Great guys to work with. They are honest and give the best service, quality and price. This is the only shop I will have my bike worked on.

These guys did an amazing job completely doing a full custom build on my 2011 Street Glide. I would recommend them to anybody wanting any kind of work done to your bike. Definitely a thumbs up for quality in service!

I don't where to start. This guy is amazing! Not only is he honest, but he gives a fast turn around time and has great hours! I caught a screw in the rear tire that caused a flat. Nathan came to get the bike and had it back to me very quickly. He changed all my fluids along with the tires, and I'll be bringing my bike back to him for rear brakes next week. What a great shop!

Stretch is an excellent gentleman that gives you 7 months of waiting sprinkled with no result. Would give 0 stars if I could. They got terrible communication first and foremost. Called them up back in APRIL, said dude would tow it. I'm like great. Instead he doesn't reach back and i have to keep calling asking if he's gonna tow it or not, guarantees me he will but never follows up. This goes on for almost a month until they finally tow it. Fine, whatever. Its JUNE now, I tell him all the problems with the bike, says he'll diagnose and get back in a week. Great, until two weeks go by and nothing. Call him up, says he's busy and will get back to me soon. Understandable bc its summer and busy. Until, another month goes by, I call him up and he still hasn't diagnosed anything. I keep giving him the benefit of the doubt but still the bikes been just siting. JULY and AUGUST go by, says he took a look, ordered some parts which didn't fix the problem. Needed an motor. The shop doesn't know any salvage companies which made it harder to find one and didn't trust Ebay. Fine. So its mid-October now, finally decided its been more than enough time this dragged on. Took my bike to a different shop in Orland. They diagnosed, found a motor, and fixed the bike in 5 days with the same budget. Should've went to them first and maybe not had my whole summer wasted. 5 days to do what this place couldn't do in 7 months. What I really think was happening is that were interested in the bigger bucks, other customers and they genuinely did not care to work on my bike and could care even less to update me with what was happening. Who knows, your experience might be different but mine was annoyance and frustration with the shop. And all I know is at the end of the day a bike should never be in a shop for 7 months.Services: Electrical repair, Delivery, Engine repair

Great service. Very knowledgeable and straightforward. I was new to the process and they answered questions that I didn't even know to ask. Even though they were super busy they gave me a timeline and kept to it. Thanks!

Stretch in Lockport did great work on my harley. Reasonable pricing. My front rotor was in pretty bad shape, so he came to my house and picked up my bike, for a small fee, but my bike wasn t safe to ride. He held my bike in his garage for a couple months because my rotor was on back order. Great guy, I would definitely bring my bike back to him. Thank you so much.

The guys at this shop are top notch and very friendly. I took my bike there to have it serviced after flying to Chicago to purchase a 2020 Road Glide with 112 miles. I had been in contact with them the day before to check and see if they would be able to service the bike for the long ride back home to Georgia. I was told to bring it on in and they would take care of it.I arrived around 5:30 and they jumped on it right away completing a 3 hole oil change, installing some highway foot pegs and checking all other fluid levels. I was in and out quickly and had peace of mind on my great ride back home. I would highly recommend for all your motorcycle repairs or installations.Service: Oil change

Had some motor upgrade work done which took 6months to get the bike back(back ordered parts) bike has some hiccups every now and then but not constant. Some times it don t wanna idle and hard starts. Took it back, said it was the idle to low. Okay he adjusted the idle cables for me(no charge) awesome right? Still having the same issues though, now I can t get a call back or him to even tell me to bring the bike. Although he did tell me the next step is a dyno tune which he subs out. Called another shop and they informed me that it shoulda been dyno ed to start with(something about the auto tune so it knows where to adjust, idk), told them the programmer/tuner he put on the bike and they informed that that s outdated. Looked on dyno jets website and they discontinued the commander v. So now after paying $500 for and is old tech I m stuck buying another tuner to get a proper dyno. I m not even from the area so now I m kinda feeling like he saw a quick buck and not having to worry bout the rest. Hopefully this fixes the problem I ve been having since I ve got the bike back. Yes I did send him videos of it acting up via email and no response. Tired of calling and getting the he is busy and will call you back . As far as the motor work though it s great. Just wish he would support the customers that have already forked out $8,000 dollars and can t have a motor that acts right. Even told him I d pay for the dyno, not looking for a hand out or freebie but damn.

Okay. This place will be my go to for any bike needs from here on out. These guys are professional, informative and the turn around on the work performed is insane.. Nathan and the guys demonstrated great knowledge and passion in what they do. Can t wait till my air ride gets in so they can install it. I will definitely recommend Stretch s as a great option to anyone out there looking for some quality work. They also offer 10% to military and first responders.

Fo the last couple of years this is the only place I've taken my bike. Fluid change, new handlebars, battery, tires and complete sound system revamp. These guys are all about perfection and care about the quality of the work. This place was great. They took care of an Indian motorcycle that broke the clutch cable. Had the bike in the shop and back out on the road in less than 30 minutes. Great guys and would take anything to them.

They was helpful for the most part but that Caucasian chick in the office made it a nightmare to even deal with them. Cheap prices but awful attitude and customer service just the same. STAY OUT OF LOCKPORT

Stretch diagnosed my bad cam bearing,ordered and installed them in a very timely manner,avoiding serious engine damage.He was spot on when he got the cam bearing out they literally fell apart.Thank you Stretch your a bike saver,all at a cost much lower than dealer
