I had a very great experience with Mr. Sager. He was very knowledgeable, understanding and patient with my questions and concerns. After test driving the car, I asked time to think about it and he was very respectful and not pushy at all, like my other experiences at other dealerships. I return to purchase from Honda of Lisle, they are simply the best and honest! I'm very happy with my purchase and thankful for Mr. Sager and Abraham Guzman from the financial dept. They helped make me feel welcome and at ease throughout the whole process. I highly recommend buying from Honda of Lisle!

Terrible Experience, Would Not RecommendI recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with The Honda Superstore of Lisle, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, interactions with this establishment were utterly disappointing.Quality of my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport purchase was shockingly poor. It's clear that Honda Superstore of Lisle prioritizes making a sale over delivering on their promises. It felt like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to spend my hard-earned money at their establishment and the level of deceit is disheartening.To add insult to injury, the price was exorbitant for subpar quality when I was expecting to receive value for the amount paid, but what I got was a complete rip-off. My engine oil level was not showing on the dipstick at my first oil change less than 3,000 miles after purchase, with no external leaks found. The check engine light is on due to a fuel system fault that my mechanic states will cost over $1,000 to repair. This was not the experience I was expecting to receive buying a vehicle on my own while my Fiance was deployed overseas fighting for our country. Customers should be able to count on and trust dealerships for honest information and fair pricing.My experience with The Honda Superstore of Lisle was so overwhelmingly negative that I feel compelled to warn others. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment, steer clear of this establishment. There are plenty of other businesses in the area that value their customers and provide quality products at reasonable prices.

Owen and Dan made our car purchasing experience stress free and quick. They showed the car (2024 Honda CR-V Sport Hybrid) we were looking for and arranged the test drive promptly. They explained the key features of the vehicle and some cool stuff too. After two rounds of price negations, they were able to match our price point, and the deal was confirmed. We had to wait a while for the finance manager to get to our turn for the financing and paper work. But, Owen and Dan patiently engaged us and made sure we were okay and the car was prepped to take home. The whole process took about 3hr.

Honda of Lisle employs friendly and professional staff. The transaction was straightforward, and even though I expected some manipulation, the process was transparent. Howar Ruiz is the salesman that I interacted with, and his knowledge of the vehicle, and how it operated was excellent. He was both friendly and straightforward. I would definitely return to this store to purchase another vehicle I would feel comfortable recommending it to people I know.

It's not an easy task to make car-buying painless but Sager and everyone at this dealership managed to make the experience more than tolerable. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I walked out feeling like I got a good deal for a car I adore and truly felt like I was treated with respect. I highly, highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a Honda.

Dan was a pleasure to work with. He was honest and upfront with me from the start, which to me is a giant plus. He answered my questions to the best of his ability and was not afraid to ask for help if needed. I would gladly work with Dan again when the time comes to purchase another car.

Both Anthony and Eddy were a breath of fresh air. Very friendly and personable. Not once did I feel like I was being "taken for a ride" or pressured into making a decision. They were both willing to answer my MANY questions and explained things very well, especially when discussing financing and maintenance plans. They knew where my monthly payment needed to be and helped me get there. Highly recommend!

I just bought a 2024 Honda from Honda Superstore of Lisle. They earned 5 Stars from me because they went above & beyond what I have experienced at any previous dealership! While I was initially somewhat overwhelmed by all the safety features - I have been driving my 2010 Honda for the past13 years - my salesman Carlos patiently answered all my many questions and spent as much time in the test drive as I needed. He and the General Sales Manager,Yasser, reassured me that I could call with any future questions I might have. I drove home feeling fortunate to have bought my car here, and lucky to have had as knowledgeable a salesperson as Carlos was.

Just picked up a brand new Civic for my son and couldn t be happier, Howar was a phenomenal no nonsense salesman who took great effort to get the car we wanted and deal we were looking for.My 18 year old son stopped in for a visit earlier when I wasn t able to go and despite his age, Howar took the time to take him seriously and show him all aspects of the car.Once the deal was done, we had the pleasure to meet Abraham the finance manager, who also took the time to go over all of our options, and was super friendly.Thanks again guys keep up the great work!

Came in to better understand why my accord would not link to a key fob. I asked if I would be charged for service if they could not fix the problem and was conveniently was informed that it would be free of charge if they could not fix it problem not fixed and $100 service fee was charged despite my transparency with the management.I really wanted to believe that dealerships were not as bad as their scummy reputation would convey. Unfortunately the reputation was confirmed in perfect fashion. I will not be returning to this or any other dealership locations for service - stick to small repair shops and trusty business people. Truly did not enjoy being the disgruntled customer trying to make my case. Perhaps upfront clarity about the fact that they were going to take my money no matter what happened would have made my day much more enjoyable.Almost forgot to mention the appointment took 4.5 hours to resolve this.Poor management - poor customer service - ruined a Friday I would say.I think this price is reasonable actually, it s just the principle of being upfront and honest to keep the customer s interests paramount to your commission or immediate business.Instead of leaving a good impression and opening the door to me coming back and having future repairs done on my vehicle, I will now take my money elsewhere.

Super friendly staff. Went a couple of times looking at the Honda Civics. Javier was really nice, friendly and walked us through buying a car. Ahmid in the finance office was also super nice. He answered all our questions.I am notvone shopping for a car, this is the first time in 15 years. I highly recommend going to Honda Superstore and ask for Javier.

It's a 'STEALERSHIP.' Don't take their words when it comes to buying or fixing your car please get it written and initialized or get an email confirmation.It's never too late to share my experience: My wife purchased a brand new 2014 CRV with 0 miles from the Honda Superstore of Lisle, IL. Unfortunately, troubles arose with the transmission at 59,000 miles towards the end of 2019. While the dealer replaced the transmission under warranty, Shockingly, they insisted on charging me for TRASMISSION FLUED and I had to pay out of my pocket as it WAS NOT COVERED under warranty, along with other minor fixes, they charged me whopping over $1000.00. However, the issues persisted. In January 2022, with 83,000 miles, a rattling noise began during cold starts. After diagnosing the issue, I was informed of a transmission oil pan leak, low engine oil, and a serpentine belt problem, which I promptly had repaired for approximately $500. The noise resurfaced shortly after. Subsequently, I was informed of a timing chain issue, which would cost around $2,500 to address. During a discussion with the sales manager, Bob Woods, he mentioned the possibility of oil burn causing the problem, as CRVs are known to have this issue (finally blame the customer). As the rattling noise persisted and intensified, I researched online and discovered it to be a known VTC Actuator issue, not sure if Honda dealerships already aware of the problem or not, they had me fix some unnecessary fixes that was not required at that time. This revelation shattered my trust in the dealership, and I have decided not to seek any further repairs from them. This experience has firmly convinced me that I will NEVER, EVER, consider doing business with them EVER AGAIN.
