I was having trouble with a warranty battery that wasn t showing up in the system. Aaron and Ray went above and beyond helping, and eventually we were able to make everything right! Thank you for the help, I ll be coming to this location from now on for all my needs!

Came in to get my battery tested. The gentleman working was eager to help. Quick to come out to my vehicle to test my battery for free. Found that the battery was in fact dead. He helped me with purchasing the correct battery, installing, and getting me on my way in a quick, efficient manner. He also checked a check engine code I had which was related to the battery being installed and cleared. Would highly recommend this location!

Needed a new battery, and they had a new one installed for me in maybe 10-15 minutes tops, for free. Nice guys working inside. Solid service

The guys working here are pretty helpful. I walk in and almost immediately they ask me if I need help finding something. Most recently, I needed a replacement bulb for one of my headlights. I wasn't sure which one would fit my truck. The clerk looked up which type I needed and reccomended me some options to pick from. Overall pretty happy with the service and selection and would return.

Well To be honest I work there as a delivery driver. But I have shopped at the chain for years. I am a gearhead and I work on my own vehicles. They have a good rewards program (Speed Perks) and good prices. If they don't have it in stock they can get it from another quickly. I like!

Battery I ordered online ended up being the wrong size and they swapped it out for the correct size with the online discount. They also tested my alternator at the store. Great employees at this store. Highly recommend this store

Purchased a new transmission from this store and in less than 3 months the transmission blew. The transmission company refused to cover the full dollar amount of the installation of the second transmission even after they admitted it was a bad transmission. This store is aware of all the problems they have had with this company and continues to do business with them. They refused to assist us in getting our money back. Now we have to get an attorney to go to court.

I ordered online for in store pickup. That did save me 25% however the website was very poorly designed. It bounced me around 3 different times and I had to re-input the information had just typed. When I got to the store the pickup was quick and the staff was friendly.

A staff member put a new battery in my car and when my car wouldn t start she handed me a business card for a tow truck. Had someone come to the parking lot and look at my car. The battery wasn t installed right. Rude and untrained staff.
