Great customer service. Particular item I needed was not available in store or at the local warehouse. That is not the norm and they can usually have things brought in very quickly. Pricing competitive with all the other usual chain stores.

I had a mishap out on the interstate and couldn t drive my loaded semi to town. These guys took my call, looked for my part and called me back. Then Caleb came to me and brought me the part. Ooops wrong part, but Caleb took me back to the store and we put together exactly what I needed and then he took me back to my semi truck and it all worked like a charm!!These guys saved my day!!Thx to you all!

Usually have what I need in stock. Guys there are always friendly and helpful.3/24/21For the first time ever, I am editing my review. I ordered a motor 3 weeks ago and was told it would be in the following week I ordered it! I get no updates, and when I ask about it i get the runaround every time! I didn't think NAPA was capable of this kind of incompetence!!!
