After having bad experiences at other repair shops my friend recommended me to Tala Collision and Repair .Freddy was outstanding, friendly and very knowledgeable. The time they took to explain every detail on what they were going to do to my car and the time they had my car was reasonable, it looks better than it did when I brought it in looks brand new like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend Tala collision and repair!

The best experience I ever had with a body repair shop. Professional and a pleasure to work with. Had to have a back bumper replaced, and the job was completed and ready for pick up in 4 days. Tala Auto did it again! They were able to install my control arms and outer tie rods on both sides. Very good pricing, very fast work! Recommended to many of my friends. They've done work on 3 of my vehicles, and I will continue to use them even when I move farther west. Best part is they let you bring in your own parts! What would've cost $900 for one side at Quick Lane only cost me $220 at Tala Auto for both sides.

I brought them my newly bought yet very used Ford Explorer. I asked them to do a thorough go over and they found all the problems, fixed them promptly and for a reasonable price for parts and labor. They are now my family's go to mechanic. Thank you Manuel and crew!!

I took my car here for damage repairs after an accident and they where so nice. They even had a tow truck come out and pick the car up for a very low price. Great shop great people. Car is running better then ever!

Take Auto was very price competitive compared to Firestone. I needed an alternator replaced and Firestone wanted to charge $600 yet I paid $120 at Tala. I'll definitely be using them in the future for ALL my auto needs.

I thought my car was a total loss and I never thought it could have been fixed as amazing and perfect as this place did! Made my car look brand new after I was hit horribly! Definitely go here for amazing service and great work!

We've been going to Tala Auto when they had just 1 shop in Romeoville. Good to see them expanding with the Lockport location. We love Tala for their great work and service.

Where do i start , so we were told to drop off the car early in the morning so they can get started on looking at the vehicle as soon as possible . When dropping off the car , the gentleman we talk to looked " high" , ( that could of been a red flag ) spacing out and had some bit of clueless going on . 1230ish/ 1:00pm rolls around and we give them a call and they haven't got the car in to look at yet , but they will in the next 15 mins and they will call us with results . 4:15 and we have not received a call and website says they close at 4:00pm , we call the gentleman who answer said something about suspension not being good and rambled about something else that was not inference to why we brought in the car ( we had a check engine light on and wasn't passing emission ). No-one in this shop has a glue on what there suppose to be doing .

Dishonest. Don't go here. My car was making a noise and they told it me would be 700 bucks to fix, I went to another place and they got it fixed for 50 bucks ...
