If I could do 0 star I would this guy is absolutely horrible at mechanic work! Charged my wife 4g for a new transmission and didn t do anything to the car and kept it for over a month with no result! Ur better off going to a quality place up the street with reliable people who can actually fix ur car and do it in reasonable time! Also if u don t do work with this guy he gets very mad and mouthy

Definitely recommend going to see Gordon for your Auto repair. He was there for my fabricator in his time of need, the transmission went out on his truck. He understood how important it was for him to have his service truck back up and running. From beginning to end, it was always a pleasure speaking with Gordon. His communications skills were top notch from the moment I first called him and he kept me posted on the status of the repair. We definitely will be using D & G Transmission in the future for our auto repair needs. They do great work. Definitely happy we found this company. Hidden Gem - I myself am a DIY guy but something's need a professional and this place has Honest mechanics that are hard to find and after I had my vehicle serviced here, I can say all my future transmission issue will now go through D & G. Gordon is a pro at his profession and great friendly staff.

Had some Transmisson worked done by the gentleman from D & G.Super fast & friendly service, helpful, knowledgeable, and they even delivered my vehicle back to my home when I had no way to pick it up!!Didn t know that happened in this day and age?I highly recommend D & G for all your auto repair issues!!Service: Transmission

Gordon is just about the only mechanic that I can trust. Transmission wizard! I can always trust his word and judgement. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. Great guy and excellent customer service.

I would say for my experience dealing with a repair shop this was one of the best. The guy who runs this place in my opinion genuinely cares a lot about his work. My 2000 Camry recently had a breakdown in the drive-thru of a Subway. I immediately contacted Chobar s Towing out of Plainfield. Upon speaking with their personnel, he recommended having the car towed to D & G transmission. Never hearing of or using them before, I was a bit apprehensive. Upon the arrival of the driver, he also recommended bringing the vehicle to D & G transmission. He could not talk highly enough of them and assured me that all would be well. Based on their recommendations I had my vehicle towed to that location. The next morning I spoke to Gordon as My vehicle had broken down on a Sunday afternoon. After he looked at my vehicle, he informed me that all would be well and that he would have the repair done by the next business day. A shifter cable had to be ordered hence the one day delay. The cost of the repair was more than fair. After picking up the vehicle it worked flawlessly. They were very professional and courteous. I will definitely be using them again for my automotive needs.
