I was living with a friend and they had my car towed By this tow company They said they had permission from the police department to tow it which is a lie. they said they charged me more because the key was not in the car I always left the key in the car so I wouldn't lose them. Can I? Also talk to the tow truck driver. That works for this company. Because it is my friend's x.And they do not want to reimburse me do not trust this place Also had a car sitting up there A few years ago they were supposed to work on it. Told me the back and was rusted out that I shouldn't drive it. They lied about it all was was the back wheel hub was bad Take your vehicle somewhere else to have it fixed

Remarkable assistance! I called a few tow organizations and was informed they could not help me. I was stalling baffled since I was out and required help pronto. A modern day miracle, I chose to call another tow organization. Thankfully, I viewed as the best one. It was a gift in the skies. Fast, courteous, and knowledgeable service, they were a lifesaver when my work vehicle blew a tire and needed quick repair. They towed me back to the shop and replaced my tire, checked my other tires, and I was back on my way! Thankyou!!

Really good Towing company out of Litchfield Illinois. Had a Towing company wanting to charge $2500 don't want say any names. I called Curts Towing and they only charged me $750.00 go's to show there are still really good people in this world THANK YOU CURTS TOWING FOR BEING A GENUINE AMERICAN COMPANY!

Through their "roadside assistance" plan, my insurance company was happy to allow me to sit alongside Interstate 55 with vehicles buzzing by at 70 mph, in my broken down car for 2 hours while they sent a tow truck from an hour away. (An aside...no, Scott's Law isn't routinely followed). Just up the road about 5 miles was Litchfield, so I took matters into my own hands. I googled and found Curt's and learned from a very nice dispatcher that NO, it wouldn't take 2 hours for them to get to me! In fact, Neal came to the rescue in about 20 minutes! He was courteous and friendly. He dealt with my change of mind where to be towed graciously and even though my final choice was 40 minutes away from my break down spot, he didn't make it seem like a problem. Of course I did pay more for that decision, but he never made it seem like I was impositioning him with my choice. I was never so happy to see someone in my life, having sat alone on the Interstate not knowing what to do. Neal made me feel at ease and got my car to the repair shop as expected. I would use Curt's again if the need arises. Hopefully it won't!Thanks Neal, and friendly dispatch lady!! Service: Car towing

They are in cahoots with the Illinois state police and the local police department they will tow an impound your car stay far away a total rip off. People like that should not be in business..... I don't know how they sleep at nite.

I was glad when Curtis gave me a solid quote to transport my rig. And did it with honest intention. I definitely recommend to anyone. I want thank Curtis for towing my truck when most of the surrounding companies would not since it was not "in their perfectworking conditions".

My car became undriveable and I was stranded on a rural stretch of highway I-55 near Litchfield, IL. After waiting +3 hours for AAA with no guarantee that they would ever show up for my long-distance tow (I pay for their "Premier" status just for this reason), I cancelled the service call with AAA and called Curt's 24 Hour Towing.It was a late afternoon on Sunday. Curt answered my call right away & told me, without hesitation, that he could provide the 75 mile tow back to St. Louis County for me. His driver, Neal, got in touch with me and showed up within 15 mins. Thank you VERY MUCH for coming so quickly and helping a stranded girl get home to her pups!! Highly highly recommend this business.Services: Car towing, Local hauling

Excellent service. Tire blew out and was able to get to ramp exit.. Curtis towing came out and took my truck to their yard to put in a new tire. Neil was GREAT!! I was traveling from East St. Louis heading to Wisconsin when I had a tire blow out on my trailer. He asked what I was hauling and got the proper tire I delivered and installed quick. Great price Excellent service thank you for all your help getting me back on the road as fast as you did! So thankful to have them as a go to! Very honest, friendly and easy to deal with! Perfect example just the other day I had an issue with my truck and I gave them the ok to charge me for a part that was going to be pricey and the labor to do it, once they checked it out they found it wasn't necessary and I just had a loose wire. This was great news and even though they could have went ahead and let me pay for it they were completely honest got me all fixed and safe and sent me on my way without the charge. This is rare these days but very much appreciated!

Ran over something and had a badly flat tire, called these guys and they were out there within 15 minutes. Super awesome service and super positive attitude. Will definitely be coming back here for future needs!! Also the price was MORE than fair for coming out at almost 1am. We blew a tire on 55, but wanted to replace them all at this point because they were older. We called the 24 hour service line and curt was so very helpful! we were able to meet him at the shop and he did all 4 tires for us! they are very reasonably priced and very nice! they were there in about 15 minutes. I felt bad they got another call right after us and they were heading out right after to the interstate to do a semi tire. I WOULD RECOMMEND 100 TIMES OVER!

Excellent quick service! Had a blowout and this was the ONLY place in the area with the right tire in stock. In-and-out in about 15 minutes, all at a cheap price. Highly recommended for new or used tires!

they left the car unlocked and the system, clothes and other stuff got stolen, they told us not there responsibility and that stuff gets stolen from there a lot. seems like the person we were dealing with had a attitude like we did something wrong. I have never dealt with a business this and I don't understand how they don't get more bad reviews I definitely think they had something to do with the stuff missing out of the car because the screws were taken out for the Amp and just set together in the trunk

Had to have my semi truck towed to the dealer. Curt was friendly and efficient and answered all of my annoying questions(lol). Once he was done he even gave me a ride to my hotel since the dealer was closed. Definitely recommend.Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing
