I went there to get a car. because my car was totaled out from a distracted driver. the sales person was great. they gave me the platinum warranty. it covers everything on my car for 3 years. I got a 2016 Nissan Versa.

Affordable options for every budget!!!Joe B. and the staff at the Superstore understand the financial constraints that many of us are facing and have a wide range of cars no matter how tight things might be.The whole crew there were understanding, patient, and overall awesome, they took the time to understand my needs and financial situation and offered me the personal assistance I needed to navigate the ofttimes pain in the a$$ used car market. The transparency in pricing and financing options was refreshing. I'd strongly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a budget-friendly, reliable vehicle! Thanks again!!!

They purchased my 2019 Tesla Model 3 and I bought a new Model Y. They took excellent care of me and helped make the transition a smooth and great experience. It is rare for me to write a review but our salesman Zak made our car buying experience an absolute pleasure. The main thing that attracted us to The Superstore was their 6 month/6000 mile warranty that comes with their cars. Their prices were also lower than most dealerships. The next time I need a used car, this will be the first dealership I visit.Jim

Very disappointed in the honesty and integrity of the employees. Purchased a 2019 Lexus Gs350. Upon inspection I noticed a bent rim, they informed me it was not leaking and would do nothing about it. I was 5.5 hours away from home flew in. Upon arriving home I took car to tire shop and was informed that now it was cracked and extremely unsafe. Needless to say I m not happy that Sam the GM allows cars that are unsafe to leave the lot and above all else was not interested in making the situation right with a used rim or repair. I feel like they took the fact that I flew in and had less options to their benefit worst sleaziest 1970s car dealer I ve came in contact with. Never again will I buy from any of there stores nor recommend to even my worst enemy

Went on a Friday afternoon to Help a buddy out buying a Honda Element. My friend was slightly out of his element, so I agreed to join him. He had seen this rootbeer-colored Japanese family transporter online and I knew we needed to get eyes it sooner than later. With a clean CarFax and relatively low mile/1-owner, seemed like a win.From the moment David Manzanares approached us he was friendly and not the least bit pushy. If he didn't know something he was honest about it, which is refreshing in a salesperson. We took the brown square out for a test drive and everything checked out.While the paint was pretty roughed up on the surface, the main rust issue areas looked good. (paint was easily repaired with clay bar) It was pretty clear the tires were brand new and no major wear on the brakes.While the price was a bit higher than what my friend was looking to spend, this was about fair market value given the condition. We went to lunch while they worked on financing. Because my friend had some credit issues, there was some back and forth but they made it work.I'd send people to David specifically if I lived near that neck of the woods. Well done.

First off I'll say I got a great car and everyone I worked with was friendly and personable. What I'm not happy about is the feeling of being overcharged. They have these $2,000 Arbor Guard stickers on everything that make you believe you're getting an extra $2000 value included in the price but when you start making the deal you find out that's an additional charge. So add $2000 to all the prices you see when shopping here. Then they say you have to have the arbor guard to be considered for their other warranty. Why would you pay $2000 for one warranty in order to qualify for another one? Luckily, they did split the cost of the arbor guard. But I wish I didn't pay for it at all as well as the additional $3000 Protective Asset Protection warranty they sold me. I should have shopped for a warranty on my own because the reviews are horrible on the one they sold me. Additionally they almost overcharged me $1000 with a paperwork accident. And I got a finance rate 4% higher than I could have gotten with my own bank. Stay on your toes when buying a car here.

The best place to find a used car. This is the first place that we go to find a car. We have purchased 2 cars from here and we love the place. Wide range of cars that are budget friendly. Ask for Omar. He is AMAZING & he made the car buying process way less stressful and we had a wonderful experience working with him.

We visited the place May 18 cuz I really liked this Honda CRV 2011 but we were in a hurry that time cuz family was going somewhere came back May 21 and just looking at CRVs yet ends up buying Honda Accord Crosstour EX L 2010 4wd it looks pretty neat I like that it has navigation, leathered heated seats, very spacious. I fell in love with it so as my family so I end up getting it. David the sales consultant was pretty accomodating & so as the other staffs very friendly and it didnt take so long for us to get out & brought the car the same day. Highly recommended for first time buyers, like me, you'll get good deals as well as those that are looking for great reliable, cool looking cars at a very reasonable prices depending on your budget. Really appreciate you guys thank you! Looking forward to driving to places with my first time ever purchased car.

Evan was a very friendly sales associate I will say that. I was disappointed that we drove from Michigan because we found a 2011 VW Routan at what seemed to be a great price. I asked if there was any damage and I was sent a couple of pics of small rust spots, nbd. Once we arrived the car was very nice inside as advertised but upon inspecting the car noticed a giant dent in the tailgate I was not told about. Also after leaving the tire low gauge was on, they said from setting. got it home and two days later the tire was flat, i find it hard to believe they did not know this. Also tried to lock the doors and it appeared that work, all except the drivers door which once again we were not told about. Also opened the tailgate and there was a large hole where i assume there is suppose to be a light that was missing. Please Understand that I know this is a used car but when I am driving 300 miles to get a car and ask you for all defects and you tell me its just 2 little rust spots, that does not seem honest. Look at the pics and tell me if you would have overlooked this.
