The service advisor was extremely helpful. Service was amazing, thorough, and quick. Technician, Rico, had the answers to all my questions. He explained everything in a way I can understand, cause I definitely do not know anything about cars. This location was everything and more! I am comfortable and confidently able to say, this place will make sure you leave satisfied 100000%! Thank you for fixing my vehicle! Definitely gained a customer for life!

Manager Tilson Thompson was best in class. He explained clearly what was happening with the brakes after discussing with technician, Rico. This valuable conversation set the expectations on what needed to be done to have my vehicle in best running shape.

Bad service, bad people, bad experience.Interior of the car was left greasy. Tire was pumped to incorrect pressure.If you can t remove a nail and fix a flat tire, what job can you do?Shame on you.

Firestone at lisle is a Great place the employees are nice especially John R and Rafi the manager my car was in and out no problems and addressed other issues I hadn t noticed before talked to me about pricing and all very thorough and a job well done will definitely come back. RICOOOOO

They took on the project when the other firestone dealership in Naperville said they could or would not work on the car. I would never go back there again but definitely recommend Lisle.

This location is not providing good service or value to its customers. I recently brought my car for a simple wheel alignment. I scheduled the service over the phone and dropped my car. After 2 days I called to check on my vehicle and they let me know it was ready. To my surprise, after the alignment was done, I realized that the problem was worse and that my steering wheel was visibly off-center now. I called them back to tell them and the attendant shared with me that they don't really have qualifies technicians to perform these simple task. He added that their most qualified person doesn't show up for work every day. It is clear that this business is in dire need of new management and/or ownership. Don't bring your car to this location. It is a waste of time and money. There are better and more efficient locations for Firestone and other brands in the area.Service: Wheel alignment

Scheduled and paid for an appointment online. Went to drop off my car and the front desk guy asked me to verify the card I used. I showed him the card and he said it didn t match their order information. I pulled up my recent transactions for the card I gave him, confirming it was the correct card. He said sorry, it doesn t match, nothing we can do.I asked if we could cancel that appointment and schedule a new one with the correct information. He said no, we can t cancel appointments, you have to call corporate. I called corporate and they said they aren t able to view accounts or orders the best they could do is send a message to the area manager to contact me in 1-2 business days about rescheduling. What a joke.This is the second time I ve been turned away AFTER PAYING due to Firestone s systems being faulty. Save yourself time and go somewhere else that has functioning systems and know what customer service is.

Very polite professional and informative employees which you rarely see anymore with the workforce of today... brought up safety concerns with one of the truck tires which I was going to save for a spare but convinced me it wasn't worth it... I use my truck for two different jobs and need it to be safe on the road appreciate the concern and attentiveness... would recommend service to others

I have been approved for a credit card for them. They give great customer service. I have not had an issue with them yet. They talked to me with care and generosity. The service advisor didn't advise well. He attempted to sell me on a $1200 service just based on the mfg. recommendation, not because of any wear on my vehicle. I used to think Firestone was above those slick sales tactics, but apparently not,this advisor was the GM. Very sad.

Awful! I left my car there over lunch to get an oil change. I work within walking distance, so they didn't have to rush to get it in and out. I just needed my car back by the end of the day. Their corporate online website gives their hours of operation as 7 am to 7 pm. Their personal website says 8 am to 6 pm for appointments. Therefore, I leave my office, in between patients, and I walk over to Firestone at 5:30 pm to pick up my car. I find everything closed and locked up with my car inside. I checked my phone for messages and find they called me a few minutes before they closed and locked up at 5 pm. I walked back to my office and finished seeing patients and I am now stranded over 30 minutes from home with no access to my car until tomorrow morning. If they are going to change their hours of operation, they need to make sure their customers are aware of this! This is horrible customer service, go to another garage.

Had a oil change done back in Sept. of this year only to find out the oil cap wasn't put back on correctly causing oil to leak in & on the engine. Went back to the same location only for them to tell me I haven't been there in over a year but I have the receipt to prove I was there. After going back and forth they put oil in the car and cleaned up the oil I ask for something in writing to show what was done today and was flat out told NO because they didn't charge me anything. Ask to speak with the manger was told she just went to lunch ask when will she return then I was told she won't be back until Saturday. this is the worst place to go!! The employees are rude and could careless about your vehicleService: Oil change

I have a prius that has a loud engine that rattles and chugs. Had to schedule an appointment twice because nobody actually scheduled me the first time I called. Now they've charged me over $120 for a few bolts for the heat shield and my maintenance light is still on and my engine is still loud and rattling. Tried to use a local place but I won't be coming back because they will not listen very well or address what you ask. No matter how many times I asked they fix why the engine is loud; they insisted new bolts on the heat shield would fix the issue. Again, my car is still loud and maintenence light is still on. What a waste of my money and time. Go somewhere else.

This location is exceptional! John was amazing! They answered the phone on the first ring. Every staff member was kind and caring and I felt like I was with friends. Very honest about everything very obvious they did everything I asked for above and beyond. They were very understanding of my decisions and very clearly explained anything and everything about my car and the services and recommendations they provided. Listened and cared about all of my comments and concerns. Usually when I get my allignment it seems like they don't try their best, here they definitely did, it was done perfectly and explained why certain parts are not adjustable. When they filled out my inspection sheet they made detailed comments on all of the sections, usually anywhere I go it's all just checked off and it's unclear if it was actually done, while here it was clear as day they did their job phenomenally. They even gave me an amazing quote on a set of tires and informed me that they do installations with tire rack which will potentially earn them business very soon. This location was so fantastic that I think I will only ever go here from now on. John was my service advisor and I feel like he deserves a raise!

I was there on Sunday to get a tire repaired. Joel the service advisor was able to put everything aside to get my problem solved. We had my son's birthday party planned at our house and Joel definitely went above & beyond to help us keep our plans on schedule. So thankful for Joel & staff being able to accommodate me in a time of need. Highly recommend and will be back in the future.

I had such a wonderful experience at Firestone in lisle. Claudia really took the time to help me with tire pricing and figuring out what I needed done. She was so kind and helpful! I really enjoyed my experience here and will be returning in the future if I need anything else done on my car!

My car was towed in, because it would not start. I used a battery tester before it was towed in to determine it was not a battery issue. Upon arriving, I told them it was not a battery issue, and I was 90% sure it was the starter. They agreed to do the $100 (robbery) diagnostic testing and report back. Joel said he thought they d be able to get her fixed before they closed. 15 minutes before closing, they called to let me know good news they didn t do the diagnostic testing bc it was the battery!! They already replaced it and she was ready to pick up. They told me I should also get an oil change. The reason they told me that was because last time they gave me an oil change, they forgot to update my system, so it was displaying that I was 1500 miles overdue, when really, it had only been 1500 miles since my last oil change. I say whatever as long as it s working that s fine, but no oil change. I bring her home thrilled to have a working car. An hour later I went to go to the grocery store and my car didn t start. They were already closed (obviously). I called first thing the next morning and say I m going to bring her in at noon and explain that they were wrong. When I come back (thank god I got her to start so I didn t have to get towed again) they said they d waive the diagnostic fee (even though they already charged me for a battery inspection fee the day before, which I did not ask for). 3 hours later they call back, and it was the starter. Go figure. They were kind enough to give me a $20 off coupon for my trouble (giving me a $250 battery that I did not need the day before). $700 later at least my car is working, but a day late and $250 too many.

Horrible attitude: I have seen multiple people walk out On the front desk lady. Horrible negative attitude she carries around her!. I do not blame that she hates her personal matters. like i stated she is an hourly worker but she has no life. I just personally do not like her soul. WHAT GOOD ARE YOU IF YOU ARE A HORRIBLE PERSON .. go work at a fast food chain lady. if you hate your job and want to ruin good customer service because your attitude is what ticks me.

I had a previous bad experience with another Firestone so I was hesitant to use them again. I had a completely different experience at this location. I've been going to this location for 5 years now and they are great. They work with my budget and have gone out their way to help save me money. They do a great job of alerting me to future repairs so that I can plan accordingly.I had an oil change and vehicle inspection scheduled for 10am. As I thought my front rotors were shot. They had me back on the road by 1130am.If you abuse your car with hard driving they

As always there is no other Firestone that I care to go to. This location has the best customer service great mechanics and a terrific service manager that tends to your needs whenever you go there. I was there over the weekend and I also commented about the updates that (Sue) the manager had made. It is always comfortable to sit and wait for your vehicle here. You have fresh coffee , a TV magazines, extremely clean washrooms and the best customer service you possibly can get. You will not be disappointed if you go to this location.

Get my oil changed here. Always been happy with the service. Last time there was grease on the hood and side of my truck, no oil sticker with mileage. Gonna keep going here cause I've always been happy with the service before. Will update review if it goes better next time.Update: had my mom drop her car off here for an oil change and she was low on coolant. Specifically asked to have coolant topped off. They let her leave with no coolant and she overheated on the side of the road in 90+ deg weather. When asked about it they only add coolant with a coolant flush. Unexcusable... Will be taking all my business somewhere else from now on and I would suggest that you do the same.
