Amazing service and very trustworthy service people. Once came in for noise that my tires were making and found out after a tire rotation someplace else they didn t tighten the lug nuts - Karn looked at it, replaced the nuts and only charged me for the parts - less than $10! I have more examples but that is just a small way that they do right by their customers.

karn is the best mechanic I've been to. John is just a normal guy who charges fair prices only for repairs you actually need! I have 3 vehicles I loyally take to karn for maintenance. Update.... I still love karn!

My car was towed to Karn's and they checked it out and called the dealer to verify and it was still under warranty. They were very honest and did not charge me. I would highly recommend them. Some auto shops would not have checked and charged me. Thanks!!!!

John is honest an fair and his automotive expertise is 2nd to none. He is worth the drive if you are not near Lockport IL. You won't be ripped off or taken advantage of like many shops in the area.
