Last week, I called to see if crash champions could advise me about a small paint issue with my car. Phil generously offered to take a look. At the shop, Phil and Scott, the paint expert, figured out an easy, quick solution! Then, Scott fixed it! A few minutes later, I was good to go. Thank you Phil and Scott!!

After a skirmish with someone who scraped up the back quarter panel of my car, I knew I had to bring it to Stanley at Service King in Lockport. Sue at the front desk walked me through the claim process, scheduled me on, and my car was done THREE DAYS EARLY!! And it's beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process, with an excellent outcome. These pictures look like I just brought the car home brand-new... Stanley did a fantastic job. My truck was towed to this location and was refused service without informing myself and the insurance company. This location was recommended through my insurance by the way. I have had work done to my truck through crash champions in the past and it was great experience, the crash champions located in plainfield. So, since this location denied service, I had to pay for the tow out of pocket because an employee failed to inform anyone on the matter and claimed he was just informed the same day even though the appointment was scheduled the week prior. On another note, the individual who towed my truck informed me of this whole ordeal and told me the employee he had talked to was very unpleasant and unprofessional.

We were very happy with the quality of care and the communication from Service King Lockport. They were able to start working on my car at least 6 weeks earlier than any other repair place. Mike the manager went above and beyond when trying to find a part for my car quickly. He was outstanding at updating us with the timeline and put our mind at ease. It is because of him and the employees at that location, including Francisco, that made mine and my husband s experience 10/10. We would recommend them to anybody and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. BTW, my car looks amazing again!Service: Body & Trim

Sue and her team are the best!!! The entire repair process was handled professionally and in a timely manner. The repair, color match and detailing of the vehicle was perfect!! I used other places in the past and I always felt that I was putting them out by asking them to repair my vehicle. When I walked thru the door Sue greeted me and was extremely pleasant and listened to my concerns, I was kept up on the entire repair process. The end result was great!! Thanks again.... The crew is fantastic. I needed my truck repaired after a fender bender. Francisco worked with my insurance company to expedite the parts. I dropped it off on a Sunday and it was washed and ready Wednesday. I needed it for Thursday, they met my deadline and the paint is flawless. Whoever painted it is fantastic!!! Service King in Lockport, Il. is without a doubt the best. Sue the office manager assisted me throughout the whole process of repairing my car. She not only helped with scheduling my car repair, but she also took care of setting up a loaner car from Enterprise. She along with all the people that worked on my car turned a horrible situation into a positive experience. My car looks great. Thanks to all of you. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

They did a great job at fixing my car after I was rear-ended. I loved that they were friendly and kept me up to date about my cars progress. Couldn t be happier than with Service King in Lockport! Absolutely horrible experience. I've been trying to gety car towed there for a week and kept being told they should come any day every time I called. I ended up calling my insurance company to switch repair shops after these guys wouldn't even pick my car up, and they (service king) told my insurance agent that they had no room left and wouldn't be able to accommodate me for a week or two. None of this was communicated with me any of the times I called to ask when my car would be picked up. Thanks for wasting my time.

Service King, in Lockport, IL., is simply the best. While my car was being serviced, I would get daily updates via text. Sue Stuart was professional, kind, and extremely thorough in answering all of my questions. She went above and beyond to help me out... The repairs done in my vehicle are flawless! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This was one of the body shops recommended by State Farm following an accident. Service was great from Day 1. They got me in right away and worked with Enterprise to get me my rental car. I went for estimate in what looked like minor bumper dent or scratches that appeared last week. They were super courteous and knowledgeable, the guys even took my car and said they thought I didn t even need any work, just may be a little cleaning and buffing of the paint. They took it back for like 10 minutes and it was fixed good as new. On top of that they didn t charge me anything. That s great service! I really hope I don t need their service in the future, but I highly recommend them if you do. Thank you service king!

I would not hesitate in bringing my car here to be repaired. I brought it in to get an estimate on minor damage from being hit. The technician was able to repair it on the spot and with no charge! Very friendly!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I ve had to use 2 different Service King locations in the last 6 months due to my car getting hit 2 separate occasions-(Not my faults)! I can say with certainty that I would consider using them again. I loved that Sue at Lockport texted me updates with my last accident. Every question was answered promptly and with details. This place is honest and doesn't push unnecessary work on you. I had my car quoted in different place after our small accident and they quoted it almost 7K which I knew it was way too much for the damage we sustained. In Service King we talked to the technician and the final price came to 2.7K which is I think fair price. Thank you for taking care of it for us.

My daughter was told by Allstate to take her car there for collision repair from an accident. They had that car 3 separate times for the air conditioning not working and not being fixed from the accident. She was finally told by Allstate to take it to another repair shop for the FOURTH time. And finally they found the air conditioning lines were damaged from the accident and never replaced. She finally has a fixed car by someone else that knows what they are doingService: Air conditioning

They did good work on the body work, But they are not well aware of searching for mechanical issues caused by accident. Accident was in march and I am still finding issues with vehicle.Should have been totaled but they missed to many things on initial inspection. Be aware when vehicle is checked and possibly request a second inspection if in doubt.

Strictly for the unprofessionalism from the guy who was in the office today 09.29.21 at 9am. Looked and sounded like I ruined his day when I came in for a claim check. Yup I'll take my business to somewhere I'm quickly greeted with a smile...
