I bought a Extang Trifecto 2.0 soft folding truck bed Tonneau Cover from them. Put the year and make, model of my truck and it said it fits. Well the bed cover was too long. I requested a return so they sent me a label but it was for me to pay the shipping because they said it was my error. As I explained to them that they are the ones that said it would fit. So I then asked if I could exchange for the correct size, and if I could get a prepaid label then. Well they came back and said they could give me a deal in a cheaper shipping rates. They wanted me to pay $165 for shipping on top of the $500 I just spent for the cover before they send me the correct size. This company is a straight rip off and this has been by far the worst customer experience that I ve ever have gone through. DON T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

I can t speak to their ability to fix anything, but I can say their customer service is lacking. When I asked if they d work with my warranty company he said no multiple times, then asked what that means to work with a warranty company for an oil change (they ll pay for part of it) and when I started to clarify, he cut me off to say no a several more times and that they don t work with after market warranties.

I was well pleased every time. This group of gentlemen are masters of their trade.I was taken home and picked up each time. Very timely also.Work performed and back the same day. Car was making a noise. Called and was able to bring it in the next day. Very honest about what my car needed and also checked the rest of the vehicle while they had it. Will be a returning customer.

Had A Water Pump Go Out On The Old Heavy Chevy About 3Pm.These Guys Went Out Of There Way And Stayed Late To Make Sure We Was Up And Running For The Next Day Of Work. Drove Us To The Place We Was Staying At And Delivered The Vehicle There When It Was Fixed. Will Be Going Back If I Need More Work Done. Will Be Recommending This Place To People I Know. Thanks For Helping Us Out When We Needed Help.

The Gibson Family are great guys to do business with! They brought my Dad's old Ford F150 truck that sat for about 10 years back to life. Thank you for taking on such a challenge!

This place is a joke. The owner likes to waste time and money. I honestly have no idea how this place exists.Lunch break lasts over an hour and a half. Everyone else in the shop just stared blankly without even a greeting me. Owner gave me the run-around. Their reputation definitely precedes them.tl;dr? Stay away.
