Do not buy batteries at auto zone they would not help me replace my battery. There system won t be able to look up your purchase then the manager will tell they can not help you because they don t want to give away free batteries when I had a good warranty. Buy your batteries and parts anywhere but here buyers beware. Never going to this location again.

The manager today was amazing / she was extremely busy and managed her duties well. My son bought a battery about 6 months ago and it failed, ofcourse we couldn't find the reciept. She quickly delegated someone to go out and test the battery and soon after they dertimed it was bad. She found our record of purchase it was under my son's number after I told her it was under my number which delayed the process. ( my bad). She attempted to go out there and change it, I told her let us do it, so my son could get a little experience on changing a battery. The best part of this experience was everything went well from the drive to the store to moment we got home with a brand new car battery for FREE. Thank you autozone, for such great customer service!

As a 30-somethin lady, I still get so intimidated going anywhere for car help because I feel discouraged with lack of knowledge & fear of being taken advantage of. Alex is a person who will change all of that INSTANTLY. Being greeted by him in store felt like a relief. He not only offered to take a look at my (rusted on) plates before I even asked, but ran in and out of the store looking for other methods when the first didn t do the trick. Meanwhile, he talked so highly of local small-owned business nearby that would help me if he couldn t. Spoiler alert: he did! Thank you Alex, for not only your genuine kindness, but for proving there are honest helpers in the industry. I found my guy for future car needs.

I'm currently working on a rebuilt 2002 Chevy Avalanche. It has more modifications than Paris Hilton and Pam Anderson combined!...So it has been an extremely difficult project.Regardless, I've been in and out of Autozone Lockport location since starting this project...and let me tell ya!....Kayla and Russ have been awesome! Another woman who's name I've forgotten (but I believe she's a manager- Short brown hair)..has also served me incredibly well.I truly appreciate all of the hard work you have all put into helping me figure this project out.You guys deserve 6 stars every day of the week.

I stopped at AutoZone last night after working a 10 1/2 hour shift and driving an hour home from the hospital I work at downtown because I needed a new headlight. The young man who waited on me, took me to the area and just pointed to my choices. When I asked if they would be able to change it for me since I don t know the first thing about cars, he said it all depends and walked away. No one ever came back to see if I needed help. Two other people behind the counter seem very disinterested in their jobs with one singing to the music playing overhead. I left and went down the street to O Rileys where they were extremely helpful even taking the old light bulb out to get the correct one be and then replacing it. Very professional.

Needed wiper blades for my Toyota truck. Brian installed them for and since they were out of alignment,( didn t know that was possible), he fixed that too ! Love these guys! Brian you are the best! Thank you so much! This is the only place I go for anything that I need for my vehicles. Brian, you are the MAN!Highly recommend!

The manager at this Autozone took good care of me this morning. My battery needed replacement and she recommended a great option and then she quickly installed it for me. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. She is so kind, friendly and has great customer service. Highly recommend this location.

Kayla assisted me this afternoon and provided superb service. She took her time, explained the differences in products and provided me with some valuable information. She was friendly, kind and helpful. I will return for additional auto needs.

I went in today and had my battery changed by a person there by the name of Trish. All I can say is that girl was great! She was very knowledgeable to the point where I asked her if she was an actual mechanic. Her attitude was one of the best I ve ever encountered. She should definitely be the face of the store if not many many more! If I had my own automotive business I would definitely hire her!! Such an awesome experience. Definitely was a high point of my day after a rough day at my job :). Great Job Trish and Thank You for being You! Good Luck in Tennessee !

I was in the other day and Kayla was so helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in. I had no idea what I was doing and she answered all of my questions without hesitation. She also helped me get my new wipers installed it was nice having such great costumer service :)

Had Brian helping me out to replace my brake lights. Had fast, efficient, and fantastic service! He even went out of his way to come outside and replace the lights for me!! Great trip to the auto store today!!

My car would not start in the morning for work and I knew it was the battery. I went to a couple places to find a new battery and to find someone that could install it, but every place was too busy. I went to auto zone and the young lady helped me find the best battery for my car and she installed it so quickly ! I was out of there in less than 20 minutes! Great service, I will be going back for any troubles my car might have in the future.

Reasonable return policy. Pretty good selection of parts and accessories for small trucks and cars but they do not carry many options for anything over medium-duty trucks. Not the lowest prices on everything, either.

Awesome!I always seem to find what I want for my small SUV.Prices are good and friendly service.A lady asked could she help me upon entry but I pretty much had an idea what I was looking for. Even found a new better version next to it

Came in on a rainy afternoon, looking to replace a damaged wiper blade on my car, which apparently requires an uncommon style that oil shops don t stock. Kayla promptly greeted me when I walked in, and quickly looked up and located the blades. During check out, she asked if I needed help installing them, even as the rain continued to pelt the store window. She had them mounted in a fraction of the time it would have taken me to just remove the old ones, and did it with a smile, despite the weather. Blades are performing beautifully, and it s a treat to see clearly with each swipe! - Thanks Kayla!!

I stopped in today to get a battery and was helped by Alex. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He immediately offered to install the battery and had me stay inside and keep warm. Great service!

I needed to have my battery tested. David tested my battery and directed me to what I needed. He didn't attempt to sell me the most expensive battery either. Brian installed the battery quickly and both were helpful and friendly. I was on my way quickly.

Must be a bunch of incompetent and lazy employees working here! My finance went in and this employee behind the counter said he didn't know how to change a car battery and then the employee blamed it on Covid that he couldn't do it when there are other places that will, so therefore he was bsing. He seemed to have no idea what to do and plus they gave my finance the wrong battery for her car!!! So she had to go back and return it! No help or assistance with the battery when she was holding this heavy thing in line and she is pregnant too! A nice customer in line helped my finance out and put the battery on the counter and also had negative things to say about the service at this location and made sure all the employees heard it. Don't bother with these clowns!

Ask for Brian, he has to be one of the most knowledgeable reps in all of autozone. He helped me resolve my issues while explaining everything! Definitely coming back if I have problems down the road

Kayla M. thank you very much for your A+ customer service help for me over the phone and in person as well. Kayla M. gave her time to listen to my concerns over the phone on my car issues, then she acknowledged with solid feedback on how she could provide the help that I needed and was actually waiting to hear. Kayla told me to bring my car to Auto Zone and that she could fix the problem herself for me and I took my car to Auto Zone and sure enough I meet Kayla and let her know that we had spoken over the phone she said she remembered and without any hesitation Kayla M. took care of my concerns Kayla M. IS a true professional and knowledgeable and on point when it comes to her job. 2/21/2021 Lockport IL

Went there today to get a new battery for my car, and they can't put it in, don't even try, I wanted a headlight put in, they can't do that either, so don't count on them for installation, they don't care if they lose a sale, how does it feel to not even try, don't you have any drive or pride in yourself

The customer service here is great! Brian and his co worker are very kind. But Brian went above and beyond. He offered to put my windshield wipers as it was snowing.
