member of a family ran business myself, i can't say 1 bad thing about collision customs. my 2018 Silverado went in with almost 5500 dollars worth of damage and it came out looking better than before, very fast and very Precise work. my paint is fresh looking like a mirror like finish, it's amazing. overall great job and keep up the fantastic work i will for-sure be in again!! thanks again.

I had a car accident and they totally took care of me. Painless process, I got updates on my car and payment with insurance was very easily taken care of with their experience. Great work too, my car looks beautiful and you can't see our notice when driving what was damaged. Totally recommend. Easy to find location too.

Excellent service. Affordable prices. I had to bring in my 2001 Honda Civic from an ice storm accident. United collision saved it! Over a year later and my car is still going. Recently, I had to bring in my old car for wear-and-tear repairs. I am confident that United can keep this car running. Seeing an old car run for so long is becoming exciting. Thank you to everyone at United. Best in town.

The guys here showed exceptional customer service. I came in to get my car fixed and they originally told me it would take 5 days to fix and they fixed it in 2. I had excess damage to the car that they weren t liable to fix and they went ahead and fixed it for me anyway. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. I recommend bringing your car here for any repairs needed.

Even though my insurance totally screwed me and I had to pay for my car out of pocket, George and his family owned business were exceptional. He was extremely understanding of the difficult situation I was in. He was very honest with me through the entire process and I got my car back today with no complaints. Dealing with anything car related is never easy, however, George, his dad, and the rest of the team at United Collision made it so. 6/5 stars.

It seems like its tough to find an honest autobody company (and I've dealt with many) but this is a good one. George and his staff made promises and kept them. I was very impressed how they handled my situation and repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. I highly recommend United, Thanks again George

If i could rate it 0 stars i would! Was forced to come here on a insurance claim. Terrible experience, had my car for 7weeks. They blamed it on the insurance, followed up with insurance company found out the shop was lying. They avoided my calls and were acting very dodgy.. Finally got the car back with parts not bolted down or plugged in. Didnt even provide paper work to say what they "repaired." Even after the terrible work they asked me to rate them 5 stars! If you value your time and car avoid this shop!

I was there this past week, dropped off my Cruze to get some paint damage fixed. They did a wonderful job, it looked brand new when I picked it up! Definitely satisfied and will be bringing my car back here for future services! Thank you guys!
