I ordered 3 ppe oil filters item 114000550. These filters are getting hard to find. They advertised that they had the filters, but lied. They sent me the filters item #114000555. If I wanted them filters, I would've ordered them. Totally disappointed in them as a business. I will not buy from this seller again. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER.

Had an excellent experience with Coops Customs. Ordering online was a breeze & my shipment arrived quickly. Although my part didn't work out on my vehicle, Zac was attentive to my refund & processed the needed info quickly.Would not hesitate to order again for other automotive needs.

My order was lost in shipment waited two weeks past the expected delivery date then contacted the company and they reshipped the order again and received the order two days later. Still no word on the original delivery. Excellent customer service.

Had trouble finding a sway bar link for my lifted truck. Ordered 2 parts from other companies and neither of them were right. Called coops customs and they had a custom part made for me. Very helpful and quick about it. Got me what i needed. Highly recommend giving them a call and they will help you figure out what you need.

The guys at Coops Customs have always taken care of my orders in a very well professional way. Always going above and beyond to make sure I meet deadline with my customers. To me this team right here between Zack and Ryan have gotten my parts delivered quick, and best of all is when someone else can t find it because you try to source it near you, these guys will find your parts and have them right to you in the quickest way possible. Thanks Zack and Ryan for always taking care of my customers and me.

Thank you!I was not going to order this from another vendor. Reason being, your customer service is very good! I was impressed when you reached out to me with a real phone call to work out the issue when the design was changed on the Diesel RX sump. The change was to no fault of Coops Custom but Zac immediately reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied. I was given the option to upgrade to a FASS sump for the difference in price. I received a return shipping label by email right away. This was easy to take care of. I spent a little more money on the FASS, but it is the design I prefer. Zac made the transaction an A++ !Thanks again!Doug Kramer

GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I accidentally ordered double the amount I wanted. ( totally my fault ) I sent them an email after hours to let them know. Expecting it to fall on deaf ears... I called them the next day. The owner answered and asked if I sent an email last night. I said yes. He then informed me they got the email, refunded the money boxed up the correct number of items and they already were shipped out. I honestly could not believe it. Great job guys!!!!!!

I needed to order a Blue Ox hitch wrench. My local shop charged my $45 for my first one so I went to look online. I clicked on an advert for Coops Customs that said 'Free Shipping'. Well as I was checking out it did not give me free shipping. I purchased anyway because I need it. I sent an email to them though explaining what happened and they refunded my shipping. I also received an email when my order was shipped and it showed up today, 2 days later.I was a little concerned when I read some of the online reviews but my experience leads me to believe that I can order again in the future without any concerns.

Ordered part and it took a couple weeks before it even shipped, finally got the part and realized it didnt fit, website said it would fit my car but wasnt specific on whether it would fit AWD or rear wheel. Took forever to get a response from company and it was a month ot two after before I was able to get enough info to ship the part back. Sent it back through USPS and tracking eventually said it showed up at the return address I was given, but I was told by Coops Customs that it never actually showed up. We both filed claims and after a while USPS said they couldn't find it. I got a response or two after that from Coops saying they havent found it either and then they quit responding. I sent a few emails after that and I still havent gotten any responses and it's been months. Overall was a nightmare experience and a waste of $500+, would not order from again

Ordered two weeks ago, item is still not shipped. Both before and after ordering i have tried to contact these guys. They dont answer there phone, reply to answering machine messages, website enquiry or emails. I understand that there can be delays with things but its the total lack of customer service that really frustrates. Wont be using them again.... You never emailed me on August 2nd, i have checked my spam box even, and again never responded to any of my enquiry

Honest company that delivers exactly what you order for the price that was advertised , product that i ordered got to me fast and was supplied with a easy tracking number . Would highly recommend ordering from them i will for further parts for my truck just a all-around great experience

Zac was a huge help to me during my search for a fuel pump. Unfortunately, AIRDOG was unresponsive to both emails and phone messages while I searched for the correct pump for my application. FASS, via Zac, took the time to answer my phone call and render answers relative to their system and my particular application for it. I might add, that Zac answers emails and phone calls quickly.

Coops customs not only has an amazing inventory extremely courteous professional customer service great pricing will definitely be used in the future I wish I would ve known about them years ago great team wonderful customer service hundred percent satisfactoryThe strong will survive the larger companies are attempting to monopolize the market by crushing the small family owned and operated businesses even if we have to pay 10 to 15% more it is worth it which was not the case with coops customs in the long run we must keep our independent small businesses aliveStay blessed and Godspeed Coops customs

Horrible customer service! Multiple unanswered emails. No one answers the phones. Bought a Fass fuel system from them and ordered the wrong one. Just wanted to swap it and pay the difference. I own a diesel repair shop and was looking for a new supplier. Not going to happen when you cannot communicate
