I was already impressed with Christian Brother s mechanics attention to detail with their work and the excellent Customer Service - all under the Management of David Brey ( ). I love the fact that they work with the customer to find the most economical way to resolve all car issues and not lose the standard of quality. A few days ago, after a careful diagnosis of the problem with my car, they found that it only required tightening in one of the areas. Tightening the part versus replacing saved me close to $500. Integrity speaks for itself! I shared my story with others and they will also keep Christian Brothers in mind for their automotive needs!!

The job they did and quality of work were ok. The pricing I got AFTER they had it on their racks was outrageous!!! I needed the work done but they changed ownership and let all the employees go and when I complained about the pricing they said oh we can take off some money. Really that s how a business is ran? People have to complain about pricing and then you take money off. How about just give the customer the best pricing.

Very satisfied with my first visit yesterday! I was able to book online the night before and had my car evaluated and repaired within 24 hours! Very transparent service and the free shuttle rides were definitely a plus!

I experienced Excellent Customer Service throughout the entire experience. I appreciate the attention given to details from the time I dropped off the car (and courtesy shuttled home ) to making well-informed decisions regarding the work to be done on the car. The job was done in a very timely manner. The prices were fair with no hidden fees or guesswork. An added bonus was to actually see the teamwork exhibited which included the Owner, David Brey, to provide ethical and excellent automotive repair services .

When in for an oil change, this evening had a great experience.Welcome as soon as I walked.I've done felt like I was sitting in my living room while I was waiting. Friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back.Thank you CBA!!

Just was in today with my 2019 Chevy Malibu for an Oil change. I set up an appointment on the website the other day extremely easy to do. Went in today at 9am and was out before 9:30am. The customer service was phenomenal. I stayed there to wait and I still got updates via phone and they even told me updates as I was sitting there. Waiting area very clean and comfortable and the shop was in great condition. I will without a doubt be back. Highly recommendServices: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Just a breath of fresh air from most places I ve been for repairs. Trademark example of how a business and customer service should be conducted. I took my car into be serviced for a leak from a tube they installed the week before. I told them where the leak was coming from and they tried telling me it was a bigger issue that will cost thousands. I told them to look again (because I know what the problem was), and then they finally admitted that I was right. They hide behind a religious name and try to scam people out of money. Do not recommend.

Brought my car in paid $162 for them to inspect only to have further issues upon looking at it after they ve inspected it not very happy. If they didn t know how to work on Hybrids they should ve said something..Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

My 1990 truck broke down after 33 years. The men who run this place are the kindest people I have dealt with in a long time. They are empathetic, which seems to be hard to find nowadays. I will not go to anyone other than Christian Brothers for service ever again. I can t thank them enough. Everyone should be serviced here because they have integrity, unlike many other places. God bless!

I did a search for an auto mechanic & came across Christian Brothers. I had a laundry list of repairs for my 17 year old truck. I called, set up an appt & went over my list. I was to be out of town for a week. During the time I was away, they keep in contact daily with me and let me know the progress of repairs. I highly recommend them if you ever need a full service auto mechanic you can trust! I found mine! Great team of professionals! Everyone here was very friendly, super quick service . The inside is cozy like you walked into someone s house. The guy at the front desk was very personable. They do free inspections and let me know what was wrong without trying to convince me to spend money. Will definitely be back .

I can t thank CB - Lockport enough for the work they did to help fix my Jeep. I had an intermittent issue that was nearly impossible to diagnose. After the dealer kept charging me with no fix in sight, I knew I had to take the car somewhere else. I took it to CB in Lockport not once, not twice, not three times, but 4x, which is when they were finally able to catch the problem live. Joe and the team were OUTSTANDING with communication each time I was there . He insured I knew what was or wasn t going on and was beyond fair with the costs. One of the greatest attributes of this shop is the fact they won t take guesses and charge you for it they find the route problem and then charge accordingly. They are honest and again I can t thank them enough. I recommend to all and will never use another mechanic other than these guys!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

On a cross country road trip today and something punctured the transmission oil cooler pan and transmission fluid started leaking all over the interstate. We safely made it to Christian Brothers and they have done everything to get the jeep fixed and on our way again. Truly the best service anyone could ask for!!! I absolutely recommend Christian Brothers. They thoroughly inspect your vehicle, send you a detailed report of any issues WITH photos, and they don't charge until they call and give you an estimate. Awesome job clearly explaining the issues of my car. I dropped off my car for a brake inspection and the communication throughout the day was phenomenal. They texted when the tech was starting on my vehicle and when complete. They also have a free local shuttle service! Great work and fair prices.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I came in for an oil change today and it was a great experience, I was helped out by Ray who was very nice and knowledgeable. The overall waiting room is really nice, they have quality wainscoting and crown on the walls, the couches are super comfy. There is a window to the side of the waiting room looking into the garage so that you can inspect the work that the technicians are doing to your vehicle. I knew I had an oil leak as well so I asked Ray if the technicians could look at it, and I'm glad I did because it turns out my car has a common oil leak that needs repair. Before the oil change Ray told me that they'll give my car a courtesy inspection and even if they find any safety issues they'll bring it to my attention, but they won't force any repairs on me, which gave me peace of mind. The cool thing about this mechanic is that when they finalize the report for your vehicle they send you a link to the report via text message. In that report they took pictures of the problem spots in my car so it was as clear as daylight that it needed to be fixed. Ray went over the report with me and gave me a good recommendation about when I should get it fixed, and how much it will cost, as well as how long the fix will take. Overall, I had a great experience and I'm planning on coming back.Service: Oil change

What a wonderful experience, have come here multiple times, and it's always a pleasure! Kind, courteous and quick! Both Joe and Jason are amazing at what they do! Service was quick, and all issues I've had with my car have been taken care of! Joe is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you throw at him, and will recommend or suggest anything that would be able to help you out! Jason is a great technician, never even a dirty handprint in the car, returned to me exactly as is or better I cannot state enough how great of an experience it is to get services or repairs done at this location! I am beyond happy to have a trusted mechanic and shop to take our cars to, and our experience here was outstanding! The facitily is SO nice and clean, it definitely won't give you that dirty shop feeling. They got my car in right away and when I told them I was walking to a nearby store they had one of the shop guys drive me there and pick me up so I didn't have to walk in the heat! They kept me completely informed and updated through text the entire time. Once my car was completed they sent me a complete diagnostics which I was able to review right from my phone! It had everything labeled what was urgent that needed to be fixed and what I would need to consider for future car care, and even let me know what was in good shape and didn't need work! That diagnostic was complimentary by the way, and they did a courtesy brake inspection because I said my breaks felt wrong. They followed up with a call and addressed only what I wanted addressed with absolutely no sales pressure whatsoever. I have been to shops where the people try to get you to buy so much and ones where they target women who they think don't know better. NOT THESE GUYS! I can't say enough good things about this Christian Brothers Auto in Lockport and the people who make their team work. Not only was the experience top-notch, but the pricing is completely reasonable and affordable! We will be taking our other car in soon and this will be our only shop from now on. Do yourself a favor and get your next workup done here!
