Over the years I've had several experiences with auto repair facilities. THIS IS THE VERY FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED THIS LEVEL OF EXPERTISE AND HONESTY regarding the repair of a vehicle. Kathleen Walters is astute in her profession and assessment, and as congenial in her interactions with customers. I live in Chicago, but from now on, should I need any work completed on my car, it will be done at Auto Plaza Body Werks. While the travel time is a little further, the outcome is well worth it. My advice, do yourself a favor and save the haggling for others. Just see Kathleen and get the honest assessment from LAPBW.

My engagement ring was trapped in my defrost vent. Several mechanics couldn t locate/retrieve it. Cathleen and her team were able to remove and replace the existing windshield and retrieve the ring. I ve been a returning customer for several years. This is the only body shop I trust! Cathleen and her team are all incredibly compassionate and trustworthy.

Kathleen and her team are great! Kathleen was helpful guiding me through the insurance claim process which was helpful as it was my first time filing a claim. She is very knowledgeable on the claim process.After meeting with Kathleen I really wanted her shop to do the work so I brought my car here despite my insurance companie telling me this shop was not in their network. The team worked with my insurance and I paid nothing extra out of pocket.My insurance companie recommended MW autobody across the street from Lisle body werks. After meeting with MW autobody I can tell you; Stay away from that place and run for the hills, or just run across the street to Lisle body werks instead!They delivered on everything they promised. Very professional, kind, and easy to work with.

This is the worst body shop in Illinois! I had a bumper issue (it has a few fasteners come out and it was dragging a bit) and asked them to detach it for me so I could reattach it later. The woman (Kathleen, who is absolutely awful) took the part off and snapped it in half and put it in my trunk like garbage, even though I specifically asked them to get the part back to me so I could reattach it. I asked for a refund for the $72 (1 hour of labor for 15 minutes of work) and she refused and lectured me on the phone for 10 minutes arguing with me. If they hadn t snapped it in half, I would ve been able to spend $20 and reattach the bumper. However, now I have to spend $180 on the part and I m already out $72 that they refuse to refund me. Go to Glenbard Auto Body in Lombard if you have time to drive a bit further!!! Don t waste your time or money here with these unprofessional people.

The people are friendly and know what they re doing. They work with you and your insurance company. When you get your car back it ll be exactly what it went in for, perfect job.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. I was rear ended in my 22 XC40 and dreading the repair process. Lisle Auto Plaza Body Werks took such great care of me and my vehicle. They kept me well informed throughout the entire process, and even touched up two preexisting scuff marks that were completely unrelated to my accident damage above and beyond service! Kathleen was incredibly kind, personable and informative. Your car is in great hands here. 10/10 recommend. Crossing my fingers for no more accidents, but if life happens again, I know who to turn to. Big thanks to the team at this shop.

They sold me Acura RDX and after 3 days the car turn on check engine I send the car back and they told me we need $850 to fix the car it's mode then 20 days they don't have the car ready yet they just lying me , and I got service report from mechanic and he said they turn off the check angina before selling the car .

I had my Volvo XC60 car repaired here and the service was excellent. After the repair it was noticed that some items needed additional attention and it was taken care of without question and within 24 hours. This is a very busy shop, but the wait for repair of this quality is totally worth it!

Lisle auto body is an A+ shop They have made repairs on my 2019 Volvo S60 on two separate occasions. Both times I was blown away by the speed and accuracy of their services. The service advisor, Kathleen was amazing. She is incredibly courteous, warming, and knowledgeable. Their customer service is at the top of the charts. I brought in my pearl white 2020 Honda Accord for two new OEM fenders and had to be repainted/Blended They took 6 days On my car! amazing professional work can t tell a paint difference at all. If you have a Honda this is the place to go. I also brought in my car dirty it wasn t washed they took the time to clean my windows/Mirrors and the whole car for me to leave happy thanks guys.

Awesome people. Always helpful. I had my car done there a couple of times. Last time I went for them to look at the rust spot that I let it go too long. They were honest and told me that replacing that part would cost as much as my car. The manager, Kathleen, went above and beyond to put me in contact with the dealer's warranty manager to see if they would help. They did not so she offered to put on primer paint to protect it for free since I have been long time customer. Will definitely recommend this place.

I have had body work done at there shop on two occasions. Kathleen is so friendly and helpful. Great quality of work being done and no issues with the insurance company. No complaints, great service. They take pride in there work.

Kathleen and Geraldo treated me like family. Super impressed with their work and even paid less than the initial quote. Thorough explanation of the work needed to be done and they went above and beyond. They completed the work earlier than expected on my bumper replacement. I hate car problems but lisle auto plaza body work has given me assurance to always go to them. Simply Amazing experience!

Went back 4 times just to make my car drive right again. Too much effort for simple car troubles. I felt like an expert pointing out they put the wrong grill on my van. They blamed Honda for some reason for sending out the wrong part. I need to go back and forth just to fix a tire balance issue. They keep blaming the insurance and they are scared not to get paid by them. In the end I was able to make them put my car back in good condition but you be the judge.

I have taken my car here several times for small repairs, including a side view mirror replacement. They did a superb job at repairing my '13 honda accord. I would like to express my special thanks to Gerardo Solis for overseeing the case and managing to use OEM parts instead of aftermarket. The quality of pair work is amazing and the panel alignment is good. The repair was for the passenger-side front fender and the headlight. I am supper happy with the outcome.

Kevin is a great guy. I went there for repair of a minor dent and front grill damage..his quote was exactly the same as provided by insurance adjuster.I took my friend there when someone hit his car in the front while in parking and ran away while he was watching movie.Kevin took a look at it and after working on it for 10 minutes it was looking as if it was never hit. He didn't charge a penny as he told that no significant work was there.hats off to him. Really a great experience both the time.

Honda Fit got into a fender bender. These guys were honest and did exactly what they said they would do. Worked with insurance and I was all set. Made a painful experience rather nice. They are an OFFICIAL HONDA shop too. The guys "next" to them are NOT.Sincerely, Rocky Ruggiero

I have been in the business just over 25 years I have seen it all, if you want your car better than new this is where you come, Kevin Johnson goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and your car is perfect , you will not be disappointed, once again Thank you Kevin for all you do !!

They have lack of experience...they checked my rear bumper damage and give me estimate 3 days to done the job after 15 days appointment...when I called to pickup my car after 3 days they said oh we need 2 days more because when v opened the bumper there was more damage...i was surprised how they can give me estimate for job work without full inspection of damage...when I called for pickup my car someone saying yaa it's done...but when I get there the lady said no your car is not done someone give wrong information about ur car...they r crazy...they have no idea what's going on in there work place....2 star only for fix my car bumper good..
