Waited a month for service for sensors malfunctioning less than a month after purchase. Even payed extra for an extended warranty. Only to be told by service the malfunctioning is due a to impact damage from a rock hitting the sensor? Funny there is no other damage to the bumper. I was told it will be almost 500 to repair and not covered by warranty. Very disappointed with Volvo Service. Buyer beware.

This review is special thanks to service manager who's inexperience cost me almost 3k for failed starter for 2019 xc60 t6 coincidently month after warranty just expired. Long story short, our car wouldn t start and had to be towed 3 times for same exact issue so first time they replaced fuel pump second time they replaced injector and spark plugs and only third time they decided maybe lets hit starter with 2x4 just to check and what you know magic. Every modern car has diagnostics and thats why we trust service departments but sometimes we need to go old school to diagnose your vehicles problems managers words. So be careful this service will go old school on your car and you will be responsible for the bill!!! Oh almost forgot service manager told me i was the one who ruined the starter so go figure !!!

Great service and they were able to get my car in for service quickly. Price was kind of high for the service provided, but that's the price you pay for dealer work.

Volvo of Lisle out Rates all other Volvo Dealerships and l ve been to a few. John Korallus provided me with exceptional Customer Service and helped me to understand my Volvo better.
