We shopped several local dealers after spending several years looking at different manufacturers, models, and floor plans. Diamond Trailer Sales had the most friendly, no-pressure sales people by far. Rob patiently showed us several models that were in-stock, and answered all of our questions. Not finding quite the right unit in-stock, we decided to shop around some more.After discovering a new 2020 model that met our needs, I engaged Diamond Trailer Sales through email to obtain a quote. I was pleasantly surprised that a smaller dealer provided a timely response. We worked out the options, and I was able to place an order without even returning to the dealership.While waiting for delivery, Rob and Steve were both very helpful and promptly returned my calls and emails with questions. When the delivery day arrived, Steve (President/Owner) personally handled the sale and answered some additional questions I had about the unit. The technician provided a comprehensive walk-through and answered questions as well. Again, there was no pressure to rush through the process, and we were very happy with the delivery process.If you want a no-fuss, no-frills, relaxing buying experience, it's worth paying Diamond Trailer Sales a visit. They may not have a tremendous in-stock selection, but they can certainly help you select and order whatever suits your needs. They also seemed to have a good selection of parts and accessories in the store as well. I don't expect to require their service department in the near future, but I will certainly reach-out should the need arise.

Jay was amazing! I had a lot of questions and he answered them all with pleasure. I purchased a custom built trailer for my face painting business and Jay listened to all my needs and concerns. My trailer looks amazing!

My husband and I were looking to upgrade our camper. Found Victory Lane Outdoors online and they had the best prices around. Found the perfect camper there and they made the buying experience a breeze. Alec and Angie were amazing. High recommended Victory Lane Outdoors.

We bought a used RV and had it serviced at Diamond Trailer sales and they have the BEST service team I ve ever had the pleasure of working with! Even after we had issues that were not related to anything they did, they were able to fix the issues with no problems and at the most reasonable prices around! I cannot give these guys enough praise!

We traded our old 5th wheel for an new 35' model. With grand kids and great grand kids my wife felt we needed more space. Robert was fantastic assisting us finding just the right model. Patty was wonderful helping with all the paperwork and Mike answered all my questions during the walk through. And then I can't leave out Steve the owner--I have been a customer for years and Steve always has the time to chat, answer questions and just put up with my nonsense. The crew at Diamond RV is the best and the quality of workmanship is OUTSTANDING and reasonably priced. We don't plan on shopping anywhere else in the future. NOTE: They DO NOT load hidden extras onto their deals like some of their competitors costing you hundreds above their listed price.

This group of people are by far amazing. From the beginning sale to the final day when we picked our travel trailer trailer up. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and schedule. This is our third fifth wheel and it is always a pleasure to deal with Steve and his staff. No pressure sale, superb staff, excellent service department. Seems like they take care of their customers as far as getting the camper in and out for repairs. Like they want you to come back........we highly recommend them to anyone. Look them up, give them a call and see what kind of a deal they can make you!!!!

We were traveling thru the area and having concerns about our trailer brakes. They were able to find out that the controller was fine and they found the problem in the wheel. Was able to provide a temporary fix so we could continue on our way.

Vey rude. Came in to look for a sway hitch and we asked if he could help/guide us putting it on and he quickly said no. Seeing that NOONE was in this small store anyway. So we said no thank you and went on our way. His attitude was very poor and not people friendly
