Delivered my car Nov21st 2023 & my car Still been at there shop Recently spoke to them & told me will be fixed today & still waitin on there kall. Will be pickin up my car tammaroe just crazy how people talk good about there business & not one phone kall or update about My Vehicle Don t recommend work at all with this shop. 4month & counting .car is still not fix hopefully I find better mechanic shop.

The worst place you could ever go to get your car repaired, they are scammers, I was quoted a price for a rebuild transmission 1500 then told how hard it was to replace and because of that I'd have to pay another $350 and $60 bucks to use a credit card..when I got my truck back the allingnment was off they told me to bring it back the following week to fix it for free, I get it there I'm told I'd have to pay $80 bucks for the repair. Im at the shop waiting for the allingnment to be doneGet the trbackallingnment is still off.. 2hrs later the mechanic says it's ready I get in the truck and it's the same as it was when I brought it in ...the mechanic says it's fixed because I'm starting to get irritated by the foolary. a week after this incident. The check engine light is on. I get a diagnostic from O'Reilly 's it's a transmission code, call the shop they tell me to drop it off hours later im called and told the problem is electrical and not covered by my warranty therefore I'd have to pay 300 or more for the repair..I'm going back and forth with the mechanic on the phone regarding all the nickel and dime tactics I'm suspecting im then insulted by the mechanic and told im crazy in English and the whatever he said in Spanish after, I knew that me going back to get my truck was going to be a problem..so I got a police escort up to the shop...turns out after going back and forth in front of the police me asking them to explain and justify changed amounts I was being scammed they admitted to the police the $80 changed for the allingnment was fraud because they don't do allingnments to make a long story short I got the last repair free because they where trying to get more money out of me...DON'T BE ME...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Honest reliable mechanics. Brought in my SUV for a transmission problem and they gave me competitive pricing and an honest breakdown of the issue. I was given the options and explanations, something other places did not do for me. bad experience. They gave me back my car dirty as hell in the inside and outside, all muddy. Car still making noise and got it back with gas on empty even after paying for it

It's expensive and not recommended this place specially to the Latinos please stay away from this shop
