Joe replaced the brake system in a car I have owned for 48 years. It was a big job with every frozen bolt and cracked part you could imagine in a car that old. The brake now work beautifully and I can enjoy the ride!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Just had some work done on my car here. Matt is a great honest guy. Did exactly what he said on time and on budget. Highly recommend going here if you need work on your vehicle.

Got a bolt in one of my tires and they repaired it, I was in and out in 30 minutes. Owners are very personable! They also advised they do pretty much everything so next time I need some work done on my car I know where I m going. I let them know I was fully aware my car was in rough shape & needed many more repairs but today I just needed my tire repaired. They did NOT waste my time attempting to talk me into other repairs that would cost me hundreds of dollars like every other shop usually does. I GREATLY appreciated that. The pricing of $30 I felt was very fair as they need to make a profit as a business and I wasn t comfortable attempting a repair myself. No hassling or annoyance - overall great experience.

Joe is very nice and honest. He was able to get me in and out (45 mins) on a Saturday morning to repair a screw in a tire ($28). Plus, he didn't mind when my two kids got a bit rambunctious. I'll be back for future car needs.

Great experience! I'm very picky about where I take my car to get worked on, so I did a lot of research and learned that this was the place to go for alignments around Lockport. I definitely confirmed this to be true; Joe did a great job at a very fair price, wayy less than the dealer was going to charge me. Also, Joe is a super nice guy and I could tell he's very proud of his work. I'll be coming back for any tire/alignment work in the future.

I had body work done on my 350z and tires changed on my Infiniti by Gombosi Tire and Auto Services. Joe and Matt are great guys, and treat their customers' cars like they are their own. I would trust them to work on any of my cars and recommend them to all of my friends and family.It is harder to find quality shops these days, but I can assure you that you need to look no further. Give Gombosi a call.

I had the worst experience. I needed alignment & tie rods. He guestamated $170z. Calls me later on the day with all kinds of things he claimed I needed. He said it will be $830.00!!!! What!! Only really needed alignment & tie rods. Lessened learned. Should have taken to Amermex Motors in Joliet. They quoted $260. What a dummy I am. Never again!!!! Scammer!!!!

I called and inquired about getting a wheel alignment, oil change, along with two tires mounted. He quoted me $90 for the alignment, and $25 per tire. Upon arrival, he charged me a total of $288 for an alignment, two tires mounted and an oil change. He has hidden fees he does not inform his customer about. he didn t even tell me my total until I read it off the screen as my debit card was being read. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. HES A SCAM.

Gombosi does a great work at reasonable prices. I take all 3 of our autos there. And friendly service too. Just ask for Joe.

Great shop, great Alignment equipment took my 2006 GMC 2500HD there and they did a great job I ll definitely be coming here for future alignments

Outstanding shop best price for tires I found in all of Lockport & Homer Glen I even searched surrounding area s When I called the owner Joe actually talked to me in person not some run around desk person, Gombosi Tire & Auto is the place for all my auto needs for sure I know they have the best at heart for the customers not just the sale of service & products they really care about people and their needs no games at this place just top notch quality service at the best price found in the entire area I highly recommend Joe and his son Matt for any of your auto needs
