I was stranded out of state, at a local motel with a broken axle shaft and was told,"we don't have one".Napa didn't have one in stock either but they successfully found one and had me back on the road within a couple hours.

I rarely use auto parts stores anymore but I had to go there for an air filter for my car and the clerk helped me find the one I needed fast and I was in and out of there in no time. They are very competitive on price also. An overall good experience.

The customer service here was horrible. We were stranded as our alternator was going out and they said they didn't have a tester we could use or tools. They basically blew us off at 8 oclock at night. Wouldnt even share if there were other garages that could assist us the next day. All other O'REILLYs that we have been to were very helpful.

It's not just this place it's all of them. Quit selling parts that don't work, it's about quality not quantity.Past 5 or 6 times we've been sold bad parts.We've been buying parts from you for years, used to be decent parts. Not anymore, so after we get this power steering pump situation taken care of we will no longer be buying parts from you and trust me, we've have spent thousands on parts from oriellys.You just lost a customer!

Only go there as a last resort since the staff is not very pleasant. It is like a paying customer coming in the door is a big inconvenience to them. But since the Mask Required signs went up on the door will never go back. Sorry but I won t give into politically motivated agenda. I will just wait for NAPA to open the next morning and spend my money there.

Dont have anything good to say about the Litchfield Il. store. Called for a blank pcm. Was told they need the part number off my old pcm and they could order it. When my pcm got there, they then told me they had to have my vin and milage to flash it. It was a hours waste of time. I told them I would flash it and they said they cant sell a blank pcm. Thei 2 sales people i talked to dont know what they are doing. Called another parts store and they overnighted the blank pcm. I do not recommend this store

I love that it's located conveniently next to the dispensary lol got all my parts and pieces in one place. I am a traveler and not from the area.

Didn t really know what they were doing but acted like they did. I pulled in off the interstate at 8:45 PM on my way to Arizona from Chicago with my family and had just lost my turn signals and hazards. Fuses were good, so I assumed it was the flasher. I took in the old flasher to them which was Ford OE and asked for a new one, they walked over to the rack pulled one off (without looking up the part number) and said this should do. I bought it installed it and it didn t do anything; and come to find out that they wouldn t take it back because they said it was an electrical part and I opened it. Because I assumed the guy had given me the right part, I ruled out the flasher and proceeded to take apart me steering column in their parking looking for a loose or cut wire, but couldn t find anything. After they had closed the store at 9 while I was still in the parking lot taking my steering column and dash board apart looking for a bad wire, I realized I couldn t fix it on the road we very nearly turned back and canceled our road trip and our Christmas vacation, but we decided we weren t going to let it ruin our Christmas and we drove the rest of the 1700 mi. trip with no turn signals.Once in AZ I took it to a mechanic who double checked everything and found out that they had sold me the wrong part for the flasher, I took the part I purchased in Litchfield to an O Reilly s in Phoenix and they returned it no problem and gave me the right part no questions asked. Plugged in the correct flasher and it fixed everything!Moral of the story, O Reilly s has the parts but don t take their advice or rely on them to know what they talking about. You need to know what the right part for your vehicle is before you go to this store. I found out the hard way, and it cost me a lot of unnecessary frustration, all because I trusted that they knew what they were talking about.

Piss poor service. Called told them what i wanted and they acted like i was stupid. When in fact if their computer dont tell them they have no clue. Drove over there to get what i needed and the guy working the counter was a complete dick like it was an inconvenience for me to be there. Worse than autozone and i will go to napa from now on they are at least helpful

They are very nice very helpful, was looking for a specific socket to put a sensor on my car, the gentleman found the right one which I couldn't find at other auto parts stores!
