I was panicked today about a tire pressure alarm on my car. Ivan and his team took immediate care of me and showed me how to reset my tire settings without any charge. As a woman, it made me feel so safe. Unbelievable service and quick! I will go to them from now on,

First time visiting and dropped in on a Sunday afternoon for a routine oil change. Service was fast and friendly. Ben let me know about some additional services I should consider but didn t pressure me like other places do. I took advantage of their coupon and a windshield wiper change. Everything was done well and I ll be back for my next change when the time comes.

**response to owners response** I am not looking to "remedy service conceerns" I left an honest review of my visit, that is what the review section is for. **Called around 320 to see if they had a battery in stock for my car, gentleman put me on hold, came back saying he had 3 different batteries that would likely fit my car. I asked if I needed to make an appointment he said "give me an hour and come on by". I show up, got my car all registered as I was a new customer and sat down. Waited over an hour for him to tell me there was no way my car would be serviced that night and I should come back for the car in the morning. I understand they are busy it's been a very cold week but I specifically asked if I needed an appointment, then waited around for nothing. Ended up going somewhere else.Waiting area was at least warm and clean.

Stopped by about an hour before closing on a Sunday afternoon for an oil change and tire rotation. No issues getting me in, service was done quickly, and they used a coupon to save me some money. Will definitely return!

Chris and Ben were extremely friendly, professional, and fast in finding and fixing my tire leak!! I thought I had to change my tire but they found the real culprit and helped me patch up the tire all within an hour!! The other places had long waits! They were so efficient.

Came into this Firestone with an emergency need. Our van hit some plastic on I-355 , pulled almost off the van plastic cowl cover. The man at the desk was So Kind and helpful ! His mechanic pulled off the almost, dragging cowl cover, didn't charge us and got us back on the road to our party .He even gave my 3 little grandchildren a gift from under the Christmas tree in the waiting area. This team is awesome. My engine light came on and I was immediately given an appointment for the next day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and clearly explained the steps necessary for resolution. I went into Firestone this week after 5pm with some kind of metal piece sticking out of my tire. Bud and Landon were so incredibly helpful! They took a look and helped me with the situation! Super nice guys! I will definitely be returning for any automotive needs.

Treated me like a real person who wants competent service with consideration for cost. They even applied a better discount coupon than I brought in. I am a relatively new resident and think I have found my new car care home. I use this establishment quite frequently for all our family cars. Today I wanted some help with a small fix. I was walking in and was greeted by Will. He asked if I needed help and I showed him my issue. He happily and quickly fixed my problem and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. A big thank you to Will for going above and beyond.

Ken was very helpful and his techs are excellent. Got an oil change and a rotation along wih having them throw in new center wheel caps i brought along. Highly recommend getting your car serviced here and will be back again

If I could give this place a lower rating I would. I just took my car there for an oil change a little over a month ago. It cost $85 for an oil change. I had to take my car in to the dealer to replace the windshield wiper motor and they checked the oil and it was completely black like it was never changed. It also took them over an hour to supposedly do the oil change. Do not take your car here. That could have totally ruined my engine if it wasn t checked again. I almost forgot, when I got in my car I had oil stains on my rugs and oil on my middle counsel.Service: Oil change

I contacted the business a month prior to my service for information. As a single senior female I appreciated their detailed explanations and desire to be as cost effective as possible and share options for financing. When I brought my vehicle in, they explained they would do a full check under the hood and no additional work would be performed before contacting me for approval. I felt they were being truthful and honest regarding the work needed based on our conversation, and the prior research and conversations i had with others. The work was completed by the end of the day as promised. All team members were courteous and respectful. Called about a transmission issue and Mike was very rude on the phone and wanted $84 just to look at. I called Aamco up on Ogden and the gentleman was very nice and they did a diagnostic check for free. Screw this place don't give them your hard earned money. I wish I could give them zero stars

Came here to have my oil changed, tire rotation and filter replaced.My car has a lock on the tires. When they went to do the tire rotation, the mechanic broke my lock and then the front desk person told me that I would have to get them replaced. He did not apologize, just told me that it happens all the time because the locks are not made very well. He then tried to sell me the service to take off my lug-nut locks and put on regular ones. Excuse me sir but you and your mechanics are the ones who broke it!!! I only went to this firestone because it was during the time all of the dealership mechanics were on strike. Since then, I have been told by the dealership mechanic that this firestone has us completely striped all of my bolts on my front tires and jacked up my brakes so bad causing me to need new rotors.I am extremely disappointed in the quality of service at this fire stone. They broke multiple parts of my car and then tried to sell me to fix it. I will never go to this place again not even to put air in my tires.Would give 0 stars if I could.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I brought my car for a rim change and end up with 200$ bill because they messed up the studs and didn't want to fix them back telling me that's my problem that they broke!!! And also manager Ben is screaming and being rude for no reason.

I ended up with a screw in my tire and stopped here to have it looked at. They patched my tire for free and sent me on my way. They were so helpful and squeezed me in. Because of their service I ve returned to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I will definitely come back for all my future needs. Oil change and service was fine, but the whole time I was there an older lady was also waiting for her car and spent at least 20 minutes clipping her nails (which is completely disgusting and not something I want to be 10 ft away from) and then proceeds to discuss abortions, politics, and gun control. My problem is that the attendant not only sat there and did nothing about it, but actively engaged her in the conversation. Here's a tip, DON'T TALK ABOUT ABORTIONS AND POLITICS in your store!!! Maybe not everyone there agrees with everything you say. Service was fine but due to this experience, I will never go back again.Service: Oil change

This place is the best. The best. They stayed opened past their closing time just to finish the job on my flat tire. They closed at 5pm. I raced over with the tow truck arriving at 4:40pm. They filled my tires with air for no extra cost. They gave me insurance on the tires considering I needed two for them to not be offset. I drove back to my place for 2 tires costing 575 with insurance . The service was incredible . I'd just recommend calling early so they know what's going on, then when you show up they slay the job. This place deserves 6/5 stars.

The guys here always have taken great care of us. Mr. Mike Davies is great. We had our car dropped off for repairs on Monday, it was repaired and ready to go the next day. I feel terrible for never remembering the shop guys name but they re always phenomenal as well. Thank you.Edit: I recently called about some information on a service performed on my vehicle and was spoken to in a very disrespectful way by Miles, actually just short of being called a lair. Nobody should be talked to in that manner. Safe to say i will not be returning to this location. The shop guys are still great and i will still recommend the work they perform. Ken brought us here and management until Mike Davies was great. Good luck

My parents have taken their cars here over the years, so I brought my 2019 Subaru in for a suspected leaky strut. They were able to fit me in right away for a quick diagnostic. Sure enough that was the problem, but they informed me that it was a warranty issue that should be covered if I brought it to Subaru. They were right, I got it fixed for free at the dealership when I was obliviously willing to pay them to do the work. Incredibly honest and kind people!

These guys are great. I have an older I ve had a few cars there over the years and they always help me, do it for a reasonable price and I ve never had any issues with any of the work they ve done. My Lexus GS 430 has over 170k on it and these guys always help me out! They most recently tracked down a used part for my break system and saved me thousands! That customer loyalty is why I always go see them and tell all my friends.

I got a flat about 3 blocks from Firestone -- so I kind of randomly fell upon the shop. But I am happy I did! Both Mike Davies and Miles (not sure on last name) were super helpful. I knew they had my best interest at heart. They did a quick and efficient job replacing all 4 tires and the conversation with both while I waited was quite nice too!Service: Tires

Great service for all that they perform. I purchase tires, front end alignments, repairs, etc. Sheryl and Miles are very proactive in all of there services. The service staff is friendly, helpful and always spot on with there work. Cant go wrong with this team. I will continue to go back with all of our vehicles.
