I truly appreciate the staff at Victory Lane because my wife is the one that takes it to get serviced. In the three years that she has been going, they never tried to upsell her products that she didn't ask for.

We received a recall notice on our F150. The staff was very helpful in ordering the part, letting us know when it was available and scheduling an appointment to have the recall done. We also used the service for pick up and drop off at our home. I have never encountered a service like that and it was amazing!! We really appreciated the help and service that we received with Victory Lane Ford!

I needed a new set of tires and Victory Lane gave me 3 or 4 options at competitive prices. They were able to install the next morning (they also gave me a ride to work). Also received 25,000 Ford Pass points which is equivalent to $125. Highly recommend Victory Lane.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I had an appointment at 9:00am but my car didn t get in until 9:30. I feel if I have an appointment my car should have got in closer to 9. I was there around sn hour and a half.

Friendly service. Only complaint was they left a bit of a mess when changing oil and, therefore, left an oil stain on my garage floor.
